Good

The tour was good. The tour guide can speak English but the tour itself was mainly done in Chinese. Not everything was translated in English throughout the tour but the guide did come to me sometimes to explain some things in English so if you’re an English speaker booking this, just take note of that. Otherwise it was a good tour.

Fun and Scenic Adventure

The Trail Bike, Nami, Petite France and Italian Village Package Tour was a nice. My daughter and I had fun in the trail bike and we enjoyed taking pictures of scenic views in Nami. Mr. Joe Park, our tour guide speaks English well and made sure that we were comfortable. He even helped us call a taxi when we were dropped off in Hongdai station.

Amazing tour to the Rail Park and Nami Island. (1) The best part (for us) was the Railway. It’s definitely worth the money to get a private/not shared train car. (2) Nami Island was super fun. Tons/Lots of photo opportunities!😂. Also tons of trails and greenery. Only wish we had more time at Nami. (3) Finally on to Petite France/Little Italy. It’s a bit cheesy and disney-fied. But relaxing being able to explore all the little houses. FYI- they stop for lunch before going to Nami. You have to pay yourself at the chosen restaurant. You get to choose from a set menu of about 6 items. It’s was “ok”- we had better- but not bad. It was about $12-15,000 per item ordered (main dish). It was a great day with Perfect weather. Rose- our guide- did a good job getting us around.

Never recommended!

If you like to chase the company either through messages or reach to Viator help team 4 times to get any response from the agency to confirm your booking or acknowledge your messages then this the right company! We got confirmation few hours before the trip which you can imagine is stressful. The tour itself is great. The places we visited, I would definitely recommend. The tour guide barely speaks English yet he compensated by trying to be very structured throughout the trip or sharing video demonstrating the meeting venue and using WhatsApp to ensure that no one misunderstands him due to his English. Appreciate his efforts but I don’t appreciate the fact that I can’t communicate with my guide as he won’t understand me! I short, recommend the places through any other ageny.

Great tour/ Funny tour guide/languague barrier

Everything was good, I definitly do not regret choosing this because of the railbike. The time for Nami Island and petite france is short but it does give you time to enjoy part of them. Obviously not ALL OF IT, but for us we enjoyed enough. Only issue was that the tour guide did not speak English. Very little so there was a lot of languague barrier. However, he did tried his best to interact with everyone and communicate with us, and he was very funny so it is all good. On a side note the language barrier was a little frustrating for us. For ex. in one ocasion we were suppose to meet guide at 50 minutes and we arrived first than everyone else but he then said “25 minutes” so both me and my husband understood we would be departing in 25 minutes so we walked to get something to eat, and in a couple of minutes not even 10 minutes, I get calls from the tour guide asking where we were, so we were very confused and ran back to the bus to see that everyone was inside waiting for us. That made it seem like we knowingly made everyone wait just bc we wanted to eat when in reality it was a languague barrier. We both swear we were told 25 minutes. If they were leaving immediatly I still dont know why the 25 minutes were mentioned by the guide. After that again we got lost but found our way in petite france and met the guide by the time he said. He asked if my husband wanted to go to the bathroom so he did and when he got out and we went to the bus again everyone was inside of the bus already and the tour guide mentioned “Puerto Rico” (Referring to us again being late) We were a little frustrated bc again we did arrived at the stated tike but again it seemed like it was us. So the languague barrier was a little frustrating but we ignored it. Nami Island the souvenirs are just beautiful. I have no words. Petite France and Little Italy were gorgeous and the rail bike has breathtaking views, and it its super fun. (we paid to be just me and my husband) I loved this tour. Totally would recommend but bring a translator app with you to avoid embarrasement lol

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION EXPERIENCE! I have a Horrible experience with this company. I was waiting on the pick up location but they never showed up. I checked with the other company and they said they did not see the tour company arrive. I called multiple times but no answer from them. In the end even if they didn’t show up they will not communicate with you or give you the refund. I felt scammed! Stay away from this company.

