RIP-OFF

DO NOT BUY -- You can get the same service cheaper at the port using a taxi. We ordered premium service and a Toyota Prius Ex showed up to take 4 adults with luggage and carry-ons. No way we could fit all that in this small car. Never felt so ripped off -- will never use again!

Hired a car to get us from the Southampton cruise ship terminal to Heathrow. The driver was on time - in fact, early - and smoothly got us to our destination with plenty of time to spare. He was efficient, pleasant, and very knowledgeable with the route. The car itself was impeccably clean.

Would definitely recommend. Driver was on time; trip was pleasant. I was solo but shared the ride with 2 friendly couples. The personnel at the Southampton Port, however, need better training to tell passengers where they should be waiting for pickup. They sent me totally to the wrong place at first.

Transportation from Hethrow

Our driver, Martin, was a little early which we were glad as we would be able to get to the airport sooner. His vehicle was clean, neat and fairly new and comfortable and had plenty of room for our luggage. Martin was very professional, neatly dressed and wanted to make sure we were pleased. Definitely recommend this service.

Excellent service

This port transfer from our downtown London hotel worked out great. I always worry, since we don't have local phone service abroad, about communicating with the driver if there's a problem. Well, there was a problem. The driver, due to traffic and BREXIT protests couldn't make it to our property. The service called our hotel, let us know of the issue and provided a timely alternative to transport us to another property the driver could reach. I would highly recommend this service.
