Perfect day

What an experience!! Yanis and his crew did an awesome job taking care of us on our tour of the west side of Milos. We were fed a cheese vegetable flatbread for breakfast and risotto with shrimp and some Greek appetizers for lunch. The highlight of the trip was seeing Kleftiko which was one of many stops on this trip. We snorkelled through caves and saw the bluest water ever. BRING A GO PRO!

Beautiful day cruising around Milos

What a fun day sailing the coastline of Milos with Polco sailing . Daniel bought his humour, cooking skills and congeniality and George brought his best Captain skills . Kleftiko and Sykia caves definitely a highlight . This is a must do if visiting Milos-highly recommend Polco 🐠⛵️

Excellent Yachting was really EXCELLENT!

This sailing experience was amazing and worth every penny spent! The views were spectacular. We swam and snorkeled, toured caves and rock formations in a dinghy, enjoyed delicious food and drinks, and had a knowledgeable, helpful and fun crew!! Don’t miss this opportunity!

Disappointed

The trip date was postponed! There seems to be a communication problem with you and the yacht company. We were sent to the Pollonia port and the yacht is in Adamas where we are staying.we spent over 50 Euros for a round trip and wasted half a day. We hope to sail next week on the 14th or 15th. We are in contact with excellent yacht through watts app.

Fantastic experience

We were two couples from Montreal Canada on this trip. We had a great time. The crew was awesome, the sights were amazing and the swimming/snorkeling experience was unforgettable. A must do while in Milos.

Very disappointing

Very bad experience with this company. They overbook and then try to move you to another day to make it work. We were 22 people on a small boat so we had no space and comfort. Food was bad too.

Not to be missed!

Relaxed to the nth degree. We took a private sail tour, three families with children. Skipper Yannis and his crew took excellent care of us, providing guided tour and information, and we visited magical places and beaches. The boat was more than adequate for 6 adults and 7 children, and food and drink was a plenty. The swimming was second to none. Absolutely great day out.

Sailing, swimming, and scenery.

All around great experience. The yacht was clean and well maintained. The skipper and crew were friendly and informative, gorgeous scenery, and multiple stops for swimming and snorkeling. My wife, who grew up on the ocean, loved the cave swimming. Lunch was a little on the heavy side for my liking, but tasty. They put the canopy up at our first stop, which provides some welcome shade, but took it down again after lunch. I would have preferred to leave it up as several of us had had enough sun by that point. Regardless, we were able to find shade. I accidentally left my hat on board and they arranged to get it back to me. Definitely worth the money and we would do it again.

Sea it to Believe It

I celebrated my 50th birthday on a surprise (power) Yacht tour with Anastasi (Anas) and Costa with my partner and two best friends. Generally I hate surprises but this was an amazing experience - far more than I could have hoped for! We were able to go into caves, swim, snorkel, see some amazing sights, and hear about the history of Milos from Anas. The drinks, lunch, and birthday cake were amazing - as was the music, supplied by Anas, who also DJs. I am glad to only turn 50 once but I would love to enjoy a day on the sea with these fine gents again - and would recommend them and this experience to anyone. Five stars all around

Amazing day out with the family

Highly recommend, had a perfect day. Friendly staff and an amazing scenic tour. The traditional Greek food was just what we needed after a perfect swim around the stunning caves. The captain Yianni was especially welcoming and knowledgeable.

Beautiful sailing boat experience

Seeing the island by sailing boat is a beautiful experience. We leaned about the history, the geology and the myths as we followed the coast. Snorkelling through the caves was fun and the captain took us to calmer waters to swim when it became choppy. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was good. Because we were a group of 6 we were kept together on the boat which was a thoughtful touch. The other benefit was that we had a more shady spot on the boat, which I appreciated as my skin is fair and burns easily. Overall a fabulous day out on the seas.

Milos - trip highlight

Amazing and easy going cruise with lots of opportunity for swimming and snorkelling. Tasty food and fun music. Felt very safe and comfortable. Juliano, RJ and Effi were fantastic!

EXCELLENT experience in Milos, Greece!!!

My family and I had an experience of a lifetime! Starting with Yanni's the captain, Christos and the rest of the crew. Outstanding. They shared the history of the island, sea and volcanos. The swimming in the turquoise sea was an experience of a lifetime. One stop was more magnificent than the next. I can't say enough how fantastic this trip was. Thank you to the amazing crew, we will be back!!!❤️❤️

Excellent Yachting and their excellent team

Our booked sailing tour became a motor yacht tour, after we were told the day before our departure that the sailboat wasn't available. However this was a stroke of luck as our our upgrade to the motor yacht "Nibbio" - at no extra charge - allowed us to cover more sightseeing on the day. Plus we had the luxury of more space on the larger boat. Our crew - Host Anastasis and Captain Costas - were extremely hospitable, patient and knowledgeable. They both also had a great sense of humour, which meant we shared many laughs and memorable moments on the day. Anastasis prepared a delicious lunch and confidently imparted the history and geography of the landscape as we passed, while Costas kept the journey very smooth and took us through the caves and onto the shoreline of nearby beaches with great skill in the boat's runabout. We made the most of the full day and returned to Adamas having had a wonderful adventure. Excellent Yachting can boast an excellent team, service and experience.

