Safety on a rainy day

It was raining extremely hard was so pleased we didn’t have to walk to the main area to catch a bus or train . It’s over an hours drive to the airport and this was great for the 8 of us . Our driver drove safely as well especially in the conditions

Stress free transport for worry free travel for large group

Booked private transport for my family traveling from ICN airport to our accommodation in Seoul for party of 11. Correspondence with the tour operator has been incredible with all my questions and concerns addressed in a more than timely fashion. Having the driver meet us at the terminal for smooth transport to our hotel after a long international flight was so nice and stress free. The Solati was amazing, extremely spacious and comfortable and able to hold all 7 adults, 3 children plus our luggage. Having not to worry about getting a large group of us to our hotel was one of the best decisions ever and the customer service has been absolutely fantastic.

Excellent transfer service

Jasmine was excellent in communicating with us. Our flight arrived early and she quickly dispatched for pickup for an earlier time. Mr. Choi was wonderful and it was a very comfortable ride to our hotel in Seoul. I am very glad that we chose the private transfer . It would have been a pain lugging our suitcases on the train or buses after a long flight. A big plus is that the direct transfer enabled us to have time to visit the Myeongdong night market that evening. I highly recommend this service.

Great experience

Prompt and easy pick-up right outside baggage claim. Even kind enough to wait while we got cash from the ATM. Dropped us at the right location and was a good driver. Definitely better for the non-Korean language speaker to ensure no stress or anxiety with taxi drivers or buses. We were 4 people with 4 pieces of luggage, so the price was the same if not a little cheaper than taking a large taxi/van.

Great English Speaking Driver

Our driver Mr. Shin was waiting for us after we got our bags and promptly took us to our hotel in Myeongdong. Along the way he answered all the questions we had and explained the different areas we were driving thru. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We were very happy with his service.

Incheon Pick Up

Our driver was waiting for us as advised at Gate 8 (Incheon Airport). He was friendly and helpful, but with no English speaking skills. However with electronic assistance we did eventually communicate to some extent. The drive to our hotel was pleasant and enjoyable. We are due to leave our Hotel at 5.15am 16 May and hope the return trip is as enjoyable as that upon arrival.

Where are you?

We arrived at Inchon at 4:00 AM and had no idea where to find the driver! I had assumed there would be a driver holding a sign. We finally had to have the information staff call the company. Fortunately there was a phone number for the company. They told us the driver was at door 8, halfway down the very large hall. There was my name on the wall. I would never have found it! To cap it off the driver didn’t speak a word of English. The driver didn’t help much with out suitcases at the airport, but did help at the hotel. On a more positive note the van was new and clean. Couldn’t recommend this service.

Exceeded our expectations!

I live in Seoul and my family was visiting from Sweden. Since I wasn't able to send them off to the airport myself, I booked this transport for them. Originally, they were all going to stay at the same hotel, so we booked the transport for that hotel. However, due to some unforeseen circumstances, some of my family members had to switch to another hotel. This was not a problem though, as they made an exception for us and arranged for the driver to pick everyone up at two different hotels (the hotels were close to each other). Service was very smooth, and my family was very pleased with this comfortable transport. The price was definitely reasonable, and I would recommend anyone needing transport to/from the airports in Seoul to go with these guys!

The driver did not speak much English but he was friendly and very accommodating. Driver already knew where to go and loaded my luggage for me so I just needed to relax after that long flight.</p> <p>Great service, clean car, and the price was lower than most of the options available for Korea. I usually don't spend time writing reviews since I don't want to share my secrets with others. However, I really want these guys to be around for more future visits to Korea so I say, don't waste your money picking and choosing random drivers.
