Paris by Night City of Lights Sightseeing Guided Bike Tour

Pretty good tour but could be better.

Biking to the Louvre Museum and the Seine River cruise were the best parts. I really could care less about the different styles of cathedrals - I wanted to see the major monuments like the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tour.

Biking as a family in Paris

We had an amazing experience with Fergus as our guide. He made sure we were safe, and shared many facts about Paris and he was also fun. It was the perfect evening.

Paris highlights night bike and river cruise

Easy access and very helpful team to get us equipped for our ride. Cesar guided us through Paris streets very well. Always alert to keep our group together. Several stops to share information and sites for photos. River cruise included right past the Eiffel Tower- beautiful view from the boat. Overall wonderful experience.

Incredible, fun and educational. Can’t say enough

Wow! We only had one day to see all Paris had to offer and this tour nailed it. We couldn’t have enjoyed it more, our guide Soto (“Like Photo”) was great, knowledgeable fun and accommodating in every sense. I wish we could have this tour and guide on every vacation. Thank you!!

Not to be missed

Despite the downpouring rain, we had the best time. A not to be missed tour that includes all of the Paris Landmarks. Andrew was a terrific guide! Was a little worried about the biking aspect, but felt very safe the entire time.

Perfect start to our Paris adventure

We did this tour our first evening in Paris. It was a perfect kickstart to our visit. Our guide, Fergus, was amazing- very knowledgeable, friendly and kept us all safe. The tour got us acclimated and excited!

Amazing, highly recommend, just eat before the tour

Just as we got off the boat cruise the Eiffel tower was sparkling which was beautiful to see. The luve was also really cool to stop at and get pictures.

Trip Highlight

One of our top highlights on our trip to Paris during our Honeymoon. We were able to see so many touch points all in one tour and if we were on our own, that wouldn’t have happened. Both tour guides, Andrew and Harrison, were super friendly and catered to the group speed throughout the trip never leaving anyone behind, They continued to check in on us to make sure we were having a good time. Throughout the tour, they gave us different historical information about the city that we would have not known on our own. Highly recommend doing this tour if you have a short time in Paris or just want to see many touch points throughout the night. Being able to see the Eiffel Tower from a boat was also a cool experience to avoid the crowds.

Amazing time with Harrison and Andrea! They were so fun and accommodating. Also got to see the Eiffel Tower light up at night! Highly recommend!!

Fun evening activity

Night bike ride covers a big area! Lots of riding with stops but wish there were a few more added in along the route. Passed quite a few interesting sites not knowing what it was. Boat ride with wine was great! Fabiaan was our guide. He is a history student so lots of knowledge. I liked that we also had an extra staff member follow behind the group to ensure nobody got separated in busy traffic.

OUTSTANDING overview of Paris' Attractions

Fantastic experience! Loved it ! Our bike tour guide Andrew was awesome. Felt really safe to bike through the streets of Paris with him. Provided us interesting facts of the historical sites we stopped to along our way then got to enjoy scenic view we visited with a different set of eyes on the cruise from the Seine River with a nice glass of red sharing good times with the wonderful group of people we experienced the bike tour with. Highly recommend this tour and thank you again Andrew for awesome time. We'll be back for sure :)

Wheels of sparkling Paris

Andrea and Vlad were fun guides. They made sure we saw the sights in a safe way while riding bikes through town. It was a fun few hours that I recommend doing at the beginning of your trip to Paris to get an idea of where you’d like to visit and of course see the Eiffel Tower lit at night.

A Different Sort of Paris "Night Life"--Highly Recommend

Our night ride with FABIAAN was super. He is a delightful young man and art historian. He will not only expertly lead you through the streets of Paris on a leisurely bike ride, but he will also share all sorts of interesting details and stories with your group as you pedal from site to site. This ride concludes with a magical boat ride on a Bateau Mouche. You leave the group's bikes together on land and board the boat near the Eiffel Tower at sunset, do a loop of the city and return to the Eiffel Tower in the dark. We got to see the tower sparking on the hour and Fabian helped us all get memorable photos before riding back to their offices to conclude our tour. This was a very cool way to experience Paris "Night Life" and we hope to return and do it all over again with Fabiaan, a tour guide extraordinaire.

Amazing activity

David was great! Made it interesting and enjoyable. We all had a great time. Far Tire tour guides never disappoint. Second time doing this tour!

Fun and Informative!