A must do activity in Milos

My sister and I took the half day trip around milos with lunch. We had a great time!! The crew was lovely, entertaining us every single minute we never got bored, Juliano (one of the crew) had endless stories and very interesting facts about the island. We learned a lot of new information and about the history as well. We had a few stops, we jumped and swam in the lovely clear water of Milos. the last stop was the stop where we had the snorkeling activity which was so fun and we also got to tour the caves of Kliftiko in which the pirates lived. The lunch was delicious and authentic. All in all we had a lovely time with great people who care loads!

A full day of sailing that you’ll truly enjoy!

Besides the eager to please attitudes and the good food and drink on board, the crew are real sailors. The day of our trip, the winds were present and the Aegean Sea was pretty aggressive. The crew really managed the ship as to keep it comfortable and smooth sailing with the friendliest attitudes and a fun-first motto. They were also very informative about the history of the area and managed a boat load of people in a way that made all on board feel appreciated for choosing Excellent Yachting. All in all it was a full day of sailing, snorkeling and cave exploration and well worth the price!

This was a full day sailing around Milos visiting the highlights. Great crew and tour. Highly recommend. Good value and lovely food. The boat was very comfortable and professional.

If you are in Milos take a sail to Kleftikos weather is hot wear a bathing suit. you might want to bring a snack too. my favorite part was jumping off the cliff in Kleftikos. It's a long day in the sun. at times find some shade.

It was a great overall experience. The crew was fantastic and very knowledgeable, we learned a lot about the history of Milos. We had lots of fun and the water was amazing.

Great Day Trip!

We had a great time with Captain Yannis and his crew! This is a must if you're visiting Milos. We were able to do a cave tour through Kleftiko, snorkel, and learn about the history of Milos. It was a beautiful and relaxing tour. Yannis is hilarious and made it a light-hearted, fun experience.

Experience of a lifetime

We took a private tour with frank as our skipper - he was just the best and very experienced. He took us around the whole island where we were only expecting to go around half of the island. He looked at the weather and planned out where we could go at which time of the day - worked out really well. And then there was Michail who sold us the package at their office in town (pollonia) who was very knowledgeable and just a great guy who accommodated what we were really looking for - a real niche experience. We were even offered a choice of morning and afternoon. Big thanks to Federico who arranged the day (operations) and made us feel at ease. Great trip to do in Milos

We had a fabulous time with Captain Yannis and his crew. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to the Cyclades and a must do if you are in Milos. The caves and coastline are simply stunning and the Smurf water is something that has to be seen!! Micheal in Pollonia deserves a mention too as he sold the idea to us and it was even better than we hoped.

Our Favorite Activity in Milos!

My wife and I went to Milos and took this yacht cruise tour on recommendation from our travel agent. Is was absolutely amazing!! The most fun we had of all the wonderful things we did on Milos. Captain Tziovani and his crew were remarkable - extremely knowledgeable, very entertaining and very hospitable - constantly asking if anyone on the yacht needed anything throughout the day. We had two meals with them, as part of the package and the food was incredible (prepared by a local lady specifically for the yachting company)! The frosting on the "cake" of the cruise, though were the views - absolutely stunning perspectives you could never have seen from the island itself! The whole thing was incredible and even a great value. I can't recommend Excellent Yachting highly enough!!!

Highly Recommended Sailing Tour of Milos

We booked a 1-day sailing trip in Milos from Adamas to Kleftiko and back and the experience was everything we hoped for. Everything was great from booking the trip with Michael at their office in Pollonia, to the actual trip on the sail boat (no sailing though, all motor) with the excellent staff led by the charming personality of Captain Yannis. Would definitely recommend it, if anything just for the snorkelling and cave exploring parts in Kleftiko. The food on board was also quite good by the way! Thanks to the great staff at Excellent Yachting!

Lifetime experience!! Must-do in Milos!

This was the best tour ever! The crew was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were so understanding with my mom who needed a bit of help to get in and out of the boat, they always took special care of her. The trip was very well organized, the food was delicious and overall the experience was incredible. 100% recommended! Thank you again so much for an amazing day!

Amazing Vibe, Unforgettable Day

We spent an amazing day in a sailing boat thanks to Captain Giovanni and hhis amazing crew. The pleces were he took us were speachless, we had fun, the crew is super sweet and also the history of the island is very interesting (Giovanni is an amazing sailor man but also a great guide). Super super reccomended, even the food was really good. Amazing vibe, unforgettable day

Best boat tour in Milos

Our day with excellent yachting was one to remember! Our crew and captain Yiannis were incredible from start to finish. They gave us some really interesting facts about the island of Milos, took us to amazing beaches and snorkelling spots and we were served an amazing breakfast and homemade lunch that was so delicious. I would recommend this tour to everyone!

