Little more time please

We originally planned on going by ourselves but then realized it was hard to get there so we decided to book this tour. Our tour guide Rosie helped me practice my Korean and gave me some tips. The negative thing was the limited time at the different places. I would wish maybe half an hour more, especially at the garden of morning calm where it felt like we had to rush.

Amazing trip

Nami island scenery was really pretty to take pics, as well in the garden of morning glory. Kids enjoyed the zip wire to the island. Didn’t know there was a waterpark with fun rides, but probably not enough time as part of the trip. We have to go on our own. Rail bike was really fun with the family and amazing scenery. Tour guide was gd, maintained time well and felt like a personalised tour as group was small. Worth the trip when visiting Korea. Need to experience during autumn or spring when colours wd be different.

Such a fun experience, Jesse was great!

We booked this tour very last minute but so glad we did! The tour was well organised with enough time for each activity. Jesse was friendly and welcoming, making it easy to ask questions. He even took group photos which was much appreciated! I was most impressed with his inclusivity of Muslim travellors in offering a halal resturaunt for lunch which gave many of us piece of mind. Amazing time

Railbike tour was a lot of fun. Great photo ops around the premises for all three locations. Tour guide K oppa was terrific! He speaks multiple languages and does a great job keeping the group organized and on time

Our tour guide Jesse was amazing! From the beginning to the end, he communicated directions and what to expect each step of the way. The tour itself was wonderful as well. Nami Island and the garden was our favorite part. We had just enough time at each location. Thank you so much, Jesse!

Super organized and efficient tour

Jesse (jaemin) from this tour was a gem. So friendly, so hardworking, and had one goal in mind: make all his guests comfortable, full, and loving Korea. He did a a spectacular job considering those lofty goals. Highly recommend and hope you get Jesse.

Fun tour

We enjoyed most were the Morning Calm Garden and Railbike tour. There is not much to see in Nami Island. Our tour guide Alvin was knowledgeable, witty and funny.

Great experience for nature lovers

Katherine was an amazing tour guide, and our bus driver was outstanding. She have very detailed clear instructions via WhatsApp about where to meet and when, and kept us organized and on time throughout the day. The weather was great to go to all 3 destinations. I loved the lunch we had with grilled chicken and vegetarian options such as buckwheat crepe and noodles. Highly recommend

Nami Island and Garden

The views were amazing. We took some amazing photos!! Kelly was our tour guide for both the DMZ tour and the Nami Island tour. She is the best!!

Rose grat guide!

The gangchon rail bike activity was even greater and funnier than what I thought. The garden of morning was a great spot to talk, relax and take great looking photos. Really like the information our guide gave us and her communication with all the group since before the tour started. Rose made sure we were all having the best time!

Good trip, but needs better coordination

Overall, this was a good trip. The garden and railbike saved the experience, and our guide Yoon did a great job. Nami Island was somewhat interesting. It's not a nature walk in lush green gardens and/or undisturbed natural beauty. Nor is it a deep cultural or historical experience. It is a very developed and elaborate tourist venue. It also presents itself as a fictional foreign country, so it doesn't really reflect the local culture. For improvements, I would recommend an email to all customers the night before, giving the guide's name and contact info. This would help with meeting coordination in the morning. Also, it would be helpful to inform everyone, in the tour description, that even though there are three pickup locations, there is only one drop off location (Hongdae Station) at the end of the tour. Customers should be told that in advance. We missed the Seoul Drone Show because of that.

Dynamic Scheduling according to weather

Katherine, our guide, is fluent in English. She works with the guests for optimal scheduling of the tour on the fly depending on weather forecasts. Everything worked out for the better due to her quick change and arrangement.

Railbike ... amazing

The Railbike is amazing. It was a fun experience, especially the tunnel. Although we were expecting something like scary part.. but its okay, the DISCO part was super amazing.

Gorgeous and unique Nami Island

The rail bike ride was such fun, and not strenuous! Nami Island has gorgeous scenery and lots of unique sculptures and such. And the Garden of Morning Calm was so beautiful. Every direction you turned was glorious! Our guide Jesse was great!

Winter Sonata pilgrimage completed, beautiful Garden and enduring the Gangchon-ro trail bike ☺️ will recommend to friends.

Meeting point is confusing make us miss to trip and also reject the refund, very bad and irresponsible travelling agency

Had a great time at the rail bike! Even the kids asked to come back again. Our tour guide, Jesse was very friendly and knowledgeable. He always emphasised the time limit for each of the activities, so everyone came back on time and the tour run as per the schedule.

Great tour

A great itinerary and all destinations were worth seeing. K was a very charismatic tour guide and communicated meeting times very well.

Beautiful landmark but beware of unhidden fees

All three sites were beautiful!!! That’s where all the star ratings go to! The logistics in meeting and paying extra for the unoccupied seat for the railway park were less than desired. Our tour fees cover the railway park ride if you had 2 or 4 riders. However, if you had 3 in your party, you had to pay an additional $10 US for the empty seat. It was not spelled out in the tour, nor should we pay for the empty seat. Left a sour taste in our mouths.

My Gangchon-ri railbike experience

The railbike was very funny, Nami Island was very pleasant to walk and see so many different trees and flowers, unfortunately it was a raining day so the Garden of Morning calm wasn’t pleasant to walk around. Katherine was very kind and professional

Let K Oppa Take You Around!!

Our tour guide (he told us to call him K oppa) was so engaging & funny the whole time, very punctual and on time, our schedule was really organized and easy to follow! transportation was smooth and comfortable, all three main destinations of the tour were so fun & K oppa’s presence & his witty banter made it even more entertaining! 10/10 would recommend to others who might not know exactly what they wanna do during their time in Korea!

