Perfect day in Santorini

A perfect way to spend the day in visiting all the spots around the island. Staff were super friendly and helpfull since booking with Anna at the store to Maria helping us around the boat! The boat is also gorgeous and super well-equiped with anything you might need. The food they prepared was also really tasty and did accomodate for vegetarian.

Great crew, great relaxing day

Loved the whole experience, from the boat, to the food, to the crew, and the destinations. It was such a chill fun vibe for a sunny beautiful afternoon. We did the day cruise and had perfect weather. Our crew were great and we had a fun bunch on board. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone that wants to explore and see the scenery while relaxing on a sailboat for the afternoon.

Perfect Greek trip

Antonis was an amazing captain! We had the best time with our two kids - 23 and 19. The views, the history, the water, the swimming and the meal were amazing.

Great day with Sunset Oia!

We had a great day with sunset Oia! Pick up and drop off from the hotel was made so easy and straightforward. The bbq on the boat was nice and authentic. The staff were great and explained the history of every stop on the boat. Great day overall! Highly recommended.

Catamaran day trip with sunset-ioa

Excellent trip, even on a cold rainy day we had a great time and would 100% recommend. Nik and the crew worked very hard, the food was very good. Great way to see Santorini.

Perfect sunset cruise! Do it!

All the good reviews are true!! Got picked up in a van about 50 minutes up front and picked up al the other guests on route to the boat. 20 people was perfect for this size catamaran. Good places to chill and enjoy. Had great white wine, some snacks and bbq fish for dinner (could also choose pork or chicken): amazing fish and side dishes too! No shortage of anything. Had a few beautiful stops, did some snorkeling. There were about ten more boats enroute, but not disturbing. Had some more wine. The captain had a great chill music playlist. And then the sunset: wow! Crew: Captain Evie, Sergio and Angela: big thanks to you!!

Expectation exceeded

Beautiful day. Exceeded expectations. Everything was as promised with a few expectations. There was no snorkeling equipment and you were not to swim to the beach. Swimming only near boat far from shore. Excellent food. Comfortable seating. Clean easy access restrooms. Friendly crew.

Luxury At its Best…breathe taking

The views are insane and so amazing! The customer service was spectacular. The catamaran was in excellent condition inside and out. The crew is very prideful on how they take care of catamaran and their guest. Thank you for a wonderful experience from NYC!

Amazing honeymoon adventure

Amazing experience! Antonis was a master captain (I normally get very bad motion sickness but felt great the entire ride). Maria and Kostas were warm, friendly, funny and excellent chefs- the meal they served was incredible! Highly recommend!

do not waste your money

They stop at places to allow you off into the ocean but you cannot go on shore to touch the sand. Also, they do not provide life jackets only if its an emergency.

Boat is great, getting there is a drag

Everything on the boat was fantastic. The crew was competent, fun, and informative. The food was tasty and generous. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star experience is the transportation on either end. It says they pick you up at your hotel. That is incorrect. They pick you up at the McDonalds in Fira which was a 10 minute walk from our hotel. The return trip was a disaster. We waited about an hour standing around in the hot sun before the van came for us on the back end. We then drove from place to place for another hour before being dropped back at the McDonalds. All in we arrived at our pick up at 8:50am and got back to that same spot at 3:50pm. We were only on the water from 10am to 2pm.

Best tour in santorini

The tour was great, I really enjoyed it. The staff on the boat are very kind, friendly and lovely, I loved it. The food was very tasty and served very nicely. This is the best tour you can choose and they are very organised, even the driver for pick us up was very good. The passengers are really cool too. Thanks a lot. See you next year for sure!

Tragedy of the Commons

This catamaran cruise through the geologically striking caldera features, above all, a delightful crew, along with pleasant swimming, an appetizing BBQ dinner, and unlimited beer and wine. Sails were up for one long reach, otherwise it's motoring. However, Sunset-Oia jams the tiny port with way too many boats (I counted 27 catamarans--a few from other companies) on identical schedules, causing long delays (40 mins for us, others longer) when all boats depart together and return from sunset at the same time. It's a zoo! The Tragedy of the Commons, symbolic of overcrowded Santorini, is that way too many people crowd the port, and the owners try to maximize profits in the short tourist season by running too many boats, undermining the experience for everyone. Yes, we saw the orange sunset.

Beautiful water and lovely setting!

Scenery was wonderful, food was delicious, and the captain's music playlist was great! I'd recommend this tour to anyone who wishes for an amazing day.

