Reliable, Punctual airport transfers

Always reliable and punctual - very important when travelling to or from the airport. The drivers are friendly and helpful. The coaches are clean. The staff at the airport were able to put me on an earlier transfer as I arrived in to Brisbane earlier than expected. Cannot recommend them more highly. Thank you for making the trip stress free.

Failure to pick up - beware travellers leaving from a hotel

Standing at the prescribed location and time and very disappointed to not be picked up. My recommendation is to ring the company 5 mins after the start of the pick up time if they haven't arrived, as once the window time is finished they will not respond and you will have to make your own way to the airport. Service on the call line was terrible, telling me it was my problem and email response to my request for a refund non existent. I won't use this service again and will be telling all my work colleagues to avoid it.

Great service

I always find the service outstanding with friendly drivers and it is a great service. This trip my flight was delayed as were apparently a lot of others. When I rang to reschedule they initially said the next shuttles were full and the next available shuttle was Midnight 3.5 hrs later. They then rang me back to say they had put on an extra shuttle. Fantastic!!

We got there eventually…

There was a lot of confusion in the hours before our transfer. 3 phone calls, several emails and multiple messages. The original phone call suggested that our transfer pickup time had been changed to 3:30AM for a 6pm airport arrival. When I questioned the time - it was already after 3:30 AM - the lady confirmed the time so I then questioned the date? Finally the lady decided our pickup time would be 3:30pm which was the original booked time. Then followed all the other phone calls, emails and messages with the pick up time changing each time - back and forth between 2:25pm, 2:45pm, 3pm and just a random notification that the driver was delayed. Luckily we were spending the night at the airport hotel (to avoid a 3:30am start!) so there was minimal stress with the crazy time changes. Would have been quite alarming if we were on our way to an international flight. The lovely driver actually arrived about 3pm but until that point I wondered if we would need to catch a train or drive ourselves as the lady on the phone had no idea what she was talking about. We did receive a voucher for a free trip because of all the messing about but honestly I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle. I’d rather have a friend drop us off or pay to park - much more reliable.

Uncomfortable trip

The pick up bus appeared to be one of the older smaller buses in the fleet. The bus was fully loaded and we were very cramped for space with no overhead luggage rack for carry on bags. The trip was made more uncomfortable as the seat belts were stiff to operate and once in place were so overly tight you couldn't move. However, 2 weeks later we had a very different experience with a more modern larger comfortable bus for our return journey.

I’ve used this service a few times over the last year. It’s super efficient and saves my Dad having to drive to the airport to get me. They’ve managed to squeeze me on to earlier buses when I’ve arrived earlier than planned. All staff are really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Great prompt service

What a fabulous service! I was picked up right on time. Transport to Brisbane airport prompt, comfortable and dropped right at the terminal door. Excellent. When I returned to Brisbane, I used the service to Sunshine Coast. Faultless! Timing impeccable. Very hospitable drivers, was a quick and efficient drive home. So grateful. I will certainly use them again for future flights.

Sunshine coast shuttle service to and from Brisbane Airport

Good service..clean, friendly and reliable I would suggest allowing extra time if catching a flight as sometimes the service runs a bit late due to connecting buses or picking up other people

Terrible

Trip was appalling! No air conditioner available on the hottest day of the year travelling at 12:30. No bottles of water offered and if I had another Option to get to airport I would have taken it - but we were told about aircon when we transferred to the bus in the middle of nowhere!! This is a terrible health and safety risk to both passengers and staff!

Excellent shuttle bus service for many years

I have been using ConnXion since its inception many years ago and greatly appreciate the service. My trip 2 days ago was excellent. The shuttle bus pick up was at the time advised and I received regular updates about the slight change of the arrival. The driver was very courteous and helpful, and the trip was safe and pleasant. The trip was from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane airport. This is a very important service and I appreciate the individual pick up option. It makes every trip much easier.

Awesome service. The driver was on time and got all of us very efficently to the airport terminals in plenty of time to check in and relax. I really liked being able to track the bus coming to pick me up. The driver played some good 80's music from the radio. I highly recommend this service.

This company is a joke / the worst company ever

This company is the joke. Staff made mistake on my booking. There was no pickup at 10pm at Sunshine Coast airport. I had a flight at 7am next day at Brisbane. I had been told by their staff to arrange my own transportation and keep all the receipt. They will pay for that. After 3 weeks, no reply. Just paid refund the ticket of service only and act like there was not much of the issue. I had reported them to costumer affair of QLD. Please consider before booking their service

Recently returned to taking the Con_x_ion bus from Mooloolaba to Brisbane International Airport and found the same reliable service as I had in the past when travelling for several years from the Gold Coast to Brisbane. Never use them, horrible service

Never pick them from Sunshine Coast area. It’s horrible. My flight depart at 00:55 and there should be a bus depart at 20:10 when I check before but when I try to buy that, it’s no longer available. I did call them and would like to know is it my bad luck that the 20:10 bus was full or they just don’t run that, they cannot tell and suggest me to take 19:10 bus. With a comment of ‘you either that it or you find your own way to the airport!’ After I booked the 19:10 bus, they have changed the pick up time to 18:40 to 19:01. Which I have things to do, cannot commit even 10 mins earlier! As I already try to squeeze all the stuff that I need to do to make the 19:10 bus. They have changed the time what ever they like. As I cannot make it, i have called them and they said I can only cancel it but they cannot give me a refund as they said I cancel it on the date of departure. I only got the information from the email I received about the time change and I called them right away when I check the email. As a tourist, my experience now is hopeless.

Airport transfer from Sunshine Coast.

Huge traffic jam on Bruce Highway causing hours of delays but the driver diverted from his planned route and still got us to the airport on time. Efficient, punctual, informative, comfortable and would definitely recommend this service.

We were picked up by Bruce in a car at our home He was on time and friendly. He transferred us to the main highway point, where we waited for a few minutes and then transferred to the shuttle. The trip to Brisbane was quick and comfortable.

Travel to Brisbane Airport

Con-x-ion “sauna” bus trip anyone?

Travelling from Caloundra to Brisbane International Airport on a Con-x-ion shuttle bus, the air-conditioning system was not working, with temperatures over 30 degree Celsius. The driver was very apologetic and kind, but could do nothing as Con-x-ion headoffice was well informed and could have exchanged the bus, but apparently choose not to do so - not only inconveniencing each passenger but also endangering us all, as surely an over-heated bus drive is not exactly safe! As a customer I expect to have a trip that neither leaves me sick with heat-exhaustion nor dirty from head to toe due to necessarily open windows where accumulated street dust and exhaust fumes leave a layer of grime on each passenger. What a start to an overseas trip! We had planned to book a return trip with Con-x-ion when we come back from Europe, but simply don’t understand why we should pay all that money to get grimy and sick again, this time after a long-haul flight from Europe back to Australia. So everybody: check alternatives before booking!!!
