Eiffel Tower Skip the Line Ticket with Audio Guide Tour

No skipping the line. More time waiting than doing

Beware of this advertising. Per all the tour guides there is no skip the line during the "high season". Therefore, you will have to wait on average 2 and 1/2 hours in line and you will get be given 1 and 1/2 hours to go up to the second floor. My companion and I, along with dozens of others with children or mobility issues walked away from this tour

Get there early. Was a hassle getting tickets but a good experience at the Tower. Careful though. Totally on line.

Scam

Do not book this tour - I feel like this company is not legitimate and surprised they are on viator. At time of booking description said summit option which we selected. I should have checked my confirmation immediately b/c later noticed it said second floor by stairs only. Reached out to company and received rude response that I "ignored" option to upgrade. We booked several viator tours with other companies and this is the only one that I do not recommend. We didn't even use the tickets. Waited in short line at Eiffel tower and purchased elevator tickets for much less money.

Don’t do it advance purchase

It didn’t happen. We were never told that it wasn’t handicap accessible and were advised once we got there that we could purchase a handicap accessible ticket but we would lose the money we had spent on the other ticket. We were contacted about a week before about purchasing summit tickets, however, when we arrived, the summit was closed. It was a waste of time and money.

Lousy and frustrating!!!!

If I had the option to rate it zero I would have. We showed up at Eiffel Tower 45 minutes early at the designated location which was the Eiffel Tower. No one on the ground there including the information desk knew anything about Viator or TripAdvisor or where I could find them. I called the phone number listed and got a recording. I gave up at 330 pm and went back to the hotel. I want my $110 returned! 3059239750.

Totally useless.

I bought these tickets thinking they were elevator tickets which it said nowhere that they were stairs until they sent the tickets to me. When I called out was going to be $25 each more to convert to elevator so we kept stairs. This is 660 steps. When we printed of the tickets they clearly state that they were only 11.80 euros for the tickets, the “audio guide” is just an app download which is useless if you are busy climbing up and not able to pay attention to your phone, and the skip the line was worthless at the early 10:00am time slot (Saturday morning) where it was not busy at all! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Buy directly from the Eiffel Tower and go early for low crowds! Of the four of us one didn’t go at all and the other three only went to the Ist level. Big disappointment and feeling taken to start our trip! 😞

Terrible experience

Not a good trip. The tower was closed. Was sold summit tickets ontop of what I already paid resulting in a total cost of £180. Hoping to get a refund as it feels a total waste of money and compared to the price I could of paid directly at the tower it is more than double.

Note the stairs

Tickets worked well. However I would note these tickets only provide for stair access. That was not clear when I bought them and would not be acceptable to all customers

IFAIL Tower

Could not find the meeting spot and it wasn't clear that it was a stairs tour. My wife is disabled so we had to buy different tickets at the tower and only spent 32 euros. Although the return and exchange policy was clear it is disappointing.

Scam. Buy a ticket directly from the Eiffel Tower website.

This is a scam. You can buy this exact ticket from the Eiffel Tower website for 11 Euro. There's no skip the line, there's a line for digital tickets and then a line if you need to buy a ticket still.

Overpaid

Not very pleased with overpaying. The ticket face value is 11,30 and for 4 of us should have been around 45,00 yet I paid 147 dolllars for what? We had a wheelchair and was denied. The posting doesn’t specifically address its stairs only which is still over charging. Not happy with this experience.

Great experience and would do it again.

Unique experience. The traffic conditions took some getting used to. The view from the Eiffel Tower and the Seine cruise were beautiful.

Been too impatient

We could have had identical activity for significantly less money. We thought there would be no tickets left, so we took advantage of this offer (too) early.

Fraud

I hired the audio guide and it couldn't be used, it was worthless, at the museum they told me that it was not the official one and it was worthless, a fraud

You should not go through trip advisor, 3X more expensive than if we had taken the tickets to the Eiffel Tower directly...We will know...

PURE SCAM DO NOT USE TRIPADVISOR

I book online via TRIPADVISOR supposedly access to the 3rd by elevator with guide via an app for 89.76 euros for two adults. I receive via VIATOR on Whatsapp two places at 11.30 euros and come across a mediocre exchange who doesn't want to know anything. Arrived on site, the controllers tell me that there is no guide with app that there already exist which are free, then I am told that my ticket corresponds to a climb on foot to the 1st and second floor of the Eiffel Tower. I am also told that the price to go to the top in the elevator does not exceed 21.30 euros/person. A PURE SCAM. I will never use tripadvisor again because they are thieves. FINISHED
