They were wonderful! Kept in touch through What’s app the day before and the day of. They picked up 12 of us from the cruise port and were very patient while we all made it through customs. Would definitely recommend them.

Allen and his wife (forgive me, I can't recall her name) are a terrific team! She was waiting for us at Marina Bay Pier, communicated ahead of time as we disembarked, and led us to her husband for transfer to our Singapore hotel. Great people who followed up with great information and even left us a little photo memory surprise at our hotel. This couple were top notch, as was their van! Thanks again!!

the perfect airport transfer team for pickup after a long trip.

they contacted us severl times in advance and were waiting just outside bagge claim with a sign with our names on it. after a very long trip this was the perfect ending. a new van that had plenty of room for all our luggage, a husband and wife team that spoke good english, was a perfect way to start our visit in singapore.

The pickup at the cruise terminal was seamless. We were contacted by the agency a day ahead and told what to expect. The driver was there on time, very courteous and explained a little about the city on the way to our hotel. A great transfer experience!

We were contacted by Amy, the co-ordinator of our transport prior to our disembarkation which is a great relief and assurance that all's in place for our arrival. Sure enough when we exit from immigartion we were greeted by the welcoming smiling Amy, who led us to a nice clean mini bus. Our driver Alan helped to load our 8 pieces of luggage and off we went. The trip to the hotel was rather pleasant as we found Alan and Amy have 5 gorgeous children and the are the husband and wife team. It didn't take too long before we arrived at the hotel . Journey was smooth and we engaged in discussion on the favourite Singaporean pasttime , which also of ours, is visiting various eating places. All in all . I have no hasitation in recommending this transfer service to anyone . In fact, we will making our next booking with Amy for our return home trip to the airport once the time is ascertained. Thank you Alan and Amy.

The best in transport

Alan and Amy were amazing to work with. They were in constant contact from the moment our plane touched down to when we exited customs. We were so impressed with them that we used them again. Highly recommend these guys for their professionalism, timeliness and friendly care.

Our driver Alan picked us up at the cruise port on time as requested! When Alan found out my husband, Marvin had trouble walking and he needed a walker badly! Alan was so kind and not hesitate to help! He called his wife Amy to look for the medical shop where we could buy a good walker for my husband!! We appreciate and thank Alan and his wife Amy so much for going out of their way to help without any strings attached!
