Amazing - trip of a lifetime

Absolutely perfect. Boat was very clean. Drinks plentiful. Staff super helpful. I was worried about shade before we went but there was plenty. Even better than the itinerary sounds.

Cruise on the Mediterranean

The crew was thoughtful and would provide tips on where we were and a bit of history. The meal served was adequate and we were provided with a gluten free chicken breast and cold salads. I would recommend this excursion to everyone.

Great cruise. Staff was friendly and great service. Made good friendships with the other travelers. Missing one star (4 instead of 5) because the van the picked us up did not have AC in a very hot day.

Setting is great, few negative suprises

Setting is great, few negative suprises. 1. # passengers. Website clearly states a 'maximum of 16 travellers' - 40/50 people were on our ship. 2. Unannounced change is locations - itinary was supposed to start on Vlychada, yet we were driving to Ammoudi and started cruise from there. 3. Having to pay for beers. Again website states open bar incl. for beers. 4. Music. Our "Romantic" cruise got a different mood when the crew announced at the start that this was a 'party ship' and started blasting '00s hit songs to the point where everyone fled to the outskirts to still be able to talk.

Best activity in oia!

Highlight of our trip in Santorini! The captain and crew were well-prepared and friendly. The boat was in pristine condition and the dinner was fantastic. Cruising around Santorini and watching the sunset is an once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Staff were fantastic and...

Staff were fantastic and we had a fun day. Gorgeous weather to be on the water. Only disappointment was that the water at the hot springs was not hot. Rest of experience was fantastic.

Santorini surprise

The Best! Crew were fantastic, attentive and plenty of fun. Three swimming spots with enough time at each to enjoy the crystal clear waters of the Aegean. Food was great and also plenty of it (washed down with an Alfa or six..). Views of Santorini from a different perspective ie the water, were amazing and topped off by the sunset vista at the end. Pick up and drop off at your accommodation a bonus. Overall an excellent Santorini experience, worth the expense and highly recommended with Santorini Yachting Club.

Private sunset cruise

The views were amazing! Also, the accommodations were great from Captain Kostos and his assistant Nantine! Would highly recommend this to anyone going to Santorini.

Nice cruise with great service.

It was amazing. Service was great. Foods were good with variety of drinks. Captain Zannis, sailors named Sofos and Aggelos were kind and helpful.

Relaxing, semi-private, wonderful experience!

Amazing experience on this boat tour. We were only 9 people here and it was semi private. The team onboard was fabulous and took a great care of us. They were great hosts and served drinks and food with big smiles. There were other boats but they had loud music playing and looked very crowded! I recommend to go with this boat - the pick up and drop off from our hotel was very planned! Even at the port we got the preference to embark and disembark … what an elite feeling! Beautiful Day on the Water!

Santorini Yacht Club is great! We had a half day tour around Santorini, despite not great weather the staff on the boat did a great job keeping us engaged, sharing history of the sights we saw as well as keeping us hydrated with the various drink options. The tour does not dock at any of the sites but they do allow you to swim (it was a bit cold but we got in!). The food was surprisingly delicious especially the grilled shrimp. Huge shout out to our captain Yannis and the whole crew!

Poor experience

Would not recommend booking in advance as there is no refund! Weather was terrible storm. We got seasick on the ferry ride to santorini and couldn’t bear to get on another boat. They absolutely refused to rebook to the next day when weather was better and refused to refund me!

Our favorite part of the trip!

Yannis was a wonderful Captain. He and his crew provided an amazing experience for everyone on our 5 hour trip. They shared local history as we sailed around the caldera, and prepared a great meal on board. Sunset was beyond description. Pictures will never do it justice. Drinks and towels are provided and there is a lavatory on board.

strongly recommend

Friendly Stephanie, thank you so much for taking good care of me on board alone. I'm so sad that I couldn't go south to White Beach and other islands because of the high waves. I really want to go see White Beach again by yacht next time I visit Santorini. The staff were all friendly and nice, and the BBQ and meals served on the ship were really delicious. Swimming in the Mediterranean sea was also a pleasant memory. Above all, I think it will be a wonderful and beautiful memory to enjoy the sunset on a yacht on the sea. The pickup service was good, and the towels were provided, so I enjoyed the cruise very easily. I would love to come back again!!!