Fun places, but tour guide kept trying to take our money.

( I tried uploading photos, but it says mine are in the wrong format.) The actual trip itself was beautiful. The locations were fun and peaceful. However, the bus ride was different. I am sure it was not the tour guides fault, but i went on another tour that didnt have the guide trying to sell me something. Every time we got on the bus, the guide would try to sell us one thing or another. He handed out samples of seaweed and said it was available for purchase. Lunch was not included, but he told the bus where we were going to be eating. When i asked if there were other places around to eat, he said yes but we were going to be eating at this one specific restaurant that only had 6 items on the menu. Im quite certain they have a deal going with the restaurant, because otherwise it would have made more sense to eat on Nami island, where there is a multitude of different restaurants. I told the guide i was not going to eat at the place he suggested, and he seemed taken aback. Everyone else on the tour went to the restaurant with him, and i waited to eat until the island, which did cut into my free time. We all could have eaten on the island and it would have given us all more free time, so im still confused by that. When we were getting close to the rail bike place, the guide told us if we wanted a 2 seat bike, it would cost extra. If you wanted to have only 3 people in your bike, it would also cost extra. I dont know why that was not put in the tour listing, but we felt blindsided. Every time we blinked there would be another up-charge or something they were selling. It was exhausting. I would recommend to the person putting on the tour to please just let the people ride in peace and stop trying to take all the money they have in their pockets!

Fun experience

This tour was fun! I'm glad we got to experience many other parts of south korea that I may not have known about. Each destination brings it own unique experience and breathtaking beauties. Clear instructions and directions were provided to all guests on what to expect for the day of tour. Our guide Connner was very nice and helpful and making sure all guests were taken care of. Highly recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes. Overall I would definitely recommend this trip.

Wonderful memories

All the places are awesome with beautiful flowers and trees, I really enjoyed seeing them in person. This memories will be forever in my lifetime.

Tour guide was fun...

Tour guide was fun however he was full stress about timing and showed stressed behaviours. Lunch was terrific, we forced to pay cash. Please go for alternative nami island practical better lunch. Return should be less traffic one of ease to access subway station. We spent rush hour traffic for arriving Hongdae, it was definitely wrong idea & direction.

Amazing experience at Nami Island!

We had the most wonderful time on this tour! The gardens were beautiful and the rail bike experience was so much fun. Jesse, our tour guide, was exceptional! He was completely amazing and made our day so wonderful. He really took care of our group and was one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had - a big big thank you to him!

The entire experience was great! Well organized and thought through. Jesse, our guide, was very helpful and was always aiming to accommodate everyone's needs. He provided enough info regarding the places we were visiting and kept track of the time so we wouldn't be delayed. Great experience overall!

We had a fantastic time our Tour Guide JaeMin was really good and awnsered all questions and made sure we where all comfortable. %100 recommend this tour to anyone coming to Korea and wants to go out of the city for a day

Must do in Korea

This was our first time visiting all these locations after visiting Korea a couple of times. I wish we had done this tour sooner. We had a great time visiting all these places and got to enjoy some time with locals. Just wish we had a bit more time at each location.

Waste of time

It was difficult to understand what Rose was trying to communicate while we were on the bus. And at the restaurant she said we could pay by card or cash but they only accepted cash. She also wasn’t clearr on the cost of the seaweed packages she sold us - we just wanted one package but she sold sets of 3. Further, It wasn’t worth going to the Garden of Mornimg Calm at this time of the year as there was only one section where flowers were being planted. That stop was a waste of time.

Awesome Nami island + 2 day trip

Being able to tour 3 different places and have lunch as well during the day tour was amazing. Our guide Jaemin or Jesse did an awesome job and was a fantastic guide.

Beautiful view

Nami Island had a really beautiful fauna, the garden had som amazing flowers and trees and the railbike is a must see. The tourguide Jesse was really friendly and helpfull.

Great day out

Trip was on time and well organised by the tour guide. Small mishap at the start due to not enough details with regards to the meeting point location. Wasn't specific enough and we had to reschedule our day trip to another day.

The tour was absolutely amazing and I'd love to go again with friends. The host CK was lovely and gave us a lot of interesting facts on the journey there (especially about Gangnam). Gangchon Railbike tour was absolutely amazing as you pedal through around 4 different tunnels all with music and beautiful illuminated lights. Went on a ferry to Nami Island and explored for 2 hours which was also amazing

Very Disappointing

Guide did not return call night before and did not care to make any attempt to contact me regarding meeting place which was very confusing therefore I missed trip and didn’t get to go. Another couple that I met also missed bus couldn’t find meeting place no help from guide

Our Tour Guide is CHARLES, and I strongly recommend trying to get him as your guide as you will not regret it. X16 of us, which is the perfect size group on the "golden dream" bus (identification purposes vs red or blue 😋) whose interior is luxuriously comfortable + stunning ceiling motifs + ambient lighting. CHARLES is incredibly organized in the coolest of ways ~ creating a WhatApp Group Chat, so everyone could communicate easily. We just did this tour with guide Jesse. He was so nice and helpful answering all our questions. He regaled us with stories and history, and kept us on time so everything was covered. We did the rail bike in the morning followed by a delicious lunch. Then it rained and rained going to Nami Island and Garden of Morning Calm. A shame as the garden is beautiful but we were too cold and wet to appreciate it. We recommened this tour, especially with Jesse. It would have been a great day out if not for the weather.
