World-class Spa

This spa definitely deserves the awards that it has received! From the outside, the spa looks like a perfect oasis of calm in the centre of Phuket town. I loved the cultural architecture and nicely kept greenery surrounding it. As for the service, the staff were very knowledgable and able to advise us on the package to choose. The aroma oils are very pleasant-smelling, they have a variety of scents to choose from like lavender, coconut and citrus. The massage room is situated behind the reception away from the main road so it was very peaceful. The masseuses were great and knew the right amount of pressure to apply and had fantastic technique. For the price, the quality of the service and location is so worth it! Overall, this experience was very pleasant! Would highly recommend to anyone who's interested in going to a spa in Phuket.

Rejuvenating Spa Visit, Highly Recommended!

This was the first time I've visited a spa in Phuket and I was not disappointed! When we first arrived, we were greeted by the cheerful members of staff who immediately served refreshments to us. Then, we were shown the services we had. I appreciate how the staff here did not immediately suggest the most expensive treatment but took time to explore our needs and get to know us better. On the form they provide, you can indicate the areas to avoid or focus on for the massage. They have 4 types of scrub to choose from and several aroma oils available. They looked to be of high quality and were fragrant without being overpowering! We were then taken to a private room with 2 comfortable massage tables, air conditioning and peaceful music playing in the background. The masseuses are very skilled in massage techniques and I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout. They made sure to ask whether the force exerted was satisfactory and seamlessly manoeuvred around the table. I came here with sore shoulders and left feeling like a weight had literally been lifted off of them! What impressed me the most was that although the treatment was only supposed to be 2 hours long, the staff allowed us to take our time to shower and change and even went overtime with massaging our problem areas. After the massage, we were taken to a lounge and served pandan-infused warm water and fruits. The customer service here is truly outstanding and I will definitely be back.