Beautiful but beware of windy weather

It was really good, but due to bad weather we could not do the actual schedule of the trip, instead we gave a few spins around the caldera and visited other beaches. Not the staff fault but sadly not what we hoped for. However it was still very pretty and very enjoyable

Highly recommend!

We had such a great time! There was a good number of people, not too many, not too little. The service is great. They constantly walk around taking drink orders. The food is also great and there's a lot of it! I think it's a great price for what you get. Everyone was so kind and the views are incredible. It's also very nice that they pick you up and drop you off! We highly recommend and would do it again!

You will love this experience

Truly amazing trip and highlight of the holiday, great team made the day so relaxed and enjoyable, stopped at three swimming locations, totally optional if you go, the crew keep an eye on you to make sure you’re safe. Even though I have explored the coastline the view from the sea was breath taking and highlighted the beauty of Santorini even more. BBQ dinner was yummy and so much, you could fill your plate over and over. Free unlimited drinks, the sun and great views, felt like a millionaire for a short while. Fantastic trip and glad I paid a little more for low numbers on the boat and more selection of food and drink, you will love this!!!

Best Sunset Cruise!!!

This sunset cruise was our favorite during our two week Greek vacation. From the pickup in Fira to the water taxi back to the old port after the cruise, everything was top notch. Exceeded our expectations!!

Would not recommend :(

Unfortunately I would not recommend this cruise. The excursion included hotel pick up and we were told we would be contacted regarding a pick up time. I even reached out the night prior because I had not yet received a time and they said someone would be reaching out the next day. The day of, my husband and I are at the pool and we randomly get a call from the front desk that the driver was there to pick us up. (Around 12:30) we were no where close to ready and they could not wait so we had to arrange a private taxi which cost us 60 euros. I reached out to the viator and asked to be refunded for the extra cost since it was lack of communication on their end. They said they did contact me. I asked for a screenshot with the time date and stamp of the communication and they have sent a download twice that will not open. The other guests on this cruise all knew each other and made it a “party boat” situation, which is of course not something that can be helped by the employees but it’s a risk you take when booking an excursion like this. Overall it was not a “romantic sunset cruise” but pretty stressful from the beginning and with so many company’s to choose from, I would book one that admits when there was lack of communication and tries to make it right.

Amazing Trip!!

Amazing staff, incredible food, and awesome views! However we were told pick up was at 2:00pm however they came an hour early and almost missed the trip.

Nice honeymoon experience

Spend more - take an alternative cruise

This was a highly disappointing excursion. The good: The boat left on time from the dock. The ride was smooth and the tour provided beautiful sights around the caldera. The sunset view amazing. The not so good: There were so many people that it was difficult to sit. The music was incredibly loud for the full 5 hours. I measured it with my decibel app and it was 85-95Db the entire time. The music also included highly offensive songs with p***y and d**k lyrics throughout. The vegetarian meal replaced the 2 meat skewers with 5 small pieces of over grilled zucchini. In the last hour, this tour came alongside of another boat in some sort of music and dance-off complete with an increase in volume, raunchy music, and an air horn. If you're looking to live out your early 90s MTV spring break bikini boat dance rave dreams - this is your tour.

Great experience but thought we were going to the beaches

The crew including the two Dimitriuses and Iris were very hospitable and made sure we had a great time! They made an amazing meal for us and it was really interesting to sail around Santorini. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that we didn’t go to any of the beaches referenced on the experience. While we were sailing, they mentioned that we weren’t going to the Red Sand Beach because it was closed due to falling rocks but when we sailed by it, there were plenty of people on the beach. I’m not sure why we didn’t go to the other beaches which was one of the reasons we booked this. The next day, we did a separate 1/2 day excursion which sailed to the Calderas, including a hike to Neo Kimeni, Thirissia and a swim in the hot springs. Had we known that we weren’t going to the actual beaches, we would have done the 1/2 day Calderas excursion only which is about $100 less per person. I will note that the 1/2 day Calderas one doesn’t include a meal or drinks but for the difference in cost, it was well worth it even if you had to do lunch on your own.