Unforgettable

This experience was amazing and unforgettable! We were with Yanis and his team. They all were really nice and thoughtful. Yanis explained us a lot of things about Milos and showed us incredible places and creeks. The food on board was great and typical. Swimming in the sea is amazing but on windy days it might be hard so it's better if your swimming skills are good. Maybe one little critic about the swimming: it would be better and safer if Yanis and the staff could more look after the passengers when they swim because it can be exhausting to swim so much in the sea.

Fantastic day!

What an absolutely excellent day we had. From the moment we met with the guides in Pollonia to be transferred we were made to feel relaxed and had nothing to be worried about. We were transferred to Provatas Bay and what a wonderful beach to start our trip. We had a group of Approx 23 friendly travellers. We were welcomed on board by our knowledgeable skipper and team and had the best time going from one beach all absolutely stunning. We snorkelled, did a tour of the caves by snorkel and on the tender and even had the opportunity to cliff jump. Our skipper was so knowledgeable about the landscape, Milos and all his geological knowledge was much appreciated and well presented. Food was great too. So much more to say but definitely go and experience for yourself! A ten out of ten day!

Uncomfortable and Disappointing

The captain, Juliano, made me feel very uncomfortable. His behaviour towards me was completely inappropriate as he was flirting with me throughout the day, pressuring me to take pictures or sit next to him and kept calling me ‘uptight’ for rejecting his flirtations. He very disrespectful to my other friends as well. Also, he should not be asking for the Instagram of a customer, very unprofessional. Don’t book this trip if you are a young woman that has self-respect! On the bright side, Haris was a very nice and polite guide, thank you for that. The day overall was okay, we loved Kleftiko and the snorkelling but we stayed there for too long. We were promised to go to Sykia cave and another famous beach on the phone but we stopped at 2 other beaches that were not special at all. There are many boat companies in Milos, try another one please.

Second Time Just as Excellent as the First!

This was our second time to sail with Excellent Yachting. We first visited Milos and enjoyed a day with them in May 2018. It was so great that we returned to Milos this June just to sail with them again. + Friendly, helpful and fun crew + Wonderful, relaxing and fun day out on the water with great mates from all over the world in the mix + Nice breakfast and lunch onboard + Always felt safe + Swimming and small-boat tour of the caves was great

The best thing to do in Milos

I had a private tour with my wife. At first, we were hesitant since the price was quite expensive for the private tour. However, in the end, we thought this was definitely worth the price. We had Tasos as our captain. He spoke English very well and took us to many beautiful places. He told us some interesting stories about the areas and some fun experiences he was working as a captain. We stopped over at beautiful places to swim and beers and some snacks were provided after swimming. Drinking beer on the boat after the swimming felt super nice indeed. Definitely, the must thing to do in Milos I would say.

Unsafe and poor quality

Took a full-day tour with Excellent Yachting. It was worse than disappointing--it wasn't safe. The 2 crew members took us to our second swimming area, and recommended that everybody--regardless of swimming ability--swim through the caves. This was a real mistake as the distance was long, the water coming through the narrow cave pushed people back into the walls and into one another and people in our group got panicky and exhausted. Many people commented that after gtting through the cave they felt too exhausted to make the swim back to the boat. The crew should have offered a swim in the bay near the beach for poor swimmers and recommended that only good swimmer do the long caving swim. They did not provide flippers--ocean swimming with strong currents needs flippers. We compared notes with people who took similar tours with other companies. they went to the same, beautiful spot, but only were offered swimming in the bay or a dinghy ride through the caves. It was also clear that the food on other tours was much, much better and a fun part of the experience. The food on Mamma Maria was barely adequate: starchy pizza for the first meal, and starchy pasta for the second. Aftenoon treat was packaged cookes. I hate to even mention the food next to the safety concern, but it was a disappointment, too. Not much natural history nor history of the area or cultural information shared at all. A really poorly done tour of beautiful places.

Amazing and affordable experience that defined my trip to Milos.

I had an amazing experience discovering the various spots around Milos. Our skipper Tziovani Farinola was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, with an ability to provide a deep insight in topics surrounding rock formations, Greek history, and pirates that used to work in the same area. The food and drink were excellent and everyone on the crew made us feel great. I’ll definitely be doing another trip using this company when I come back to Milos.

Perfect was to spend a day in Milos

This was such a perfect day, definitely a highlight of our trip to Milos. The crew were very friendly and fun, and very knowledgeable about the history of Milos - I did not expect to learn as many interesting facts as I did! The food served for brunch & lunch was delicious, and our dietary requirements were accommodated without issue. There wasn't a dull moment on the boat, even though it was a full-day experience. Our small group was very mixed - there were families, couples, solo travellers and groups of friends, but as far as I could tell everyone was having fun and the atmosphere on the boat was incredibly friendly and relaxed. Definitely worth the price, highly recommended for everyone and anyone!

Fantastic

The snorkling was amazing. I have always wanted to do a cruise around Milos but hesitated because I did not want to go with fifty other people during this covid times. My wife and I decided to go on a private yacht trip. Yes it is expensive but it is the best money I have ever spent on a trip. The crew were amazing. The food was great and the scenery spectacular. I would recommend this to any one over the age of 30....(we were 70 and 80) The crew looked after as so well.