Awaful experience with this unprofessional company

Very unprofessional company. They changed the pick up location hours before the start. miraculously i made it to the new location. They advertised the tour as english speaking guide but when i arrived and the tour started, the guide said he doesn't not speak english at all. I spent the whole day listening to Chinese. He connected me to talk with the company manager who said they don't have english speaking guide. After an awful day with zero understanding they deliver another unprofessional act by dropping us in a place 20 minutes by taxi from the pick up point. When i called the company manager again from the bus about the drop off location, he arrogantly told me you are wasting my time and his. There are nanny other company that i used abd was happy with. Stay away from this one

Our guide Joe made everything awesome! He’s a wonderful guide, who goes above and beyond during the tour. He’s knowledgeable, awesome time managing, respectful, cheerful, kind. He has a big heart. So the whole trip was my favorite part. Not a dull moment. Mr Joe is definitely an asset that I hope the company realizes that.

Lousy unprofessional company. Stay away

Very unprofessional company. Stay away from them at any cost. They send me the meeting point immediately when I made the reservation, however few hours before the tour they send me new location and tells me we are not picking up from the place we sent you. Miraculously I was able to get to their new meeting point. The disaster happened when I found out the tour guide does not speaks a word in English. I talked to his boss she simply said we don’t have many tour guides who speaks English. Although their ad says clearly English speaking guide. Apparently it’s small company runs by few siblings who like to play tour guides. Total lack of professionalism. I spent the whole days listening to instruction in Chinese. They dropped us off at a place 20 minutes by taxi from where they picked us up. When I asked to speak with some one about the drop off place they connected me to an arrogant person who simply said you wsting time. That’s where we gonna drop you and that’s that. Of course the company will not refund me for their lousy business so I have to take the case to the credit card company.

Awesome tour

Was very surprised to visit Italy & France in South Korea. The Italian Village reminded us so much of the actual places in Italy that we had previously been to, and Petite France was.as pretty as the France we visited perviously (but the people in South Korea were more friendly). Nami Island was a beautiful park to lose yourself in the peaceful tranquility. The Rail Park tour was amazing. Such a fabulous idea, and it was easy to ride. The only negative issue with this tour was that I was added to a Mandarin tour because there were not enough people for the English guide( which I accepted as was told guide spoke a little basic English), but the guide did not advise me of the basic basic rules/timings/events at all.

Enjoyable

Overall it was an enjoyable trip. Nice scenery good weather excellent and helpful guide. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Just that we find the group to be a bit big and sometimes we have to rush a bit especially in Nami Island.

Pleasant trip experience

It's quite a fun trip with our guide Joe Park. Everything is timed perfectly hence no delays aside from the unavoidable seoul traffic congestion. Joe has been really helpful and friendly throughout our trip and really makes the effort to understand us and reply to our queries. Something to take note would be,our guide can speak very good Chinese if that's the preferred language as well.

Nami Island Memories!

K Oppa was amazing!!!!!! Not only was he engaging but he did a great job with communicating in 3 languages! (English, Korean, and Tawainese) he also gave treats! Love that he didn’t make everyone stick together and walk around together, we were able to go do our own thing and explore on our own and met back at a designated spot in a timely manner. Overall a great experience to Nami Island for the first time! Thank you K oppa! You are awesome!!!!!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Unexpectedly confusing "english" tour

We signed up for an English speaking tour but the tour guide, CK, mostly spoke in Mandarin to suit the majority of the other tourists. So unfortunately we couldn't understand all the history and background information that he gave along the way. However, he did tell us the important information like times and location in English. CK also arranged for lunch (at our own expense) at one restaurant at the ferry port but it would have been better if we could have had the option to eat elsewhere, like at the other food places at the port or on Nami Island itself. Also, CK was selling dried seaweed sheets on the bus which seemed weird. Other than that, the locations were good, not too rushed and CK was friendly and approachable. We loved the rail bike.

Great Enjoyment at Nami Island / Petit France / Italian Village

We were on the Nami Island, Petit France & Italian Village day tour by S. A. Tour. It was a full day packed with enjoyment, in an area outside of Seoul that we would not have visited if it weren’t for the tour. Our guide, Alvin, was very knowledgeable, kind, and entertaining. We toured on the weekend after the big Thanksgiving holiday, and it was very packed with people doing the same thing as us. Thankfully, Alvin and our capable driver provided the logistical arrangements to allow us to enjoy the hassle-free experience.

