Guided Fast-Track Immigration Service: Phuket International Airport

I can’t speak highly enough of this service. I had wondered if this service was worth the money but as a family of 5 youngest is 6, and after a long travel day it was worth EVERY cent. We were welcomed straight off the aircraft by two men holding a sign with our name, they escorted us through immigration, grabbed our bags for us, got us through customs, hailed us our driver and we were out the front door within 10 minutes. I have never gone through an airport so quick! The staff were friendly & efficient and I’m very thankful we opted for this service.

Fast immigration

Straight through immigration with huge queues for those not fast tracked. Assisted with our luggage and through customs to where we were picked up. Cannot fault the experience and recommend to anyone coming to Thailand.

Worth the Price!

Now that I have used this service, I think this will forever be my go-to method when traveling abroad. The experience is so easy. We were greeted outside the terminal with a luggage cart so that we may check in our bags. Going through security and customs took less than 5 minutes! Felt like we were VIP. No lines for us whatsoever. It’s like priority boarding. Would use again.

Worth it

Exactly as described. Jumped the line and entered thailand like we were local. Took maybe like 10 minutes total getting through customs from walking off the plane.

Phuket Fast Track Immigration

Efficient, friendly service. We chose to do it just in case the airport was very busy, unfortunately for us it wasn’t busy so for us it was waste of money, but if the airport was very busy this would be great option, I guess you will never know if this is good choice until you arrival.

Great service but nor that much quicker

The guide was really helpful and we did get through immigration quicker but there were no major queues so undecided whether it was worth the cost or not

I messed up the arrival / departure but you guys fix it without any hassles or hoops to jump through. The plane trip was stressing, running for connecting flights. The plane was over an hour late , and there was our lovely guy Erin waiting , I was so grateful. He helped us all the way to to our driver which I was hoping he was still waiting . Great Service, highly recommend! Will use when leaving especially the lounge for our wait to leave .

Fast Track was outstanding. The representative met me at our gate and took me through the diplomatic line. I was through immigration in 2 minutes. Highly worth it especially at peak times.

Excellent Fast track service

Excellent service and well worth the money. Viator staff communicated clearly with me throughout my flight and upon landing. I was out of the airport in maybe 30 minutes. I would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Scam- do not use!

Awful experience would never use again. Told us we hadn’t paid despite us showing the voucher. They wouldn’t let us leave the airport until we paid more- wanted cash (surprise) ended up paying more and being the last ones out of the airport despite paying for fast track! Fraudulent company do not use!

Amazing Service and highly recommend to all travellers

Extremely professional and friendly. I was greeted as I stepped off the plane. My representative was very informative. I would recommend this service to everyone that arrives at Phuket Airport. As we walked towards the immigration area I could see the massive line up of people waiting to pass through immigration. With this service I was navigated to the diplomat's line and passed through within minutes. Highly recommend this service.

Quick and easy right through customs. There wasn’t a huge line to begin with but I got this service for peace of mind getting through customs efficiently and did exactly that. Would recommend.

Worth every cent!!!!!

What a find this was.Totally worth the money. We landed in Phuket and they met us at the gate and escorted us to the baggage claim. once we had our bags we went to immigration where there were hundreds of people in the queue. We walked past all of them and went through the lane where the crew go through. Done in 5 mins and out to our car. Awesome!!!!

Great service, got through customs in less than 5 minutes whilst queuing looked to be taking at least an hour or more. Bags were delivered as well straight away.

Worth the money if your time-poor or struggle with crowds of people

Absolutely worth the money for me as large queues and crowds often result in panic attacks - the last thing I want at the end of a long flight. The service was absolutely fabulous. We were greeted by two lovely gentleman as we disembarked and were rushed straight through the ‘diplomat’ immigration queue in 2 minutes. They even took our cases from the baggage area and put us in our hotel car for the onward journey. I’d estimate it was not much more than 10 minutes from disembarking to our hotel transport.

I am so glad I purchased this. Immigration line was packed. My guide was super sweet. The experience was so easy. I landed and was in a taxi within 20 min. It would have been at least an hour more without the guide,

Best money ever spent

The best money ever spent. The young gentleman who was there to greet us was so kind, patient and efficient. My husband and I, with carry on luggage only, were whisked through immigration and were out of the airport within 10 minutes of meeting our guide. Yhe gentleman then went above and beyond to ensure we found our driver to our hotel.

nobody was at the gate to pick me up, eather up to arrival also at the departure. Anyway it was easy for passing the imigration and security. Never ever i will book and pay for nothing...

No Communication, no service , waste of money

Ok so booked paid , our flight was delayed hence no collection at the plane door granted not their fault but also no communication, no updates , so think twice about booking this because if for any reason your fight is delayed through no fault of your own you have just lost all your money, and to be fair probably wasted money anyway the que wasn’t that bad at passport control ,

Not reliable service

It was very disappointing experience. No body turned up at Phuket airport for the guided fast-track immigration service.

Money well spent

Definitely money well spent. Came off a 9 hour flight to immigration lines a mile long. Greeted by a lovely lady as we came off the plane who escorted us through a quick Immigration process and down to collect our luggage. We were fortunate as our luggage came off quickly so on our way to our hotel well within an hour of landing. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous service

Best $75 a person we’ve ever spent. After a 9 hr flight, to see a huge queue and know you don’t have to join it. Instead, we were greeted at the end of the aero bridge, bypassed the massive line & through immigration within 15 mins. Such a great service & would absolutely do it again.

We were met as we got into the terminal at Phuket airport and swiftly taken through immigration, we were out of the airport with bags collected in 20 minutes. There were hundreds of people waiting for immigration and our pick told us that they were often waiting 2 hours for clients

Expensive but if timed right worth it

Lady that met us on arrivals so perfect! Everyone was so nice, the only thing that stopped 5 stars was we had to wait 5-10 minutes for the driver. Would do again if landing at a busy time.

Go for it

Well worth the money. While everyone from our plane had to line up behind what looked like thousands of arriving passengers waiting to have their passports stamped we were met at the end of escalator by a pleasant young lady who who whisked us through the crew checkpoint. We were on the other side in a bout three minutes total. At least one hour and perhaps more saved in our life.

Worth the money

My guide was waiting with a sign just as promised when I got off the plane. She was super lovely, took my suitcase and wheeled it for me as she showed me where we were going. The immigration line was massive when we got there due to two flights arriving into Phuket at the same time. but we strolled into the priority line, waited behind one person and I was through in minutes. My guide then took me to get my suitcase and then out past customs to catch my taxi. She waited with me even though my taxi was late and also contacted the company for me to check on where my ride was. Absolutely worth the money and would do it again, especially as a solo female traveller.
