Great overall experience

Great tour overall! Saw all the major sights! In Delhi, Saurabh was very knowledgeable and professional. We got into all the monuments and sites seamlessly and the rickshaw ride was a real highlight. In Agra, Nabeel gave us great insights into the Taj Mahal and took amazing photographs from unique points! And Ifran was an expert driver who drove use around expertly and safely throughout both days. Would highly recommend this tour for those interested in seeing Delhi and Agra and short on time!

Excellent Tour with highly knowledgeable guide and driver.

My guide Gautam was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating of my needs and spoke excellent English. He also made very helpful recommendations for me. The driver Prakash was also very good and handled the traffic effortlessly and made sure the AC was always ready on a very humid day. As a solo female traveler I also felt very safe. I would highly recommend to anybody.

A memorable tour with the great service. Everything about this tour is just great, from the vehicle to driver and guides were very helpful. The driver Mr.Prakash, guide from Delhi Mr.Gautham and the guide from Agra Mr.Ali are very kind and helful, went another mile just to help us with our needs.. they understood our pace as we were travelling with a kid, helped with everything single thing that we wished for. Mr.Gautham in Delhi and especially Mr.Ali from Agra is very knowledgeable about the surroundings and guided us in everywhere perfectly. They are just awesome.. we didn't have to wait in the lines to get in to the attraction as he arranged it prior to our arrival. We recommend this tour to everyone who wish to explore Delhi and Agra in a short time.

Strongly recommended for family travellers

It was an amazing end to end experience with Pioneer Holidays for both Agra and Delhi tour. We did one day tour of Agra, Red Fort and Vrindavan( got added later on driver's reco). We booked Innove Crysta and it was very well maintained, clean and professional car. Our driver (Ali) was well behaved, safe in driving, knew the roads and gave suggestions time and again for good washrooms, good food and near by places to visit. He went a step ahead to make us feel comfortable. Our guide Sameer at Agra was more than a guide and clicked lots of pictures with different Taj angles! On Day 2 we left for Delhi tour, our guide Mr. Sunil Mishra was super enthusiastic to show us around, he made sure we know every minute details of the monuments we visit. He was super energetic and made us feel comfortable in his company. He almost full filled all our demands of local food, local ice cream, shopping etc. and also warned us on places to be careful. Overall it was an amazing experience with lots of beautiful memories ; Pioneer's car, guides, driver were to play a big role in making it happen seamlessly. Great going, pls retain the good people you have. Strongly recommend this tour for family travellers.

Nothing to say. Perfect. Car with wifi, enormous plus, kindness and respect, all impeccable, don't look for anything else. We had Mr Mahip as a guide, outstanding. and Mr Irfan as a driver, simply great.

Well organuzed tour of wonderful site

A friend said that as impressive as pictures of the Taj Mahal are, it is even more wonderful in the flesh. I'm very glad I took this tour. It really was all inclusive with private car for my wife and I and a guide in Agra. The only think we had to pay for is I wanted to hire wheel chairs at the Taj Mahal and Red fort (which together came to less than $20). Well organized and highly recommended.

The tourist guide who name kashif is such a fantastic man with us to visit Taj Mahal ! He show many history to us about indians great emperor & his beautiful queen . Excellent and informative tour with Abdul

Had a great and educational time at the Taj Manual. I learned many things from our tour guide Abdul about the history, including many explanations and secrets of the place that you wouldn't know without a well-informed and experiences guide. 100% recommend. Very friendly guise and helped us in many ways to make the most of this once in a lifetime experience.

Very good day trip from Delhi including the express train

I come from France and I really enjoyed my day in hot and sunny Agra. I got picked up by a driver from my accomodation who patiently waited for me because my alarm didnt go off and somehow he still managed to get me in time to the station to catch the train.Shubhan, my local guide was waiting for me with a sign at Agra station and our wonderful driver Mahaveer gave me a flower necklace as a welcome, how thoughtful. Did the Taj, visited this amazing marble craft shop (where I spent way too much money) and then Agra fort and baby Taj. All spectacular. Really appreciated when our driver was waiting for us at the exit of each building with fresh water! Thanks guys, wicked tour! Oh and the buffet at the Marriott hotel was spot on!

Fantastic day tour

I cannot recommend enough the day tour with Pioneer Holidays to Agra and the Taj Mahal. Tour guide Ali and driver Ali were an exceptional team that offered a professional and friendly experienece. The lunch was amazing. The driving was safe. The guide information was useful and interesting. Cannot go past team AliAli.

Forget the rush and travel in style..

Travelling to the Taj Mahal from Delhi can be quite a stressful trip if done by road.. Pioneer Holidays offers an awesome alternative which makes use of the high speed train service from Delhi to Agra. We were met by Vicky at the train station and everything was done.to make our trip a wonderful experience. Vicky had great knowledge of the region's history and was fundamental in making our trip through the Taj a slick and enjoyable one.. I highly. recommend this company and trip..

Tantalizing Taj and Delightful Delhi

A visit to India is not complete without seeing the building constructed out of love, that is the Taj and treading the ways of the great Gandhi. The trips were arranged by Pioneer Holidays. It was definitely unforgettable. I had a very friendly and courteous driver Chandra who entertained me with his stories all the way from Delhi to Agra and vice versa. In our Delhi trip he also served as my photographer (I don't know how to do selfie :) and tour guide, describing every nook of the city and all the landmarks. Then in Agra, I was provided with an equally friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable tour guide in the person of Mr. Ali Zaif. It's amazing how he explained to me every small details there is to know about the Taj Mahal. After the visit to Taj Mr. Zaif brought me to the Agra Fort, another amazing landmark. Mr. Zaif also accompanied me in a restaurant that serves authentic Indian cuisine after the trip. Overall, it is really an unforgettable trip, made very pleasant with the two gentlemen who accompanied me. I am very thankful to both especially to Mr. Zaif for going the extra mile to accommodate my requests during the day tour of the Taj Mahal. I will definitely come back.