Breathtaking Views and excellent Crew

Our hotel (Sea Breeze Resorts and Spa) works with Santorini Yachting Club so we booked via the hotel. They even worked with us with I gave the hotel the wrong day that we wanted the cruise and rescheduled us with no problems. We opted the the Romantic Sunset Cruise. They pick up and drop off right at that hotels doorstep, which was very welcome. We didn't have to worry about anything. We were on a catamaran with with somewhere between 16-20 people I'd say, just as advertised. I wish there was more room for all of us to lounge but it didn't detract much from our trip. The crew took us to see all the best views with some information about each. They did an excellent job of imparting information but not talking the entire time and allowing us to relax and soak it all in. If you wanted to swim we were given ample time in each spot and never felt rushed, while other boats were already heading to the next spot. The Hot Springs I've read aren't that hot but I don't think we got close enough because it was COLD ! hahahahaha. (just to set expectations) The sunset was just incredible. There are many boats including cruise ships and our captain would maneuver so we weren't blocked and had a wonderful vantage point. The crew was on top of both making sure we hydrated, fed well, informed and comfortable. We had a very young lady on our ship and I thought she was family working for the company. But I asked her how long she's been doing this and she said only a few months. We told her she handled herself like she grew up on the boat and helping customers. :) I've read reviews about the food on some of the cruises being subpar. I don't remember if this line was included but I wanted to point out that the food was excellent. Typical Greek dishes and grilled/bbq meat, freshly prepared on a boat with these views? How can you go wrong. Food was flavorful and fresh. We were very satisfied with the meal. If we could have afforded one of their more private sailings, boat that would have been perfect since it was our anniversary / late honeymoon, but this was in our range and would could not have been more happy with the service, the experience and our choice! We got everything we hoped for from the experience and have memories of our anniversary / honeymoon. Thank you Santorini Yachting Club !

Santorini Yacht Club catamaran cruise.

Overall great. The views were spectacular and the crew was great. Meal was good, drinks were available throughout. But, the AC in the pickup van was not on or just not good. We were picked up in Oia, so it was 1.5 hour to get there for the aft/eve cruise. We did not get to actually go ON any beach but rather anchored off shore and could swim in ocean. The thermal mud bath, water didn’t seem any warmer than other swim spots. Wish I would have picked one that we could have walked around volcano.

A great cruise

This was the best thing we did on Santorini. Fortunately, we had watched the weather and change the date of our cruise to a day that was not very windy. The original date was very windy with rough seas. Our cruise was excellent! Great sailing, beautiful views, the swimming at three stops was wonderful. The food was very good and the crew was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, mw wife slipped on the wet deck when attempting to enter the water and strained her big toe. This put a damper on our trip. The need to put a non slip surface on the deck near the swimming ladder.

Good cruise, nightmare getting there

I’ll try to keep this fair but accurate and honest. First, the good: the crew was fantastic and friendly. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and there weren’t too many people as to feel crowded. It could have been a great experience. HOWEVER…it was very, very poorly organized. We were given a pickup time and location via email. The day of the cruise, we got a phone call telling us that we’d be picked up 20 mins earlier than originally stated. Okay fine, but in reality the driver was nearly 30 minutes LATER than in the email…meaning we waited around a crowded storefront in the heat for nearly an hour. Then, all of these vans descended on this tiny street corner and nobody knew anything about who was on what van. It was chaotic and stressful. Finally, we figure out which van was ours and then had to drive all throughout the island picking up other passengers. It took almost 40 minutes to get to the port. Once we got there, more chaos. Nobody seems to know which boat we were on. We stood around for 15 minutes until the third person I asked actually knew where we were to go. By the time we finally got on board, I was hot, tired, and stressed out. The cruise was quite enjoyable, and I would have been quite happy if not for the train wreck of getting there and on it. For that reason, I just cannot recommend this cruise.

The experience was...

The experience was wonderful. The captain and crew were friendly and efficient. Our guide to the caldera was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Would highly recommend!

