Great tour to get an overview of Madrid. Electric bike made it easy. Tour guide was great, getting us around blocked off roads due to public holiday.

Adventures on an e-bike!

My husband and I spent yesterday afternoon with our tour guide Augustine and a family of four. Neither myself or my husband had ridden an e-bike before but found it very easy and fun! Augustine wove our group of 6 through the streets to some stunning parks and provided great history and information along the way. It was a little unnerving at times on the busier streets but Augustine was a safe and competent leader. We both found this experience super fun and would recommend this to individuals who are comfortable cycling in a big city and enjoy a little exercise while enjoying the sights. Thanks Augustine!

Our tour guide Matthias was very cool. The length of the trip was also perfect. I got myself the electric bike was definitely the right choice (some ppl in the trip used the conventional non electric bike and they looked so exhausted), the entire trip was a fun and pleasant experience. Thanks!

Great e-bike tour

Laura took us on tour today. Fantastic guide who spoke excellent English, as all 8 in the group from 3 different countries spoke English. Laura clearly explained the road rules before we left and what to expect. She also clearly indicated which gear we should be in as she lead the group- so good! Would recommend 👍

Great bike tour with Laura

Wonderful tour with guide Laura. She was very knowledgeable about the city and able to answer any questions we asked, providing interesting information about historical sites, the many sculptures and monuments we saw, current life for Madrileños, etc. all while patiently helping us use the bikes and navigate the city. And the e-bikes were amazing! So easy to use and really fun.

Highly Recommend for Adults and Teens!

We had a great time with our tour guide, Agustin! We only had a couple of days in Madrid, so this was a great way to see a lot of sites in a short amount of time. Agustin knew a lot about the history of Madrid and could answer all of our questions. We were a family of two parents and two teenagers (13 and 17 years) and all four of us enjoyed the tour. It was much better than dragging the kids around on foot. The electric bikes make the ride very easy - it really almost takes no effort at all. Agustin also gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and other things to do in Madrid.

The best way to see a city

Our guide Augie was the absolute best. He showed us all there was to see, making the big red bus boring. Anyone should do this tour. A bike can go anywhere. The ebike was magnificent. Loved every minute of it. We are in our 60s and it was very easy. Thank you.

Biking through Madrid

This was the perfect way to see all the main sights of Madrid with a teenager. If you are short on days, this is the way to go. If you have time, this is a great way to start! We had time to explore some of the sights and to decide what we would like to return to. Our guide from Argentina was an amazing host. His depth of knowledge was remarkable and he had a fun way of presenting the information. He was personable and tailored the tour to the guests, relating facts from Spain to facts from our different countries. I highly recommend this tour. The electric bikes made the ride comfortable on a very hot day.

A unique way to see Madrid!

This tour has been a highlight of our 2 week Europe trip. Our guide Laura was very helpful and informative. Took this tour as a family with 2 teenagers. Everyone enjoyed it! Great way to see all the highlights of the city!

Ebike Tour of city and parks with Laura

Great way to see the city and a hit with family of teens. Laura was knowledgeable, set a great pace, was kind enough to take pictures and gave us time at the Temple of Dedod. We covered a lot of ground. Glad we had this booked.

Nice tour

Friendly guide. Ebike helpful, but not necessary for Madrid. Which is pretty flat. It was also very hot at 11am, but we stopped to buy water and snacks along the way.

Best Excursion in Spain

This was my family’s favorite excursion while in Spain. Laura was a great guide. She spoke well, gave just enough detail and kept us moving. It was the best way to see Madrid and will recommend to all our friends.

Laura gave us a great tour on bikes. At the start of the tour, water bottles! She offered to take pictures and answered our questions about information on sites. I loved touring the city on e-bikes! Highly recommended!

I had one full day in...

I had one full day in Madrid. I booked this tour 6 weeks ago. On the day before the tour the reservation was confirmed and money taken, at 7:20 pm on the same day it was cancelled due to number of bookings leaving me no chance of booking anything else, it’s interesting that if I’d cancelled within 24 hours, I’d have to pay the full price and yet no compensation for me when Viator cancelled.

