All of the Montmartre experience was beautiful. The streets, the history, the cathedral was breathtaking. A must see!

Do the tour

Young guy that took the 2 of us was amazing, his history knowledge was outstanding. We learned so much. He also convinced us to try snails, we’re good and have done that now.

Her voice was too soft...

Her voice was too soft even with an amplification device. Her accent too strong. Liked it when she showed us famous restaurant and food stores.

Great tour

Maria was an excellent tour guide and took into consideration how tired we were from flying into Paris that morning. We saw some really beautiful sights. There was a lot of inclines for those that might not do well with the walking up and down hills. She did try to avoid the over 200 stairs section.

You don’t know Montmartre !

I had no idea of the deep rich history of this area. This tour will tell you its story. Amed is an extremely knowledgeable guide. He had the perfect route to take from Moulin Rouge to Sacre Cour. By stopping along the way and speaking to various topics on artists, the red light district and the history of Montmartre, you don’t realize how far you’ve climbed. You are surprised when you come around from behind Sacre Coeur and see the city below. The only problem is the crowds. We had hoped to get a brief tour inside the church, but the crowds were so heavy, we could not go in.

Small group authenticity

Maria was amazing and tailored the tour to our small group. It was so nice to have such a small group and get to truly experience all the wonderful Montmatre experiences.

Really see Monmartre

This tour was a great surprise. We didn’t realize when we booked it that there would only be 4 of us. Lots of freedom to ask questions and easy to hear her. Our guide (I am sorry I can’t remember her name) was right on time, easy to find her. She was friendly, spoke excellent English, and she was very knowledgeable. The pace was perfect. Montmartre is very steep but our climb was broken up into small “bites” so it was very manageable. She took us by le Moulin de la Gallette restaurant and noted they had good food and good prices. We came back after the tour and it was terrific. We have eaten in enough places in Paris to appreciate good food and service. . All in all I highly recommend this tour to really see and appreciate Monmartre/Sacre Couer and environs.

Great tour

Mary was wonderful! Very knowledgeable with lots of fun stories! Great pictures on her phone. We did a round about way up to Sacre Couer that didn't include the 200+ steps. Great experience! Highly recommend!

Montmarte

What a wonderful tour. Our tour guide Mary was very informative and a joy to spend the two hours with. I would recommend the tour and see if you can get Mary as your tour guide.

Wonderful small group tour.

We were met by Mary at the pick up spot. My wife and I were the only two on this tour and Mary made us feel special. My wife is handicapped and Mary modified the tour to accommodate her mobility issues. She is very knowledgeable of the area’s history which made for a very interesting visit. I really enjoyed the visit to Sacre Coeur

Paris with Lucy!

Lucy is a top guide. We did a beautiful walk with her, in Paris. Highlights where Sacre coeur by night, monmartre, the house of Dalida ( we where singing together there ) and a lot of other beautiful buildings like Moulin Rouge,…. Lucy thank you for this wonderful memory ♥️

Very interesting tour

I loved that we were led around some obscure areas of Montmartre that if I were exploring alone, would never even know about these places. Also, approaching Sacre Coeur from behind was absolutely breathtaking and eye opening!

Informative , exhilarating

Lucy was an amazing guide. The tour was informative and casual with a very small group. She had the answers to all of our questions. Beware, this tour requires walking up a long steep hill! Not for the faint of heart. But well worth it when you reach the Sacre Couer. Amazing views and such a beautiful sight. Would highly recommend this tour.

Great tour

My wife and I went here our first day in Paris. It is crowded, people everywhere and a line to get inside. Despite being pushed around the basilica in a slowly moving line it was amazing. I'm not catholic, but still this was a great tour.

Montemarte is a great experience and the guide was informative and sweet.

THE WINDMILL. Fun to learn the history and origin. The Basilica was amazing! The climb was definitely worth it and the restaurant we chose Le Chappe was wonderful!

Wonderful evening walk!

We absolutely loved the walking tour We covered less than 2 miles in an hour and a half Our tour guide was Maria who was pleasant, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable We recommend Maria and thus tour very highly!

Excellent tour

We had an excellent guide today. Lucy gave us a lot of information all along the way. She was personable and offered to take photos for us. It was supposed to be a small group tour but turned out just my family of 3, and so was a pleasant surprise.

Nice visit

The Basilica was beautiful inside. And the views of Paris from the outside are really nice. There are many benches to sit at outisde to enjoy the view.

Stairway To Heaven!

This is a great walking tour through the streets of Montmarte. Our guide, Mary, was terrific and knowledgeable of the area and the artists who painted there. Sacre Coeur was magnificent and the view was spectacular. The area is very hilly and there a A LOT of stairs to climb, but it's well worth the effort!

Don’t miss Montmartre

This was an awesome tour of a part of Paris no one should miss if they come to visit. Our guide Diana was excellent and shared a lot of history about the area. Touring the basilica at the end was the perfect finish. The view of Paris below was beautiful.

Poor communications

We called your number twice on Monday am 8:05 and 12:00 noon to cancel the tour well within the guidelines for canceling for no charge. We left the message on your recording machine. Yet you still continued to proceed. Want to let you know that if you charge us, we will not pay.

My least favorite tour of the many I booked in Paris. Not much content and super long lines if you want to go into the church

Sacré-Coeur was beautiful and the views of Paris were breath taking. Our guide was very informative and fun.

Montmartre in the May rain

Cold and rainy weather but we still had a great experience with our wonderful guide, Diana, who is so knowledgeable about Montmartre, it’s history and traditions. Wonderful views of Paris at the top of the “mountain” in front of the magnificent basilica.

Good way to get to know Montmartre

A really lovely afternoon with Diana. She was well informed and friendly. Montmartre is a very fascinating area full of interest and we covered plenty in the time allocated. Sacre coeur was very busy (Saturday in Easter holidays) but we managed. Would have liked a bit more information inside the church. Overall a worthwhile experience which gave us an comprehensive view of the area.

A must-do tour!

Amazing walking tour! Maria was so wonderful and patient with our group of 9. She was thorough and enjoyable throughout the walk. We highly recommend and would book it again!

This was awesome! Very informative about such a great area! Loved it! Loved learning about the history of this French village and actually seeing sites I had only read about. Really cool!

Coherent overview tour of lovely Montmatre

A very nice tour, where we had the luck to be the only ones to participate. Our guide was very knowledgable and patient and had lot`s of interesting stuff to tell. In my opinion the best way to get to know Montmatre within a quick timeframe. I can only recommend - high value for money!

Getting to know Montmatre

A great tour that was fun and really went in-depth into the area and the history of the artists that lived and played in Montmartre and what attracted them to this idyllic part of Paris. Even kept my two teenage boys entertained which is an achievement!

Great Informative Tour

Montmartre is what I pictured Paris to be! It is very picturesque and learning the history of the area was very interesting. Walking up the small streets toward the church was an amazing adventure.
