Double check before you book

Unfortunately my flight was delayed and therefore I missed the pick up at the airport. I was a little disappointed, as I had to book another taxi from the airport, which meant I had to pay again to get me to my hotel. I was told by a representative from the company at the airport that there is a waiting time of 2 hours, thereafter it would be classed as no show and the booking would be cancelled. After speaking to someone at the office, I was told there was nothing they could do. It would have been nice if I was aware of this before I made the booking.

great value for money in a new car

I booked a car for phuket to my hotel in Karon. The guide Natt, was waiting for me right at the meeting area. He was very pleasant and showed us to our car for my transfer. Car was new and a nice ride to the hotel

Ok, but not so great. I’ve had much better

Finding the representative at the airport was fairly easy and she was nice. She told me to wait a few minutes and she called a car, which arrived in about 5-10 minutes. The driver did not say anything or even a welcoming greeting of hi, so I was a little unsure during the ride (I do not expect all the drivers to talk the whole time, but at least a nice/ welcoming greeting of “hi” would be nice). I also noticed the driver was speeding at times and it just really felt like he did not want to be there, so during the ride I was trying to access if everything was ok. Luckily, I did arrive to my hotel safely, but I would not want a repeat of this experience.

The staff was very patient waiting for my son to arrive as we took different plan from different dedtination. Driver spoke fluent english and car was clean and comfortable with AC.

Brilliant Service and cheap rates for airport transfers!

We travelled to Phuket recently and our hotel transfers were arranged with I Asia Thailand. We were very satisfied with the service, the instructions were clear and when we saw the transfer waiting we were very happy. It was a brand new Camry car. The car was airconditioned and clean, the driver was very friendly and helped with out luggage, and answered all of our questions. We are happy to have arranged transfers rather than relying on taxis, as its cheaper to prebook.
