Seoul: Changdeokgung Palace & Namsangol Hanok Village Tour

Leo was great!

Leo was meticulous, cheerful, knowledgeable, and flexible. He came to seek us out in the lobby even though we were not yet at the appointed place. He gave just enough information on all the sites. He let us explore in detail certain things even though we were on a tight and packed schedule! He was really great.

Good mix of history and modern tour.

Orota did an awesome job with the Tour. Full of historical facts which was my interest. Highly recommend this tour. Comprehensive information on the history of the buildings, interesting information on the shops in Insadong & Nandaemun Market & I especially liked Namsan Hanok Village. She will take good photos for good memories.

We loved the tour. Connie took us to amazing places, and what we most appreciated was her advice when shopping at the local markets. The driver and the car were great company too. We recommend the service 100%.

Historic tour and fun visit to local market for street food and shopping!

Very nice and interesting tour! The guide provided historical details and insights. We walked through the palace and had an opportunity to see ancient artifacts. The visit to the market offer and opportunity to purchase local goods and eat some delicious and inexpensive street food. Fun day!

The tour was excellent. It was well organized and efficient. The guide was very polite and knowledgeable . She gave me insights into South Korea today and in the past. I would recommend this tour.

Leo, the Best Tour Guide!

Leo was the absolute BEST tour guide we had during our time in Korea. He was very informative, had good clear English, was punctual at the pickup site of our choice, and even told us the best places to get food in the various markets. The tour was much nicer because of the rainy weather since there weren’t as many people to push through, but regardless Leo made this a wonderful experience that we will be thinking about for the years to come. I wish I could give him more stars!

The best way to begin to understand Seoul.

This was an amazing introduction to Seoul and Korean culture. Our guide Sam Park was an intelligent person who was very informative as well as being warm and sensitive He was patient with how we were and allowed us space to absorb all the new experiences Thank you so much This is a highly recommended tour. Not for the Hot summer day.

Because it is outdoor tour and Seoul's summer is very hot. Other than that it was a nice quick tour to get to know a little bit of Seoul in a limited time.

Also very helpful and very punctual.</p> <p>Ours became a private tour so that was superb given the price.</p> <p>The secret garden for Changdeokgung Palace is not included although it ended up a good thing as I heard it takes an hour to complete and under the heat in summer was a little much.</p> <p>They drove us around and gave us a view of the Blue house.</p> <p>Bukchon Hanok Village wasn't included despite the description which was upsetting.</p> <p>Last plus point was how well our guide knows of namdaemun market, so you may ask for the places to buy what you want easily.</p> <p>overall it was pretty good, for a short afternoon half day tour to get a feel of Seoul.</p>

<p>This was a fantastic introduction to Seoul. Our guide Sara was so patient and informative and her English was great. We went to Jongmyo shrine instead of Changdeokgung because it was Monday and the palace was closed. But the shrine was so interesting and a beautiful oasis in the middle of a busy city. Much to our surprise this was private tour. I guess because there were no other reservations. I highly recommend using I love Korea tour company.</p>

extremely recommended tour, the only negative notes are the difficulty in finding the meeting place and the considerable distance to walk. Overall, however, everything you see is worth the 10km to travel!!

Excellent tour!

The tour was excellent. Our guide Orota explained everything to us very well and his friendly nature was great! We took a lot of photos and the transfer was also very comfortable. Of course we would repeat it! Thanks for everything!!!