Worth every moment

The crew were amazing and we were blessed with fun travelers. The seas are breathtaking and the swim was stimulating. The meal was excellent and the Santorini Yachting Club paid attention to every detail. I would not hesitate to seek them out on our next trip to Santorini.

Best crew and View

The views were stunning with stops for swimming and lunch. The meal was delicious with seafood pasta, tomato cucumber salad, grilled meats, dolmas and grilled pita! There was plenty of drinks for a hot day, add in music and a great crew and you have the perfect trip! I can’t say enough about the crew Demetrius, Yanni and crew were awesome! I started not feeling well and they were quick to notice and took very good care of me until I felt better🙏

Superb

So happy we did it. The boat and staff where superb. Did not feel rushed . Met many nice people . The food was just ok.

Dream experience

Unbelievably kind staff and crew they took every measure to make sure you have an unbelievable experience. Sometimes you think it can be pricey before hand but it was value for money. It made Santorini for us.

Best sunset boat trip!

Amazing day on the boat with this company! We spent 5 hours on the boat, where eventually, we watched the sun set. There were about 20 other people on the boat which was a perfect amount. The food was lovely and there was an open bar of both soft and alcoholic drinks. We made friends on the boat and were able to swim in the sea&snorkel. It was our favourite day on our holiday in Santorini.

Greatest Tour!

Highlight of our trip! The captain and crew of The Blue Pearl were AMAZING!!!!! We had the best time with great food, drinks and service. The view couldn’t have been better and it’s was so fun swimming in such beautiful water. This trip is a MUST!!!!

Amazing, best part of our trip to Santorini. I cannot recommend this enough. Our boat had only 8 people, plus the crew of three. Experience was flawless from our hotel pickup to drop off. The crew was friendly and went above and beyond. Definitely book this if you are looking to step away from the tourist crowds and have the memory of a lifetime! We passed several over-packed boats that really made it clear we lucked out with this booking. Boat was super clean, towels and snorkels provided. Staff great at stopping for photo opps. Iris, Katerina, and the deck hand were the perfect crew.

Really worthwhile afternoon.

Well organised. Food was surprisingly good. Hosts were all excellent. We are especially grateful to Carolina, a small package of great energy. Sunset was brilliant.

Not a bad way to see the famous sunset!

Six of us (three couples) did the private sunset catamaran cruise with Santorini Yachting Club. After the captain's suggestion, we did not do the normal itinerary (white beach, red beach, etc.) and allowed the captain to suggest our route. We visited the hot springs (still cold- lol) and sailed around the caldera before making our way back to Amoudi to watch the sunset. They provided a delicious dinner and drinks in a nice swimming spot. The only downsides were that dessert was served during the drive to sunset and we wore most of it due to the wind, and sunset is a little less relaxing than you think due to all the boats jockeying for position close to the marina. Overall, would recommend because of the condition of the boat, crew and meal was great!

So romantic 🥰

This was my gift to hubby for our 30th wedding anniversary…. Amazing trip. Great staff. Great group of people. Dipping in the waters on the three locations was wonderful, the food was scrumptious, staff made sure we were topped up with drinks all the time. The sunset was out of this world. We were at the front of all the tour boats so had an unbelievable and uninterrupted view of the sun setting. It was such a magical tour!

Great catamaran trip

A great way to see the whole caldera with sea swimming stops at the red beach, white beach, and volcanic island. Food was delicious and plentiful and the sunset at the end was beautiful- would definitely recommend.

Magnificent and magical

Great trip around the coast, the crew were fabulous, the food was great the swim spots were great and the way they set you up to watch the sunset was magical- a core memory for sure!

The BEST EXPERIENCE in Santorini

This was the highlight of our time in Santorini. The entire experience was first class. The crew of Captain Savvina and Sailor George were fantastic. They went out of their way to ensure that the entire cruise was customized to what we wanted. They were both so friendly and accommodating, and clearly are so passionate about what they do. The food was beyond expectations, you must try the “pasta a la George” and the sunset views are spectacular. If you have one experience in Santorini, this should be it. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Thanks to Savvina and George for making our experience perfect!!!
