Driver was on time and excellent. My only issue was we never knew the name of the company providing the service. However there were several ways to communicate and we didn't have any issues.

Horrible, DO NOT RECOMMEND use Uber instead!

The driver was late and smelled terrible of body odor! We asked to have the windows down the entire way. Then he asked me for money for my one extra bag and there were no other passengers but the two of us. Horrible, over priced DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND, use Uber XL it’s cheaper and better service. I called VIATOR to complain and their response was “so sorry that was your experience, hopefully this never happens again” Thanks for nothing VIATOR!

Delayed pickup rude driver

The pickup at theAirport was not pleasant Thedriverwas rude,and disorganized so it made me worried that the say would bee on the return. So then I was worried about it during my whole visit the second pick up at the hotel was perfect and the gentleman was very nice.

Well priced shuttle to Heathrow

This was a shared shuttle to the airport. It was on time and got us there safely! This was not a sightseeing event so efficiency and safety were all that mattered.

Our driver came at the allocated time and took our cases from us and put them into the boot. He then showed us to our seats in the back and drove us to Heathrow with no problems what so ever so would use again in a heartbeat

The driver was on time. The van was clean and the second pickup was prompt. We arrived at the airport with enough time to get a bit to eat.

Shared vehicles need to at least be a van.

Our driver was great, but the vehicle was too small. Ended up paying 40£ to make it a private car. When we confirmed we informed them that one client was disabled and used a walker. Had one large and one carry on suitcase. Stopped to pickup additional passengers and they had extra luggage and were extra large themselves. Would have arranged private car from the beginning if had realized.

Booking on Viator doesnt garuantee youre booked

I booked a transfer to Gatwick due to teh national train strike. Shortly after I booked this service, I recived a notificaiton from the provider so say that they could not fulfill the service which had been booked - it was a prompt reply from them but it made me wonder what the value of the Viator site was if the services will not be honoured by the service providers. Luckily I was checking my emails and noticed their response and I was able to find an alternate service - which I booked directly through their website instead of Viator.

Very good ride to the airport

Our shuttle driver arrived a few minutes early, as we were making our way to the hotel lobby. He called to say he was there, then helped us get our bags in the car. He got us to Heathrow safely and in the expected amount of time.

Easy way to ride to airport

Our driver was on time and found us quickly after the hotel told them we were checked out. He waited patiently for our next riders who never did show. I would want someone to do everything to find me as this gentleman did for the others before we left after 20 minutes.

The driver was pleasant & was a little early, so we got to the airport in plenty of time. This was a very convenient way to get to the airport from our hotel. He took our luggage both before & after the trip & showed us where to go at the airport.

The driver was actually a little early and was very helpful in getting our baggage loaded in a manner that allowed us to get out first without any problems. We were dropped exactly where we needed and when we needed to be there.

Hotel to airport pickup was on time and the drive was good. We were dropped off right at the airport terminal. Overall very pleased with the service.

Comfortable Ride

Although was 10 minutes late (due to traffic) I still got to the airport in sufficient time. Driver was very courteous and helpful. Did not speed or do anything outrageous like some taxi drivers can do.

The Driver was so personable, just like your best friend. He even had coffee to share and gave us a parting gift from London. Very safe driver and efficient in getting us to the airport on time.

Driver was super, but...

Ahmed was great. Best driver ever with a wonderful tour narration all way to the airport. We would request him again and again. What a delight he was. However we did not get a pick up time in email, text, or chat so we had to call and get the time. It should be a lot easier than that to know our pick up time. We hope you work on your communication. We also didn't know you wait for only five minutes. You arrived 15 minutes early and we immediately got a phone call from front desk and your company to hurry up. This should all be explained ahead of time. Not pleased with customer service in regards to scheduling. Thank you.

Pickup was scheduled for...

Pickup was scheduled for 8:50am. Driver did not show up til 0930am. That 40 minute delay caused my friend to arrive for his flight while boarding was closing. He made his plane 5 minutes before takeoff.

My hotel to airport shuttle was canceled and I didn't find out until I contacted them to confirm transportation. Was lucky to find out it was canceled because it was hard to reach them

Good but…

Our driver was terrific but making the arrangements was awful. Emailed the company as directed 48 hrs prior to pick up. NEVER heard back from anyone with a confirmation of time. Dispatch called me 15 minutes before pick up to tell me we had to walk 2 blocks with all our luggage to meet the driver. We said no-driver needs to come to the hotel entrance. We had an argument over it. Had nothing to do with the driver-it was the dispatcher. This is not an acceptable way to treat your customers. We’ve been using Viator for many years & never had so much trouble as we did this trip.
