Informative while enjoying the ride

friendliness of guide and knowledgeable, good experience enjoyed longer time than was originally planned.

Good until guide decided to take us mountain biking.

The e-bikes worked well & lots of opportunity for views & photos were provided. The only bad part was that Osmeld took us on an uphill dirt path that was too hard for seniors. 3 of us had to push our bikes up only to find that we were going back the same way. The guide did not attempt to help us get up the hill nor tell us to wait at the bottom. At the end of the tour, I advised him that it would be better to ask if people wanted to do a mountain bike type portion.

The host was super nice and tour covered beautiful places within short duration. We went through the most beautiful places in Madrid within 3 hours and host took a lot of photographs on request :) Thank you so much.

<p>Confession - we did not do the actual tour - this is what happened:</p> <p>I booked this bike tour the day before and I got a confirmation email. <br/> When we went to the shop to sign in/ do the tour, they didn't have us in the system and they didn't have enough bikes for that specific time and day. The lady who helped us felt really bad and she offered us the segway tour instead, we accepted and had such a fun time with Alejandro the guide for that trip. The group was small we were with 3 and we had 2 other people joining us and driving those seaways through Madrid was a blast. Thank you !</p>

Muy linda experiencia, un recorrido fenomenal y que no imaginaba tan cerca del centro de Madrid y especialmente la Guía Gloria que realizó un muy buen relato de la historia y lugares recorridos.

Agradable

Un tour muy cómodo y divertido. La zona del tour es muy bonita, con buenas rutas para los ciclistas. Paloma ha sido una excelente guía, muy simpática y atenta. Lo único que diría es que el personal de Wonder Tour debería preguntar el nombre a sus clientes, para que nos sintamos más cómodos.

Excelente experiencia

Láser fue excelente guía y muy conocedor de la historia de Madrid. Este tour es muy interactivo, las Ebike son de excelente calidad y disfrutas de la historia, del paisaje de la ciudad de Madrid mientras haces un poco de ejercicio. El guía Kader se preocupó por contestar nuestras preguntas y nos mostró detalles de la ciudad que no conocíamos. Importante señalar que el guía ama la historia y la vive mientras la cuenta. Recomiendo este tour sin duda alguna.
