It was a good and well organized tour. Farheen looked after us well as we navigated through the chaotic scene of shopping Indian style. There was a lot to see and shop and having Farheen narrowed it down for us was very helpful. Adeel was the driver and he expertly and safely drove us to our various stops. He also provided us with the historical backgrounds on some of the places that we visited passed by.

Making light of shopping

We chose to do this activity a day before going home. We thought we had done all our shopping prior to this in Agra and Jaipur. However there were new things to discover as Farheen and Adeel helped us to navigate the chaos of Delhi shopping. Farheen took us to shops that were reasonably priced, helped us to bargain in some instances and kept the touts away from us. Adeel drove us safely around Delhi, managed the madness of the chaotic roads and provided us with information regarding the area we were in or monuments that we passed. This tour took the stress out of our shopping experience. On hindsight we would have planned this at the beginning of our trip rather than leave it to the last.

A day in Delhi

I had the best day with Farheen (my beautiful Indian guide) she introduced me to street food delights (absolutely delicious) and hidden gems of stores. Farheen was attentive and just a truly lovely lady to spend a day with - highly recommended

Shopping in New Delhi

Farheen took us to all the best shops and helped to negotiate a great deal on the pashminas we bought. Aman was a masterful driver in negotiating the traffic in New Delhi. They also recommended a fabulous restaurant. It was a good day!

My experience with this company and especially Fareen and Sahil was exceptional! They exceeded expectations on all levels. The shopping expedition they took us on was so fabulous we hired them for another two days so show us around Delhi. A really enjoyable afternoon

A thoroughly enjoyable experience exploring Delhi’s markets! We had a great afternoon with Farheen and the driver who were both happy to share some history of Delhi as we drove through the city to the shopping stops. We took this tour in order to be guided to the best spots to shop for an outfit for a wedding. We were only in Delhi for one day so Farheen brought us to a store where we could try on and get measured for outfits that would be stitched to our measurements that day. After this, we wandered the main shopping bazar sampling food and enjoying browsing in all the stores. Remember to bargain hard while shopping!

A Productive Day of Shopping

I took this tour with my friend as we were passing through Delhi for one day on the way to a wedding in the north of India. We asked Farheen to prioritise helping us get Lehngas to wear to the wedding and thought that would take up the full duration of the tour. She completed this task in record time leaving us plenty of time to explore the Chandni Chowk markets, where we sampled some Indian Street food. Both Farheen and the driver were so knowledgeable about the history of the city. It was such an enjoyable day and would highly recommend to all.

Best Guide in Delhi!!!

Farheen and Adeel were amazing for our first day out in Delhi. Myself and two friends were meeting up with a group tour, but came in early for a few days on our own. We went shopping for rugs, clothing, pashminas and more. We also got to experience Old Delhi and eat Indian food. We enjoyed our day so much that we hired Farheen for the following two days when we had Sahill as our driver. They were all wonderful and so accommodating to our needs, and what we wanted to do. No matter what you want to see/do in Delhi and the surrounding areas, hire Farheen and her company. You will not regret it!

Unmissable Experience For Solo Female Travelers

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Where to begin? Farheen and Adil were so incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. I felt very taken care of throughout the experience - this was my first day in India and I couldn’t have picked a better introduction to Delhi than this tour. Besides the shopping, the tour had so much more to offer. Adil, our chaperone, was an historian and shared a lot of insightful facts about Delhi and India’s culture, and his presence helped me feel safe as a solo female traveler. We got to try a lot of street food along the way which was awesome and safe to eat (I can confirm I didn’t get Delhi belly!) - the Jalebi was my absolute favorite. The shopping part was great. They asked me what type of market I liked best and requested for my shopping list ahead of time and tailored my experience based on what I needed and to fit my budget. They also took me to other types of shops to just see the wealth of products India had to offer, but they did ask me in advance if I was comfortable with that or if I preferred to just stick to my list, and stressed I shouldn’t feel pressured to buy anything, which I really appreciated. Farheen gave me great styling tips and learned my taste very quickly as she helped me pick culturally appropriate accessories for a wedding. She haggled the prices down for me and shielded me from all the vendors trying to lure us into their shops. In addition, she went above and beyond to be extra accommodating. I had made a mistake with the booking and she was really understanding and helped me sort it out, and I had a small issue with a fabric after the tour had ended and Farheen quickly got it all sorted for me even though the tour had ended hours earlier. She was so responsive over text and calls. As a solo female traveler safety was my main concern and this was the perfect experience: I felt super safe, got all the items I needed and got to experience and learn so much about Delhi. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Perfect trip!

