Private Airport Transfer: Seoul City to Incheon Airport (1-5 pax)

Quick and Easy!

The transfer was easy and painless. However, I should have looked at the baggage claim letter in the confirmation photo they sent confirming the correct location. That was an oversight on my end. On their part, communication through WhatsApp was spot on, and we found our driver without issue. We had a long layover and wanted to visit a friend in the city. The transfer made the quick trip a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend the service.

Great experience

Driver was waiting in lobby for me with a sign and he was courteous the whole way through! He put my luggage in the back, and was very friendly. He also drove well, which is a big plus because the company I booked with for a ride from the airport was not great. Then he Even got a cart for me when we reached the airport and put my bags down and guided me to where I should go.

Professional and On Time!

Great experience! On time (actually the driver was early!), professional, and well-mannered. I really like this company’s policy too that it has a grace period of 30 minutes or one hour (depending on pickup location). Makes everything way less stressful! Will definitely use again next time we’re in Seoul!

Prompt and clean way to travel

I needed to change pickup time which was easy to do through email. Driver was actually at hotel prior to scheduled pickup time which was great so we didn’t have to wait. Very clean and new van. I would highly recommend as stress- free way to travel between hotel and airport, and vice versa.

Continues to be an excellent, efficient & cost-effective alternative! Don’t take those airport buses or get a cab if you have more than 4 suitcases! Love KVAN! Easy communication using WhatsApp. Always on time. Remember to confirm your reservation when Tripadvisor sends you an email. Until you allow Tripadvisor/Viator to accept your payment, KVAN is not able to contact you. Pick up is always 3 hours prior to the flight departure time. If you want to leave earlier, you MUST request it at least 3-4 days prior so they can assign a driver. Vans are always clean. One I rode on had 8 seats. We had 5 large suitcases for 2 people & it was easy. Driver Mr. Ho J. Park helped us at pick up & drop off. Please remember to TIP your driver if you’re happy with the service. We gave 10,000KRW (equivalent to $10USD at a ‘normal’ exchange rate). Will continue to use KVAN. Flat fee is easier than the taxis which cannot accommodate more than 4 suitcases. Thank you, KVAN!

Excellent trip.

David arrived early. He was very friendly and accommodating as I got my family of 5 with two young children and car seats and lots of accompanying luggage packed up.m, including helping with the luggage. Very safe driver, knowledgeable about navigating Seoul. Would absolutely use again.

Reliable, Professional Service Team (Reservationist + Drivers!!)

I have used KVan 3 times in the past 6 months (roundtrip airport transportation in April and one-way last week in November). Having experienced another TripAdvisor service, I cannot recommend KVAN enough! Vehicle Condition: Trip 1 - 4 stars (clean but older model for party of 5; Trip 2 - 5 stars (new model, clean, ample space for party of 5 Trip 3- 5 stars, clean, ample space for party of 3 and 6 large suitcases). Reservation ONLINE: I was nervous bc there was no option to enter the pick up time, but with the flight info, they have a set pick up time and they were early and waiting for us each time. The drivers were dressed in suit & very professional & helpful. The Customer Service rep speaks fluent English & is so courteous. When I called for the Nov trip, she recognized my name & mentioned my email address. Airport pick up includes waiting in the Arrival Hall with the name sign. Don't hesitate. KVAN is a better service than 20+ services I've used in France and London. Great job, KVAN!

Pickup from Seoul to Incheon Airport

Our pickup from Incheon was stellar so we decided to arrange transportation with the same company on our trip back to the airport. As our flight was early, our pickup time was before 7am. There was a $30 usd charge which was paid through PayPal. We asked for a 5am pickup and the company said it was okay once the additional payment was made. We didn't get a confirmation from the transport company and assumed we were scheduled for the pickup. The driver didn't show at 5am and panicked as we didn't want to miss our flight. He eventually showed up around 5:22am. Not sure if there was a miscommunication from the operator to the driver but definitely added some stress for an early morning. Never received driver information in advance either.

The van arrived 15 minutes before the schedule. The vehicle was clean and spacious. The driver is very fluent in English and he drives safely. I am satisfied with both vehicle and driver.

Smooth ride!

The overall experience was excellent! We got our confirmation email in 48 hrs and I even got a text message from our driver. Our driver Mr. Yong was great! He came earlier than the scheduled time and played a traditional music for us during the trip! I highly recommend using this company specially if you have too many luggages!

Fast & Efficient!

While we stayed not far from Seoul Station, the idea of transferring large suitcases and carryon luggage for all 3 of us at least 3 times between the cab, the airport bus or train, and getting to the right terminal was too much for us after traveling for 10 days. This service was an affordable godsend. I received multiple communications via email/LINE/KakaoTalk so has no trouble connecting with Mr. Yong, our driver. We left for the airport almost 6 hours before our flight so Mr. Yong took us through a scenic route of Seoul. Very thoughtful. Driving mid-afternoon, we arrived in record time, much faster than the bus, probably even faster than the train! I highly recommend downing time at Incheon. If flying out of Terminal 1, don’t miss the pre-security Olive Young cosmetic store and fabulous restaurants on the B1 Lev There is even a high-class spa! So glad we opted for private transfer to the airport. Would definitely use again!

Everything Perfect

Was contacted by the transfer company shortly after I booked the pick up. They sent me the drivers contact details soon after. The driver contacted me the evening before we were due to be picked up to confirm details. Driver arrived exactly on time and transferred us safely to the airport. Would most certainly use this service again next time we go back to Seoul.