Simply perfect, great food, fantastic places for their beauty and an incredible crew (captain Alex, Maria and Panos). We had a lot of fun and it was without a doubt one of the best days of my life. thanks!

Must do in Santorini!

My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and this is one of our most memorable moments in Greece. They picked us up by our hotel and transferred us to the bay. The entire trip was so much fun and made better with the crew. At the first stop we had sandwiches prepared, and at another stop we had a complete Greek meal grilled on the boat. They also provided towels and allowed us to swim at three stops for a good amount of time. I would highly recommend this excursion!

The perfect sunset dinner cruise!

The crew was top notch. They made a fun but safe environment and were very helpful throughout the cruise. The food was the best I’ve ever experienced on a sailing tour. Spiros positioned us perfectly for the sunset. Jimmy and Maria made sure we all had amazing pictures with our significant others during sunset.

A must do day out

Perfect day cruising around and stopping in amazing locations to swim. Plenty of drinks and the lunch was awesome. The crew were great fun and made the day a very memorable one, can highly recommend?,

Breathtaking views on an amazing boat!

The tour guide Maria was amazing and very knowledgeable! We had the best time. The catamaran was beautiful and so clean. We loved hearing about the history at each stop and the food was unbelievable. Would absolutely do this again and would recommend to friends. Music playlist was also on point! Captain played great tunes.

This was our favorite part of the holiday, amazing day out at sea, crew were friendly and helpful. Swimming in the ocean once the boat anchored was fabulous, BBQ on board topped it off with amazing food.

Spectacular

We were on ipanema58 - 19 sept - captain Antonis and the crew of Rafaela and Antonis. We had an amazing experience they were very accommodating. Food was equally excellent. From start to finish we felt as tho we were being well taken care of, from taxi pickup to drop off. We had a great group of people as well. Definitely a trip to remember for a lifetime. Thank you to a sunset Oia.

A day in blissful paradise

Boat is extremely clean. The crew was amazing with excellent hospitality. Very educational with lots of fun facts for every stop made. The food was delicious The best part was there was the perfect combination of people on the boat made lots of new friends, the perfect combination of a blissful day.

Amazing Day on the Water

The morning started with a transfer from Oia where we were staying. When at the port, our driver turned around and drove backwards down the window road to drop us off where the boats would pick us up. His driving skills were very impressive. We boarded our boat, The Sunset Oia 500 and took off for a great day on the water. Our first stop was by the volcano. A few people got off the boat to swim. Most people just say on the boat and enjoyed the view. After that, we cruised for a bit and got to know our fellow passengers. Our captain Alex and his crew Natalia and Jimmy kept us informed as to the location and history of the island along the way. We stopped at another beach for a longer swim and some lunch. The lunch was amazing!! After lunch, we swam a bit more and made our way along the coast. We stopped for one final.swim. It was a relaxing day on the water. Highly recommended!

day motoring on a sail boat

the checkin was disorganized and left late from the dock. the first and last stops were very short only 15 minutes. the return Transfer we waited 1 hour in the van for additional passengers from other boats. food was great, staff was very friendly.

Sailing through Paradise

Doesn't get better than this!

This was the best way to spend my birthday, cruising around the blue waters of Santorini with my wife, sipping wine, eating a great lunch and swimming in warm clear water! Definitely recommend this trip.

Disastrous Transportation to and from Hotel

The cruise was great once we were on the boat. Their pick up at the hotel was 30 mins late and parking at the pier was chaotic with lots of confused passengers. Still had to check in with staff even though we had reservations. The drive back to the hotel was also confusing since the driver past our hotel which was closest to the pier and we had to inform the driver he forgot to drop us off. Our actual cruise was great and semi private which means 20 people.

A really good experience, with great food and really lovely crew. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. A day to remember.

Good start bad finish

The tour itself is good and worth the money but the reason I removed a star is that on the return to the port we were left floating like a message bottle in front of the peer while other catamarans ( I would say at least 10 ) passed us by to unload passengers. Some people were sea sick and that is the worst thing that could happen. The crew at the end after some 25 or 30 minutes balancing in the waves informed us it was because of the traffic... other Catamarans were not blocked by traffic. We had to move away from the port and be transfered in a small boat. This lack of informing passengers on time is the worst thing a provider of services could do.

Captain George and his crew were the best! Excellent food!!!