Farheen, our tour guide, was just wonderful and our driver (Adeel- sorry for the spelling!) was super knowledgeable. We were shopping for wedding outfits which we couldn’t have done without Farheen. They both continued to make our day wonderful with a trip to Old Delhi markets, great street food and beautiful jewellery. Farheen was also contactable after and so helpful with coordinating adjustments for our wedding outfits. She was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. We were both so grateful!

Excellent introduction to Delhi!

Arrived in Delhi at 3:00 am and needed to stay awake until I met a group- this was a perfect intro to Delhi and ‘stay awake’ excursion. Breakfast was street fare and so delicious, then on to old Delhi and shops. Our driver was so knowledgeable and clicked so well with Farheen. We meandered small pathways, bustling streets, ride Tuk Tuk bc and Rickshaw. I had to return early- taxi organized gorgeously for me, I felt safe, looked after and had a great time!

Wonderful experience

I cannot recommend this lady enough. She was fantastic with us, we were three ladies traveling together and her help guidance and advice was invaluable especially in Old Delhi. We had a fabulous day experiencing the sights smells and sounds of Delhi. I cannot express enough how great this tour was and highly recommend to anyone travelling to Delhi.

We booked this tour as we are three ladies travelling together and having read some reports we thought that a guide would steer us in the right direction. It did not disappoint. She throw everything into the mix. Shopping eating drinking tuk tuk and rickshaw. We had the best time. The knowledge conveyed was exceptional both in history and shopping. So much fun! A must book tour…

Farheen was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable on all things that we wanted to shop for. The markets can be overwhelming but our guide took us through navigating and negotiating prices. Couldn’t have asked for a better day shopping and seeing the markets and sites. The driver Adeel was so friendly and an historian by education. He added in so many details on the history went out of his way to make the day enjoyable. Booking this tour is a must even for non shoppers. You will not be pressured to buy anything but can view all the local handicrafts with a local.

Amazing experience!

Farheen and Sahil were amazing tour guides! We got to spend the entire day in Delhi. Farheen knew all the right places to take us shopping at! She made sure we got all the things we were looking for and all the souvenirs we wanted to bring back home. We ended the day with dinner at a restaurant for some delicious samosas and butter chicken! We enjoyed their company very much and felt like family!

A day of shopping like a local

Farheen was an incredible guide during this experience of shopping! She took us to all the right places to find what we were looking for. During our shopping she’d also recommend us to try local food, which we loved. She’d help us get good deals and it just felt like we’d known her forever. She felt like a friend from the get go! After a day of shopping we ended our experience at a micro brewery and enjoyed some food food along with some beer and good laughs and conversation. When we go back to India we will definitely be reaching back out to Farheen and Sahil.

True experience of markets

An absolutely fantastic experience. Garden took us to Chandni Chowk markets as we were shopping for Christmas presents. The sights along the way were so colourful & to hear some of the history of the area was an added bonus. Walking among the crowds & being taken to quality stores was a real experience. Tuk tuk ride back to our mini van was such fun, never seen traffic like it! Thank you Fareen & Aidan for making the day so enjoyable.

Unforgettable family shopping and cultural experience.

We had an amazing shopping tour with Fahreen. We are a family of 8 and were picked up from our hotel lobby in a large AC van which we loved and we also loved our history lessons on the way to and from Chandni Chowk markets as we drove past all the sights. We were shopping for Christmas presents and Fahreen helped us find every single gift which was amazing. We shopped for clothes, jewellery, accessories, tea and spices and we ate delicious treats. Fahreen also took us to the Sikh temple where we were guided through a prayer session and then headed to the community kitchen to roll and flip chapati. This was an unexpected highlight of our day. We had an exciting rickshaw ride from the spice markets back to meet the driver which was unforgettable. I highly recommend that you take this tour if you are in Delhi, it is an absolute must!

