Extremely interesting and fun tour with Andreina!

Andreina was an excellent tour guide! My sister and I knew very little about the Louvre prior to our visit, and she taught us so much. She provided clear directions on how to find her to begin our tour and made sure we had water before we began. In addition to showing us and explaining several important pieces in the museum, Andreina provided the incredible history of the building itself. We highly recommend her and would definitely return for future tours with her!

Amazing and engaging tour

The tour was educational and engaging. Our guide, Andreina, took us through all of the masterpieces in Louvre and provided lots of historical background on each of the art works as well as the museum itself. I highly recommend this tour for everyone

Superb tour of the Louvre

Erlon was knowledgable, entertaining, comprehensive. We enjoyed the tour thoroughly. Lots of history as well as close observations of paintings and sculpture. We would recommend to others looking for a solid introduction to the overwhelming collection in the Louvre.

Eduardo is EXCELLENT!

Eduardo was an excellent guide! He was dynamic, intelligent, well prepared, patient and thoughtful. We had been to the Louvre prior, but wanted to take our daughter. His in person tour was light years ahead of the audio tour we had the first time. Thank you!!!

Tour Worthwhile

The Louvre can be overwhelming and an absolute zoo! Lots of tourists that don't know how to behave. The museum needs to create some kind of (or any!) organization to queue to see the Mona Lisa, not just a free-for-all mass of scores of people (one lady actually tried to climb over my 5'2" daughter to get a better view). Having said that, the semi-private tour made our visit a positive experience. Tobias was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate the important elements of the museum, both those we knew of (Mona Lisa, obviously) and the other undiscovered gems, to ensure we saw important artifacts and understand their history/background. Reserved entry absolutely worth it.

Visiting the Louvre can be an overwhelming experience. Having been here before, I was interested to know more about the museum and important pieces contained within. Our guide,Malaïka, was extremely knowledgeable and provided both a good overview and detailed history on selected works.

A long history any the Louvre condensed into 4hours. Amazing performance considering the number visitors.

Our guide, Thibaut was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable about the history of the Lourve, the building and the artists. There were only 6 in our group. He asked if there was anything in particular anyone wanted to see or just the most popular highlights. His English was great and very easy to hear and understand with the headsets. Absolutely worth the money.

The Louvre with Marcel was just perfect

The Louvre is daunting to navigate and with the scale of the museum. We found our tour with Marcel to be engaging, informative, fun and easy. He has a depth of knowledge unsurpassed by any of the tours we have ever done. His choice of masterpieces and the stories he told about each made the time fly by - too quickly in fact. It’s a crowded place - he always found us the right spot to view each piece. And the group reservation area with lockers and clean restrooms was a very nice addition. No better way to see the Louvre and learn about its’ treasures. Highly recommend.

Guide, Hugo, delivers fabulous tour of the Louvre

The Louvre is fascinating and educational. Our guide, Hugo, brought the experience to a new level with his enthusiastic interpretation and knowledge of the history, politics, and culture of the Louvre and France. We were very lucky to have him perform for us.

Informative, Pleasant and rewarding

Our guide Malaika was both pleasant and patient. She didn't rush us through any of the sites and took time to answer many questions. She also covered a lot of the history of the selected art and explained many nuances and techniques that the untrained causal viewer would miss.

Appreciating History and Art

Eduardo brings a refreshing energy while also keeping you engaged with quizzes. His extensive knowledge sets him apart. He is highly knowledgeable of the origin and significance of the paintings, structures, and sculptures in the Louvre. I would have scored straight As if I had him as my teacher of the French Revolution. He has motivated me to visit the Louvre again to learn about the pieces we didn't see.

Paloma was an excellent guide. We have completed approximately seven or eight guided tours throughout Paris and Rome over the past few weeks and Paloma exceeded all our expectations and experiences. If you book through Babylon, definitely ask for Paloma you will not be disappointed!!

Érlon was a great tour guide. We got many messages on where to meet and he was very clear and responsive. He was a great guide and also provide his own additional visuals that he brought and gave us all ear pieces so we would wonder on our own a bit but still here him. Great guide!!!

Louvre Museum - Best Part of Paris!!

First time to Paris with my 10 yo daughter and we wanted to take a tour of the Louvre because we heard it was gigantic. Best thing ever! Malaika was our guide and she was friendly and so knowledgable. She shared stories with us along the way and connected the paintings for us and it was marvelous and we learned so much! She also encouraged us to ask questions and took the time to answer them. We didn’t feel rushed and got to see all the highlights of the Louvre! We loved it and my daughter thought it was the best tour we took on our trip. Thank you, Malaika!!

Worth the money!

This ticket/tour gave a faster entry to the museum and saved 30-45 minutes easily. Veronica our guide was amazing. This was a semi private tour which usually has 6-7 members but in my case there were only 2 so this was more of a private tour :)

Perfect Louvre Experience

The first time that I visited the Louvre, several years ago, I toured it on my own and enjoyed it. But this time, I decided to book our Louvre visit with a tour guide, and we absolutely LOVED it! Our guide, Malaïka, made the Louvre come alive. We received a mini lesson in French history, art history, viewed sculptures, historical artifacts, famous artwork - the tour flew by! If you have an opportunity to visit the Louvre with a guide, request Malaïka, it will be “sans pareil”!

The Louvre museum tour was amazing! Our guide, Simon, was wonderful and knowledgeable. He took us to all the highlight pieces in the museum and taught us the history of the Louvre as a fortress and home for kings. His love for art and history made the tour so fun! Informative and pleasant Louvre tour

I went on this tour with my grandmother and sister, and another couple and single person joined us. We enjoyed it very much, Marcel, our guide was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and got us through the crowds of people efficiently. The Louvre is very massive and it was so helpful to have a guide show us some of the notable pieces and give us the historical and artistic significance of them. Would definitely recommend!