Captain George, Jimmy, Natalia, and Stiven were amazing! Great crew, EXCELLENT FOOD!!! The pork steak blew my mind. Barbecued on the back of the boat while we swam in the most beautiful water ever

Fantastic Catamaran Day

Fantastic excursion and tour! The boat crew was incredible and very fun. We had a wonderful day cruising around the island and stopping at various swimming spots. Even was able to snorkel at one. The Greek bbq lunch was very delicious as well. Highly recommend this tour and doing this at the beginning of your trip to Santorini!

Highlight of our trip

The views were amazing, and the crew (George, Yannis, and Katerina) was so fun! Everything was well organized, and the food was delicious too. Definitely a highlight of our trip!

Santorini Sunset Oia catamaran 500

The catamaran was amazing as were the crew-Captain George and crew members Natalia, Limakos and Stiven on Sunset Oia 500. There was great food, music and swimming and kept us entertained with their stories. It was the highlight of my trip in Santorini.

Beautiful Views of Santorini

Staff was great. Lunch stop was a bit long. Lunch had a lot of options- cooked right on the boat. Pick up was a little bit of a debacle - had to wait on bus. Overall great experience

Great trip out

This boat trip was really great. It was so beautiful to go out on the crystal Blue waters. Probably don’t set your sights on having a mud bath- I think the mud stains the boats and it’s hard to wash off so we couldn’t go on the beach. Regardless the food and drinks were fabulous and so were the host and music. It was a beautiful boat as well. Would highly recommend!! We were chuffed we paid a little more to have a maximum of 20 as there was lots of room and it felt very welcoming.

Boat Ride

We had a great time on the boat. Food was good too. However, I wished we actually went on to the beaches. Other than that, great time.

DJ Skipper

Had a good time on a 20 passenger catamaran. Good bbq and swimming at a couple locations. My only complaint was the loud techno/rap music. I asked to turn down volume and was told there are 18 others on the boat. The skipper seemed to be an aspiring DJ. I wanted to enjoy the serenity of the surroundings, or possibly some light background music. I would recommend inquiring this issue prior to booking

Awesome crew, beautiful views!

We loved this excursion! The crew was incredible, very hospitable, friendly, funny, and made sure we had everything we needed. The lunch they made us was delicious, and there were options for people with different dietary needs. The locations we went to visit were so beautiful, and at some places you could swim.

Magical sailing trip

This was an amazing trip and all the staff on board were amazing. The Catamaran was continually cleaned and sparkling. The food was cooked on board by Maria and absolutely hearty and delicious! Thank you for a magical trip. Highly recommend.

An excellent way to explore Santorini

Excellent trip! The Catamaran felt so exclusive with just 20 people (felt less.) The team could not do enough for us and the food was excellent. The three stop offs: the hot springs, red and white beaches were really lovely and you wouldn’t be able to see them as well in any other way. The team also gave you lots of information about what you were seeing. The towels, beer, food and team really did make you feel you were on an exclusive luxury trip- would 100% do it again!

Very nice

It was fun but the driver that picked us up from our hotel with 10 other passengers in the van drive very very fast. It was winding roads and it made me very nervous also when I payed for this tour they said we would go to a beach. We never saw a beach! My daughter had a great time swimming at ours tops

Overall a good tour and relaxing day on the boat and great food.

We were picked up close to our hotel in a van and then dropped off to check in. It was chaotic with over 100 people but then they separated us into different cateramans. We had about 18 people on ours and it didn’t feel overly crowded. We stopped 3 times. The first for 20 min at the hot springs which were actually super cold and not relaxing, then we stopped at a second location close to the red beach but didn’t actually go to any beaches. The third is a stop where we snorkeled and saw a decent number of fish and ate amazing Greek food. Some of the best. They played great music the entire time and one guy danced around to entertain us. They offered us drinks several times. Overall it was an amazing day just a few minor things prevented it from being 5 stars. The locations were nothing special, some lady that worked on the boat had a huge bandage around her foot and toe and was walking around barefoot and stepping on people’s towels that they laid on like that was ok and not unsanitary. Overall it is a good tour and you will enjoy. I think all of them are the same so don’t have super high expectations. It’s a nice day on a boat and stops to jump Into the water.

Captain George is the best!

Captain George & his crew, Natalia and Sertzio were great. George made the trip so much fun with music, great hospitality & plenty of knowledge. Our group of 5 had a blast with the rest of the guests enjoying drinks, a Greek bbq, great swimming, beautiful views and of course, a gorgeous sunset.