I had a wonderful shopping experience with an immersion into the culture and diversity of New Delhi. We shopped for carpets, jewelry, crafts and cloths We had street food and rickshaw rides, As a special request, Farheen and Adeel, added a stop for food with a view of the Qutub Minar, my favorite new Delhi historical site. Great last day in India!

Farheen and Adeel were amazing guides, very fluent in English and very informative about history and culture. They took me to the places I wanted to go. I was on my last day in India, so I had some last minute things on my list I got a sari made in like 3 hrs. and got henna tatoo, as well as found the mughal daggar I was looking for. Highly recommended.

Shopping in Antiquity

I was brought up in Delhi for 23 years and I’ve always appreciated it’s antiquity and complexity. I know some parts of Delhi are not that easily accessible but are rich and culture and history. Farheen and her colleague met me in a clean comfortable car and then we rode in a rickshaw. Shopping was good and not too much pressure to buy. Beautiful fabrics and silverware.

Great shopping experience in Old and New Delhi

Great shopping experience. The guide took us in the best places both in Old and New Delhi. Also, the driver was a guide too and during the day he explained us a lot of interesting things about Delhi, an overwhelming city. Because of the traffic, we were late, but both the guide and the driver were never in hurry and gave us one hour more of tour. We never felt pushed to buy and found a lot of souvenirs (small jewelery, clothes, artisanary, spices and so on). We could also visit where Indian people really work. The guide also took very nice photos of is and send us. We will repeat it next time we are in Delhi with the same nice and informative people. Something you should do to understand the real Delhi

I enjoyed it more than I thought I would

Farheen & Adeel are both kind, friendly and helpful. Farheen address me on whatsapp as soon as she is being assigned to bring me on tour in Delhi. She also contacted me before arriving in Delhi. I thought that was a nice gesture of assurance. She brings me to good quality stores to make my purchases. And guide me through Chadni Chowk which is an amazing experience. The highlight would be the ride on the motorised and manually cycled tuk tuk. I never thought I would enjoy it alot. Adeel patiently drove around in Dehli traffic and is knowledgeable in the history of Delhi, it was nice that I get to learn history during my trip. Overall, I totally enjoyed the experience. Both Farheen & Adeel gave a fresh impression of Delhi. They also try to make me as comfortable as possible to the extend of skipping lunch just because I am not having lunch. I am forever grateful for their patience. I wished I had more time in Delhi to go on more tours with them and I would definitely engage them again when I return to Delhi! Thank you, Farheen & Adeel!

Fantastic

What a deal. Farheen took us shopping while our driver was our historic tour guide. Farheen saved us more money than we paid for the tour. It was just fun watching her negotiate “that is your initial price, what is your lowest price. . .still no good!” If you want to shop even a little, no reason not to do this. You will go to all the best places, pay the lowest prices and learn along the way. Fantastic!

Farheen & Adeel Making Shopping a Worry Free & Wonderful Experience!

Your time in India is precious, dont waste it shopping WITHOUT Farheen and Adeel! I was very worried about being scammed on prices or not getting quality items. But Farheen and Adeel were with me every step of the way. I did all my souvenir and gift shopping for 20 people (and 1 dog) in a single day! Fahreen was with me shopping every step of the way, making sure I got the best possible price and quietly letting me know if a better deal or quality would be available elsewhere while ushering me off to better things. She knew the most efficient way to navigate stores and had a lot of tips along the way! She has a good eye for what looks good and what people may like. She’s also not afraid to strong arm the stores into modifying clothes or items for you at no added charge! I gave her, what seemed like an impossible list to fulfill and we got every single item fulfilled! Adeel handled worry-free transport, and stayed with the car and all the things I bought before. He even gave a lot of historical/social/political information about buildings and sites we passed along the way! So got some free site seeing as well! He was very flexible on taking the scenic route where feasible just for me to see a little more of Delhi. These two are very patient and flexible! And will also suggest places to try amazing food and tea along the way! They even suggested a dinner place based on what I like and took me there after to an amazing place. 10/10 will recommend!

Shopping in Old Delhi

Best part was waking through the open market in Old Delhi and taking a tuk tuk to the spice market. Talk about great smells!!!