Nick and Toby were great. As a less experienced rider, they made me feel safe and Nick was very knowledgeable and informative about the landmarks we saw. I enjoyed the history behind Notre Dame and other cathedrals. The boat tour was fabulous. Arrive a little early so they’ll have time to fit you in your bike and give you time to practice if needed. The bikes don’t have baskets but they can bungee personal items to the bike if needed. I just left my bag at the pickup location and took what I needed as I didn’t want to have any worries.

Beautiful but biking during rush hour

This was a beautiful tour but be very comfortable on your bike as you are navigating through rush hour traffic. Tour ends around midnight. Our kids were jet lagged so we're awake but was helpful that we had tandem bikes. I would be nervous to do this tour with my 8yo child on a solo bike. If you do with small kids make sure to do the carrier option and make sure they are ok with nights. The river cruise was crowded and we could not hear the audio portion but wine provided was nice!

Great tour!

This was one of the BEST tours I've ever had. Rory was our guide, funny, friendly and patient. We went through some challanging areas, but no tourists, bikers or Parisiennes were harmed. The boat ride and wine made it even more fun and added a good variety to the tour. I am glad we did it the very first day, and got a better idea about what points of interest to visit later during the day. We rented bikes from the same place the very next day and toured the city the whole day.

Excellent guide and time!

It was cold evening and we were worried about rain. So we were apprehensive that it would be fun. However it was quite the opposite. We had a great time and a great guide. Totally worth it1

Great evening cycle ride and boat trip

A most enjoyable tour, particularly if you’re already familiar with the main sights of Paris. This is a great way to see them a little differently and much enhanced by hearing Mia’s anecdotes and stories as we went round!

Just do it

Great fun! Just the kind of thing you want to do when you go to a new place. Really interact with the people in the area

Not recommended....a dangerous and frustrating route that was not cheap to begin with.

Frustrating, dangerous with absolutely no back up support. Sadly, I cannot recommend this company at all.

A night to remember!

We had such an amazing night with our guide, Toby! He built camaraderie among the entire group and constantly made sure we were all safe and having fun. He really went above and beyond to make his instructions clear and ensure we were all heard. He couldn’t have done a better job. Loved this tour, they have the system down and our fellow tour goers were just lovely as well.

Best Bike Tour!

Couldn't imagine a better way to spend our first evening in Paris! Fabiaan is a fantastic guide and storyteller. We learned a lot and had a great time. He also did an amazing job of keeping our group together as we navigated the busy Paris streets.

Brilliant Excursion - Highly recommend

Excellent evening cycling around Paris. Our fabulous and knowledgeable guide Fabien showed us around the sites and provided interesting facts about many of them. The bikes were easy to ride, the evening was a great choice as we were visiting in very high temperatures. We particularly enjoyed the cruise along the Seine with a glass of wine and more interesting information from Fabien. Overall a brilliant excursion and we would highly recommend to others.

Unsafe-do not do this tour!

Don’t do this tour as it is very unsafe. The bicycles are old and do not have functioning headlights or taillights. There are no bells or horns. The tour winds through busy streets without bike lanes and the area with bike lanes have mopeds weaving in and out of the bicycles. One member of our party had her front wheel struck by a moped and she crashed breaking her leg.

Fantastic evening!

We did the Paris Night Bike Tour which included a Boat Cruise in the River Sienne. It was a magical night and so much fun. Our guide Dovi provided us with tidbit’s of history at each stop. We covered a huge area and visited most of the iconic landmarks. It was a good mix of riding and information. Felt completely save under Dovi’s guidance around the busy city streets. Finishing off in a river cruise with a glass of wine was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend this tour to get your bearings around the city and learn of places of interest you might like to visit in more depth. Thanks Dovi for such a great night!!!

Beautiful views and areas we would not have seen otherwise. Great introduction to Paris. The guide Parvin was knowledgeable and accommodating. Great experience!

Something I wouldn't have done without Fat Tire Tours

We loved riding bikes on the streets of Paris and would not have braved it without the guidance of a Fat Tire tour guide. The perk of the boat ride at night was wonderful. Recommend it for sure. Andrew was sweet and knowledgeable and a great guide.

One of our best experiences

We had Mia for the tour who did a great job in leading us through the city despite the heavy rain that hit about halfway through the trip, which actually made for a really fun experience. The tour catered for people at all levels of riding ability, and would definitely recommend for those wanting a different perspective on Paris life, as you navigate the streets.

The most beautiful sunset ever!

