Magical!

A wonderful 3 hours on the lake - the wildlife and scenery were very special. A great tour group to book with - I selected them based on previous reviewers and the high scores are very well earned - will use again on our next trip!

A unique experience

A unique experience, kayaking across Lake Weyba and in the everglades. Cindy was a great guide, giving just the right level of information about the area and habitat, as well as helping us to spot the stingrays. We were lucky enough to see several stingrays and enjoy the tranquil beauty of the everglades. Everything was well organised from booking, through to the welcome with float bags and cold drinks provided.

Great afternoon - great guide

A really enjoyable afternoon with a lovely and enthusiastic guide. It was wonderful to see so many stingrays and that the waterways were looking so healthy. The trip was well organised and suited the varied fitness levels of participants.

Great silent kayak trip with lots of sting rays

Did the self guided kayak tour, had great weather and with the tips from Selina (from the guided tour) we were able to find our way easiliy and to spot lots of sting rays.

Amazing experience

Magical kayak up into the tributaries with lots of bird life. Felt a million miles away. Isaac was a fabulous and very knowledgeable guide.

Great self guided half day kayak tour

We did a beautiful 3 hour kayak tour. Very peaceful and quiet. Easy to find the route and it was very safe. We saw lots of birds, no rays this time.

Noosa Everglades

Nice and relaxing kayak around the Everglades, no life jacket needed as the waters surprisingly shallow.

Guided kayak tour searching for stingrays

Enjoyed this guided kayak tour on Lake Weyba and exploring the everglades looking for stingrays, which we located amongst the mangroves. A good description about the local area and wildlife. Did the 8.30am tour, before the midday heat. Need your sunblock, extra provided and drinks and snacks. All equipment needed provided. Recommend bring mosquito repellent.

Nice tour but just not worth the money!

Let me start by saying we were the only ones booked on this tour (family of 3, 2 adults and 1 x 6 year old) so was over the moon to have our own private tour. Our Canadian tour guide Sydney, was really lovely and she was very informative. I was lucky to quickly spot 2 stingray but my partner and little girl just missed seeing them in the water. I think my polarised sunglasses helped as the water wasn’t the clearest. It wasn’t the tour that was bad (we decided not to go into the ‘buggy’ part of river so we cut our tour short a bit, also due to a 6 year getting ‘bored and uncomfortable in the kayak for over 2 hours’ but we paid $380 (£190!) and it just wasn’t worth the money. We’ve done much better tours and experiences for either less money or the same amount that have lasted a whole day and included lunch! I just think this tour is very overpriced for what it is.

Issac was great. We had a great time Kayaking. Its was our first time trying Kayaking and he was so friendly and supportive that we were not nervous at all. Great experience. Highly recommend.

3 hour kayaking in the Australian Everglades

What a fantastic way to spend an afternoon. Our guide Isaac was amazing. Very knowledgable and a joy to spend time with in a breath taking area of the Sunshine Coast. Would definitely go there again and recommend this trip to anyone.

Great tour

We had a great time on the tour! Our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, made it an interesting 3 hours. The waterways are beautiful and the kayaking was fun. Thanks so much for accommodating our doggy too and making him feel very welcome!

Paddling on the everglades

Beautiful afternoon paddling and watching the rays - great advice and experience. We even got given some snacks and drinks to keep us refreshed

The tranquility of the lake and mangroves. Only saw a couple of rays but they are amazing. Had good weather which helped.

Great fun family activity

Great day out.. sun was pretty brutal though.. overall we had lots of fun, saw some rays and got a good workout 2nd time kayaking in the Everglades.. will definitely do it again

Morning on Lake Weyba with stingrays

Great morning and informative information on area wildlife and plenty of sting rays seen. Just enough physical effort to make this an adventure for people not used to kayaks and children excited by stingrays.

Tour was absolutely amazing. If you’re considering going without a tour guide I’d scrap that and definitely do the guided tour. The guys were brilliant, super knowledgable and made sure we saw a lot of rays! Would highly recommend!

