Private Tour & Lunch Of Underground Winery & Countryside Estate

An OUT-OF-THE-BEATEN PATH experience exploring private two estates in Madrid´s Wine country. The tour owner-run and not offered by any other company. Only available to small private groups with a sophisticated love for wine, nature, and history. During the tour we visit a famous boutique winery in Colmenar de Oreja, where we taste three wines along with local tapas, while visiting the underground wine cellars and their distinct clay jars. After the tasting we walk the narrow alleys and Plaza Mayor of one of the most beautiful towns in the Madrid region. The well preserved plaza dates back to the 1600s. We then travel to the private Water of Carabaña estate, world famous for its "miraculous medicinal waters" which were exported in the millions of bottles all over the world. We learn the rich history of the property in a short tour followed by a visit to the vineyards. We finish the day with another wine tasting and a paella lunch in front of the river and beautiful water falls.