Paris is exceptionally beautiful at night, and I don’t think there’s a better way to see it than on a bike. This tour covers a remarkable amount of distance without feeling tiring, allowing you to see all of the sights of the city before, during, and after the sunset. Our guide Fabian was contagiously passionate about the city and its history, making the buildings come to life as we leisurely rode past them. There are some long stretches of just riding and observing as well, which allows you to reflect as you pass the busy street cafes, beautiful churches, and amazing architecture. The cruise on the Seine is a perfect break from pedaling, and it gives you an entirely new perspective of the city, so the tour is really two amazing experiences in one. I did the day tour and the night tour, and I suggest doing both as well if your budget/time allows. If you only have time for one though, the night tour is the way to go!

A must have experience!

It was a brilliant way to see Paris and areas I haven’t seen in my many visits here. It has been my dream to ride a bike through Paid and Fat Tire made it happen. Martin was great. Very knowledgeable, attentive and entertaining. My partner hadn’t ridden a bike in awhile and Martin was sure to check in on him at each stop. Our only issue was for a night bike tour you should make sure the lights on the bike are working. Out of about 15 people only 4 of us had a working light.

Super fun way to see Paris.

Can’t recommend this tour highly enough! A great way to see Paris and an exciting experience particularly if you’re from a country where riding is not apart of your culture. Our tour guide Mia was knowledgeable and personable and we had a great night.

Easy bike ride. Lots of tourist sites!

We had a fabulous ride with Eva as our tour guide. The ride was about 8 miles, all flat, and super easy. Eva had us stop at various sites to tell us interesting history. She made sure all of us were safe and was very clear on expectations throughout the ride. We even got to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle! It was a great way to end our 35th wedding anniversary and would recommend this tour to others. Thank you, Eva!

Biking in Paris!

It's was our first time in Paris and we had a great time on the night bike ride/ tour. Our tour guide was amazing, very informative and explained everything! We would highly recommend it if you like riding bikes and want to see Paris at night!

A great way to see the city

My wife and I took this tour with our three teens and had a great time. Our guide John was excellent. We visited parts of the city that we would not have otherwise seen. The boat cruise was a nice break in the middle of the tour, particularly when you can enjoy a glass of wine while cruising along the river. Our three teens are still talking about how much fun they had. We would highly recommend,

Amazing bike and boat tour in Paris

The bike and boat tour in Paris was a highlight of my holiday. Mia - our guide - led us confidently through the city and the international group was very nice. Some of the participants were already on a Fat Tire Tours Paris tour for the second time within a few days. The highlight was the night boat trip on the Seine. Highly recommended!

Great tour

The company was really accommodating with our change of dates and the tour guide (Andrew) was great. We got to see a lot of the major sites in Paris and the pace was good for people that might not be used to riding a bike consistently.

Fabulous bike tour!

One of the best tours we’ve ever taken. We saw so much of the city and enjoyed the ice cream and boat cruise. We had two excellent guides, Dara and David, and felt very safe.

Pairs Bike tour / River Cruise by Night

Carter was an amazing tour guide. Glad we were able to be part of his last tour of the summer!! Great instructions for riding as well as awesome information on the sight's we visited. This will be a redo for us when we visit Paris again. Great way to see the city as well as the river cruise that was part of the tour.

A great well organised tour

This was a great night. Riding through Paris at peak hour was a bit nervous but tour guide David was great at getting us through the intersections. We saw all the main sites and the river cruise was awesome too. Passed the Eiffel Tower in the dark so saw it in all its lighted glory

The BEST tour of Paris you can do.

Booked the 4 hour night tour with my 16 & 14 yr olds. Genuinely one of the best city tours we have ever done. Our guide Octave was totally brilliant, an excellent communicator with superb local knowledge, a great sense of humour and most importantly big on safety. He really went the extra mile :) to ensure everyone enjoyed the tour and was happy throughout. The bikes are comfy and ride well and the route is safe (good for children of all ages) plus thoroughly enjoyable. The stops en route are informative and offer a quick bite of interesting historical facts. The tour includes an extremely well coordinated 1 hour boat-trip with the addition of wine/drinks. A faultless city tour which you’ll be so glad you booked. The teens loved it, slept like babies afterwards (as did I), learned loads and we all raved about it next day. Highlight of the holiday! Highly-highly recommend.

Good for all groups!

My wife and I did this tour 12 years ago (before children) and loved it… fast forward to today and we brought our 10 year old this time and it was just as amazing of an experience.