Our guide was very patient as we battled the windy lake. He offered to tow us a few times but we refused. We saw multiple sting rays. We had a great day and recommend

Loved it

This was a fantastic experience! We loved kayaking the Everglades and our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful, even with the less experienced kayakers in the group (me). We saw stingrays up close and enjoyed the serene waterways. Highly recommend.

Highlight of the week

I had Andrew take me for a guided 3-4 hr kayak tour of Lake Weyba and the Noosa Southern Everglades last week. I was very spoiled to have a 1:1 guided tour. Not only was the weather stunning, but Andrew was a great tour guide, providing just the right amount of commentary on the history of the everglades to make it interesting. I felt safe in the kayak and had a wonderful time enjoying the picture-perfect surroundings. We saw so much wildlife on the tour including many many stingrays, and later a dip in the crystal clear water and a mid-journey snack. Thanks for the great experience, it was definitely the highlight of my time away. In addition - By Earth and Ocean were very easy to deal with and were great communicators and went out of their way to facilitate a tour with just myself attending. Very well priced, I highly recommend!

Beautiful morning kayak experience

Loved this experience out on the lake. So peaceful, and Matt ensured we had the best experience looking for Stingrays and spotting local wildlife. We learnt such a lot.

What a fantastic morning we had. Our guide Paul was beyond brilliant and his enthusiasm was just just infectious. We saw lot of rays and our journey. We stopped part way for a snack break and I went for a swim. Couldn’t recommend this enough. Just brilliant

Just do it.

Great tour and Paul was a fantastic guide. He took enough breaks for those who needed it, and used those opportunities to share culture and nature info. Great views of stingrays and eagles, and a wee swim/game/snack break in the middle. We had headwinds on the trip back, best to be in the double kayak with a partner for that one. Again, Paul found a way to help those who needed it. Thanks for a great tour!

Amazing kayaking!

Super duper amazing tour! Really informative, chilled and fun. The weather wasn't on our side, so the rays were yard to see, but we had fab time nonetheless! Isaac was super passionate about the environment and gave us loads of local insider knowledge. Super fun quiz too! Would definitely recommend and would definitely go again!

Lovely morning!

Really great experience. Our guide, Isaac, was super friendly and so knowledgable and passionate about the Everglades and the history/aboriginal legends. Great environment to kayak, super peaceful. Good sized group. We stopped halfway and played a game and had a floating buffet. There was no rush on the tour, really laid back. Saw loads of stingrays!

Amazing

I’ve done other kayaking tours in australia but this was my favourite one. Beautiful scenery, small group and games and snacks provided. The lads went above and beyond to make sure everyone had the best time. We saw lots of stingrays and I met some lovely people through this tour.

Was a stunning little experience, saw so many stingrays and the tour guide was great! He played quizzes with us after telling us all about the area and the history and about the wildlife! Learned a lot on this trip really enjoyed it

Not to be missed when visiting Noosa

This is marvellous, calming experience of Noosa Everglades, just listening to the nature and spotting Estuary Stingrays and Leopard Whiprays in the water and birds in the sky and on the water. It is indescribable feeling when you spot a stingray, one moment you see it gliding under the surface, stopping to look right at you and a second later they just disappear in the cloud of sand under surface of the water surrounded by magnificent mangroves. Ce Ce and Matt were great tour guides fun and knowledgeable. Loved every minute of this experience

Morning in paradise

We could not have asked for more from this tour. From the moment we met our guide Paul, he not only made everything super easy, but was so informative. His local knowledge and passion was infectious! We were lucky enough to see plenty of stingrays, but this trip was so much more than that. Great snacks and plenty of stopping and doing things at a leisurely pace. Beautiful Everglades experience

Serenity on the water

Great fun, well organised and CC’s commentary was very informative. Seeing the stingrays in natural habit and playing the quizz and game on sand island added to the experience.

Great tour. Peaceful, calm and relaxing - we were the only ones on the lake. Fun cruising around the lake looking at the wildlife and finding the rays. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.

An amazing tour

We had such an amazing time, CeCe was a brilliant guide really knowledgeable and so much fun! I can't reccomend this tour enough the waterways are so beautiful and we saw tonnes of stingrays and other wildlife.