A very nice day in Taj Mahal, Agra

We had a very pleasant day during our visit the Taj Mahal in Agra. The trip was perfect as promised. We had dinner in 5 star Marriott, Agra and of course the buffet table was delicious. Our driver, Ajey did his best to make our trip pleasant. The tour guide was good as well.

Brilliant day out

Excellently organised day out, Naseer was a knowledgeable and charming host and Ajay the driver deserves a special mention. After an extremely long day for him he kept his cool and got us to a tight connecting flight, also excited the vehicle to make sure we got through okay which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended. Solo Female Traveler, First time in India

About me: I am a female Asian American. First time to India and traveling solo. Driver: Rehman Guides: Delhi - Prashant, Agra - Nazeer. Felt very safe with each guide! Car: Similar to a Toyota Corolla. Very clean! Tour Logistics: Super quick on responding to WhatsApp messages and email. Visiting all the sites was seamless. My guides took care of the entrance fees. Depending on the time, the sites were chaotic. But my guides knew where to enter so we wasted very little time entering the sites. Guides: Prashant was polite and knowledgeable. He gave me the history of the site and asked me questions to keep me engaged. Then let me roam on my own for 10-15 minutes. He had no issues with me asking for picture requests. He also made sure the driver was there when we were done. Nazeer was very knowledgeable and super nice. He is from Agra so he knows his stuff. Walked me through the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. He also took my picture whenever I asked him to. Tour: Delhi - Saw all the main things I needed to see in Delhi. Since we were going to drive from Delhi to Agra we needed to be done with sightseeing and lunch by 2pm. So we were at each site for 30 minutes or less. It was fast but that was expected. The drive from Delhi to Agra was about 3 hours. Rehman made sure I was comfortable and made stops if needed. Agra - Was picked up at 7am then after the walk to the entrance and through security reached the Taj Mahal at 7:30am. Spent about 1.5 hours there. Brought back to my hotel to get breakfast and check out. Then at 10:30 am we set off to learn about marble inlay, see Agra Fort, see some precious stones of India, and then lunch. We were on the road by 2pm to drop me off at the airport in time. I got to the airport at 6:30pm because there was major traffic in New Delhi. I had about 3 hours before my flight. Watch outs: I was taken to three stores. One textile store to purchase saris/kurtis/pashminas/etc., one marble store to learn about marble inlay and one gem store to learn about gems. I didn’t see that info mentioned on the site so it bothered me a bit since it was programmed into my itinerary without my knowledge. But in the end not a big deal, the owner of the marble store gave me a 15 min presentation of how the marble inlay was done and I was entertained by the owner of the gem store. And the shopping didn’t get in the way of seeing the sites. I purchased some reasonably priced kurtis and marble figurines (talked to my coworkers from India and they said the prices were reasonable and I didn’t get ripped off). I was taken to Kashmir Cashmere in New Delhi, Handicraft Store and Nakkashi Gems in Agra. It’s mostly men in the stores and you might be the only one inside but you will be safe! Advice: Cash – For tips (driver and guides) and souvenirs. But don’t worry about bringing a lot because all the souvenir stores took credit card with no added fees or tax. You can negotiate at Kashmir and Nakkashi Gems. The marble inlay store had set prices. Water/Snacks: Bring them for the long drives. There are petrol stations along the way too. Lunch: All restaurants were clean. I can’t remember where we went. It seemed like the restaurant stop was the same for every tour itinerary in Delhi and Agra. I saw many diners being dropped off by their guides. Make sure to know if your lunch is included in your package and what is included in your lunch. I had to pay for water.

A Delhi, on a passé plus de temps dans les magasins où manifestement le guide avait plus d'intérêt qu à nous faire visiter les monuments. En revanche, Balbeer le chauffeur, etait très disponible et le guide a agra moins intéressé !

Veldig pålitelig og super tur

Jeg har har hatt en fantastisk dag og tur med Pioneer hollyday til Agra og Taj Mahal. Veldig hyggelig sjåfør som plukket meg opp på flyplassen og kjørte meg til Agra. Her ble jeg møtt av en veldig hyggelig guide som gjorde alt han kunne for at jeg skulle få en fin dag. Taj Mahal er magisk og dagen ble perfekt avsluttet på tak-kaffe med utsyn over Taj Mahal i solnedgang. Vil absolutt bruke firmaet ved en annen anledning.

Tres bon séjour

Nous avons fait cette excursion entre amis (groupe de 9 personnes) et nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce tour. Le véhicule etait très comfortable et spacieux, le guide - prénommé Shubban - était très intéressant et connaissait bien son sujet (histoire des lieux, endroits à visiter...). Le planning était bien organisé nous avions la possibilité de l'ajuster à notre gré (endroit supplémentaire, ordre, durée...). Pour tous ces raisons, je ne peux que recommander ce tour.

Agréable surprise! Arrives à 9h à l’aéroport et accueillis avec un bus bien équipé. Notre guide, Shubban, était agréable avec un très bon niveau de français. Nous avons pu enchaîner les visites à notre rythme, avec flexibilité et avec des explications de qualité. Les repas inclus dans le tour étaient également de qualité. Merci