Fun family outdoor activity

Augustine was a terrific and very knowledgeable bike tour guide. He presented the history of the city in a fun and engaging way. The route he planned was safe for the kids in our group and kept us off major roads as much as possible. He took photos of our group at various locations along the way and we got off the bikes to walk around a few of the sites. The e-bikes were easy to use and a fun way to see the city. Our group really enjoyed the e-bike tour and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an adventure in Madrid.

Must do tour

I highly recommend this tour!! Me and my bestie traveled to Spain and wanted a nice introduction to the city on our first day. This tour was the PERFECT way to do that!! Our tour guide was Augusto from Argentina. He was very friendly and informative. He does many different tours in the area, so we got ALOT of fun information from him. We had some slow-pokes on our tour, so we got back 30 minutes later than planned, but the guide kept his cool the entire time.

Madrid by bike

We had a wonderful ride with Augustine, our guide for the day. He was extremely knowledgable of Madrid’s sites and history and gave us lots of tips and advice for further things to do during our stay. This is our second ride with Viator, having visited Milan last year. I wholly recommend their bike tours since we see so much more than we otherwise would.

Great way to see the city

We had a mix up with scheduling and this company was more than willing to accommodate us any way possible! They ended up offering us the Segway tour instead of the bikes (again because of scheduling mix ups) and our guide, Allen, did a remarkable job showing us so much of Madrid in a short time. Segway felt dorky for the first 20 seconds but after that, it’s nothing but a great time!!!

Great way to see Madrid in 3 hours

It was easy to find the bike rental place, walking distance from our hotel near the Prado Museum. Our guide, Laura, was very informative about the bikes and the city. She took us all over to see the important sites, but also lead us through streets that were packed with pedestrians due to the national holiday on May 1st. She told us what speed we should be in depending on the terrain and amount of people around us. She explained the history and significance of the sites we stopped to visit. It was a wonderful trip and Laura is an excellent guide.

Recommended ride

Great way to see more than just touristic highlights by cycling through local parks. Laura provided narration at several points and ensured safety of the group.

Great Bike Tour and an exceptional Guide!

We had a great time in Madrid and this tour was specially one of the highlights. Laura was our guide. She shared with us history behind the monuments and city buildings. We covered a lot of ground and visiting Matadero and the bikeway along the river was an extra bonus. Our groups was fun too with lots of pictures to share. Great deal!

DISHONEST COMPANY!!! FALSE ADVERTISING

Stay away from these people!! The advertising says that "minimum age allowed is 10 years old OR at least 1,60m tall". My daughter is 10 years old and, after we paid the tour for the family, they said she could not go because she is less than 1,60m. it would be a little more acceptable - despite of the wrong information - if they hadn't REFUSED TO REFUND us the 160 euros we paid!!!! Yes, they difin't allow us to do the tour and kept our money!!!! The unpolite guide said it happened before and the kids cannot go ou get refund! So why don't they correct the advertising to at least 10 years old AND (NOT OR) 1,60m tall??! Because they are not honest!!!!' Besides that, the picture shows a small bike - suitable for kids - but they have only big bikes. A lot of stress and 160 euros lost to them!!!!

A Fun Tour for My 12 Year Old

Laura was our guide and she was awesome. She was careful helping us navigate through car traffic, which can be intimidating. I would recommend this. My 12 year old said this was the best part of our trip so far. You can cover so much more ground than by walking alone.

Best way to see the city and cover a lot of ground

Laura our guide was wonderful. She knew the history and kept the pace for everyone to enjoy. The tour takes you off the beaten path to explore parts of the city that aren’t on bus tours. It was enjoyed by teenagers-so it must be great.

A great ebike tour of Madrid!

My wife and a friend of mine had a wonderful ebike tour of Madrid with Yanni/Johnny. He let us design our tour. We wanted to see more of the parks, including Casa de Campo, and he happily obliged. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Madrid, and would occasionally pull over for historical summaries. He also cared about all 3 of us, helping us along as we had the occasional difficulties (my wife and I fell at different points!). I would strongly recommend this company.

Fun and enjoyable

I joined the electric bike Madrid tour. The tour was around 3.5 hours. You get to see many interesting places in Madrid and the guide was very informative. It was very fun and enjoyable for me.
