Over crowded attractions

Although the guide and driver was attentive and experienced the island attractions or photo opportunities were over crowded. The roads were crowded with everyone trying to get to the same place first. Adverage attraction at best.

Fazer packages

They offered a package with meals included and there wasnt. The driver didnt know the way and also was a very bad driver. Avoid!

Great experience in Nusa Paneda

Our trip was made extra special with the drivers who took us around on the island. We highly recommend this trip. The road to broken beach was actually broken! So get ready to off-road experience… heads up if you have motion sickness.

Amazing trip with Pak Jamu!

The tour was amazing. We did the mix package (west and east) and our tour guide Pak Jamu was very friendly, he knows the best spots and places, also took very nice pictures and videos from me and my girlfriend. We went to Kelingking Beach, Diamond Beach, Broken Beach and Angel Billabong. He was also very committed to meeting the tour times. So if you are looking for a mix tour at Nusa Penida with great photo spots, I definitely recommend him and Penidago!

Life’s a Beach!

Love all the beaches we saw. The water colors were out of this world ranging from emerald, to turquoise to pure blue! The views were breathtaking. We are so happy with this full-day all-inclusive private tour with Penidago.

Not enjoyable for me.

Stunning views, but I did not enjoy the experience. I thought these were location to actually go swimming. This more so to take pictures. The pictures are breathtaking, however not worth the time or money.

Such a fantastic tour! I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the beautiful beaches of West and East Nusa Penida. The driver that picked us up at the hotel was lovely,as was the driver that met us on the other side at Nusa Penida. He was very accommodating to where we wanted to stop,and even took some fabulous pictures of myself and my husband. He went above and beyond to make our day that much more special. I highly recommend this tour.

Highly recommended tour with Mr Agus!

The tour was truly amazing! The island and the beaches were perfect. But what made it even better was our tour guide. Mr Agus was very knowledgeable of the island, communicated with us very well, and made sure every second of the tour was made special.

Family Day trip to Nusa penida island

We enjoyed our one private tour organised by penidago. Our driver Agoose was very friendly. We had limited time on the island, we took the 8.00 am speed boat from sanor to the island. We went to diamond beach and to crystal bay beach. It was very crowded today, but had a good time. Do recommend this teip

Great trip

Smooth journey from being picked up at the hotel in Ubud, arrival at Nusa Pendia and back to Ubud. Both drivers very helpful and friendly, managed to see all the sites with time to spare to get the earlier boat back to Bali. Recommend ☺️

A day in Heaven

We had successfully made East & West part of Nusa Penida in a day thanks to Mr Jamu who organized it precisely when to be at each spot. He was not only our driver and guide but also a talanted photographer! Highly recommend him as a companion on Nusa Penida.

Wonderful day on the island!!

This trip was beyond our expectations because Made Jaya, our driver on the island was so sensitive to our needs. Although we were supposed to go to 5-7 stops it was a bit too vigorous with the intense heat and humidity for us to handle that itinerary. Made was more than willing to adjust per our request. And help us with the difficult parts of the walks out to the view points. His driving was totally remarkable on the smallest 2 car roads we had ever seen! Made is also an excellent photographer! He goes to great lengths to get the best photos. Our driver from hotel and back was also excellent. So sorry I have not included his name. Wonderful day trip! A must do!!

Had a fun trip exploring this beautiful island

Loved diamond beach, our guide was extremely helpful and nice. It was a tough climb going down up and down but it was definitely worth it.

Good, friendly service.Easy to deal with and the trip itinerary ran smoothly including all transfers.It is always comfortable to know your travel agent is professional providing good customer service. We stayed in Ubud.Tanu...

We stayed in Ubud.Tanu was our driver from Ubud to Sanur.He was polite and very good.But our driver/guide at Nusa Penida was Sadak.He was very rude,impatient.Would surely not recommend him to anyone.He was smoking through out which was very uncomfortable.

Nusa Penida Day Tour

It was a hassle free experience from online transaction until completion of our day tour. Penidago personnel reached out to us a day before our trip and made all the necessary arrangements. They fetch us in Sanur port to handover or fast boat tickets and guided us until we boarded. Once reached in Nusa Penida port we were fetch by our private day tour driver and it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience all the way. We had an amazing tour with our tour guide Agus! It was fuss-free. His photography skills are the best. The most important thing is he’s vaccinated 👍🏻 Very recommend this tour, especially with Agus as your guide! We also booked a pickup and drop off. Pak Indah is punctual and kept our things safe in his car.

This was a nice tour...

This was a nice tour overall. Our tour guide Agus was very nice and took nice pictures of us. The only pictures we didn’t like were at the tree house. They came out kinda dark. Agus took his own pictures with his own camera and he said he would send them to us. He never sent them, and when we reached out to him, he never responded.

A day in Nusa Penida

We had an amazing time with the best driver and guide Agus! He should be a professional photographer as well. The day was jam packed with lots to see in Nusa Penida. Agus did a great job getting us around those very narrow roads to our destinations and was a pleasure to have as company for the day! Would recommend!

I booked both my boat to Nusa Penida and my day trip around Nusa Penida with them. The boat worked smoothly. Got us there and back leaving approximately on time (fine for Indonesian standards). My driver picked me up as soon as I got off the boat and took me to the first stop right away. He knew all the best picture spots and was very patient waiting at each place. Would definitely recommend.

A very enjoyable trip in Nusa Penida

My family and I took a Private Tour package to West Nusa Penida via Penidago. The booking experience via WA is very easy and practical. The choice is clear and the prices are competitive. The package includes a return trip along with a tour guide who doubles as our driver, a vehicle while in Nusa Penida, and lunch. I happened to get a very experienced and caring driver, Mr. Jamu. The customer service orientation is very good. In my group there were elderly people who couldn't walk very far or fast, and Mr. Jamu tried to find the closest parking and find the easiest terrain route. Mr. Jamu shared a lot of stories about Nusa Penida and the places we visited. The places we visited were truly beautiful and the views were truly "breathtaking"! Mr. Jamu also doubles as a good photographer, who helped us to take photos and videos from very good angles. In the afternoon, Mr. Jamu also helped us check in to the boat for the return trip, and he also waited until we got home. Really very good service.

Beautiful beaches and nature

This was a fun tour! Perfectly arranged by our guide and taxi Agus, thanks again Agus! You will pass the most beautiful places and the tour guide will think along with you about what you should/shouldn't do. Lunch was fine, wide choice. Enough water, highly recommended. Please note that 8am departure is at 7.15 at the office. Here you will receive the tickets and be taken to the boat. We were met by our driver on the other side. Recommended!