Would definitely recommend!

We were fortunate that the weather was great on the day of the tour. It made a huge difference that our tour guide, Joe Park, was in contact from the day before. Instructions were clear throughout the trip, and his friendliness and humor made this an enjoyable experience for our family of 5.

Be careful of where you buy the tickets

Very disappointed. We follow directions that we’re given to our link, however, when the time came for our meet up we were then notified it was the wrong spot. Instead of accommodating to our situation, was instead told that they were unable to pick us up nor were they able to refund our tickets. Extremely unprofessional and handled in Avery rude manner. This was a tour via Viator- TripAdvisor.

Great tour!

Jesse was our tour guide for Fri 16th June - we had the opportunity to see the Gangchon Rail Park, Nami Island, and Petite France/Italian Village. Jesse was a very entertaining and dedicated guide, helping us organise how we spent our time wisely throughout the day, and also assisting with placing lunch orders (KBBQ) for the entire tour group. If we travelled by ourselves, it would have been too complicated to arrange tickets, transportation (buses/trains/ferries), and timing between these three locations. Thanks to SA Tours, we were able to enjoy all of these locations on the final day of our trip without any stress. I’d use them again when we return to Korea.

Amazing experience

The tour was very fun. We loved Nami island and we wished we had more time in there. The rail bike experience was very fun and enjoyable. Our tour guide (Alvin) was amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. In short, I highly recommend this tour.

Good trip but skip Petit France

The rail bikes were a blast. Nami Island was beautiful and the cherry blossoms were on full display. Petit France and Italian Village were not what we were hoping for. Too touristy/cheesy for us.

Good tour but rushy

A good tour to easily visit Nami Island but putting a few itineraries in a single day makes the trip rushy. But our tour guide Janet is very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place with fall color and rail park is fun

Was there in October and a must go place. The fall color is all around especially they have arranged to have all maples planted on a specific area for photos. The Rail Park is also fun with easy effort cycling, only 1/2 hour altogether. The traffic back to Seoul is pretty bad though.

Great experience

The schedule was not too hectic and we enjoyed our time at each place. Wish we had more time in Nami Island. The rail bike was fun and a must try. The tour was on schedule every time and Alex as our guide was very helpful and informative. She went above and beyond when we left something at the restaurant. So thank you Alex!

Fun Day Trip!

We were the solo group of 5 English speakers (the rest were Chinese) among our large tour group yet our tour guide was very accommodating! All day trip from 7:30 in the morning until 6 in the evening but a lot of fun for the very reasonable price!

A good day trip from Seoul

A well-planned itinerary with an ultra efficient and amiable tour guide, Debby, who is conversant in English, Mandarin and Korean. The party was kept very well-informed of meeting venues and timings, with ground rules politely communicated prior to departure. Debby went the extra mile to ensure the party had a good time and gave good tips for our evening programme. The execution of the itinerary was impeccable and I am suitably impressed. Well done!

A fun trip to 3 different sites

We joined a day tour to Petit France, Nami Island and Gangchon Railbike Park organised by KKDay Tour. The tour guide Ms Liang and her assistant were very efficient and clear in their instructions. The whole trip started quite on time and ended in schedule. Petit France is a lovely place for young children. We had a cool weather that morning so it was fun to be outdoor and photo taking. Nami Island was a little disappointment to me. I think it is probably better to visit during autumn or winter for nice photos. Gangchon Railbike Park was real fun. The peddling was easy and the view scenic. A great way to enjoy the countryside in a relaxing mode.

The Rail Bike was a experience,nice one to add to your memories.The Nami Island is an over hyped tour,with nothing much to see and experience, lots of crowds and very expensive restaurants.Petite France is a downright waste of money and time

Very good day trip

Tour guide Debby from SA Tour, was very helpful. Rail bike was interesting for all kids and adult. Both breakfast and Lunch were nice.
