The tour guide was great but the interior of the car was dirty and gross. Looked like years of dirt. Really ruined my experience. And for $700?! Get the car cleaned!

Our guide, Andrew, is knowledgeable and passionate about hi home. Andrew described the history of each point of interest in detail. He mixes in brief walking portions with the driving. Very interesting approach.

Best tour of London

Andy was the best guide we could have asked for! He showed us all the hidden gems of London. I can guarantee you'll never hear about this on a hop on and off bius tour. We got out about 6 times to look at Monuments etc... and get the best stories! We loved every minute of it!

Great day in London

Had a fun time with Mick seeing the out of the way sights in London. Was very happy to get to see the statue of Diana arc Kensington Palace, wonderful old wine shop, the only statue of Henry the 8th, the court area and got dropped off at Harrod’s! A perfect tour. Thank you!

Greg did an outstanding job of explaining all of the history of London and it’s surrounding areas. We learned a lot and he was so gracious as we asked a ton of questions!! I would definitely recommend this tour to all those visiting the London area.

Andrew holds “the knowledge”

Andrew was extremely knowledgable and toured us around the city for four hours. It was lovely and he was truly enjoyable to be around. He made sure to stop and take pictures at significant landmarks so we have great memories together and he was fun to chat with.

Our tour was INCREDIBLE and worth every single pound! Our tour guide was amazing and worked around our personal interests to give us a top notch experience. We learned so much and had a great time. Will definitely do again when we are back in London as the options are endless!

Super Tour

Despite the road closures due to the Queen’s passing, our Tour Guide Gordon was Awesome. He knew his way around the city and made sure we saw as much as possible (way more than we anticipated) Gordon was a Five Star guide and we had a Wonderful day.

Amazing way to discover London

Gordon was the best cabbie I've ever had! He knew so much about London, it's history and it's hidden secrets. He was so engaging that my 11 year old son, took down his cab number and declared that Gordon was to be the only cab driver we would have in London. The tour was customized to our interests, we saw the oldest wine store in London as my husband loves wine and took us to many of the Harry Potter film locations as we are all big fans. It was so much more fun than you would think a cab ride could ever be and we saw London in a way I'm sure very few people get to see. Highly recommend!

An exceptional tour and guide!

This is a “not to miss” experience. Stella picked us up from our hotel and was a superb guide throughout the tour. She provided loads of interesting information and navigated the city with ease, ensuring we saw numerous expected, and some unexpected, sites. She also offered to be a photographer throughout the experience and air dropped us a great pictorial chronicle at the end of the day. We can’t say enough good about Stella! Highly recommend this tour. Well worth the investment…and remember when you book to ask for Stella.

Microphone on cab didn’t work nor did air conditioner so it was uncomfortable Stella did her best under the circumstances

Our tour guide asked us right off the bat which sites we were most interested in—and then boy did he deliver! We asked for literary and architectural sites, and felt like we received a fun, personalized experience in response!

Perfect for your first day in London

My driver was Gordon who I got along with very well and enjoyed talking to. This was a perfect first-day tour since I still had jet lag and there were various major sites around London that I wanted to see but didn't want to make a special trip for. It was good to get the lay of the land and let someone else take care of the driving as well as having someone to ask practical questions about the city. Would definitely recommend.

Refund

They first change the hour from 9am to 2pm and yesterday morning they sent me a message that they cancelled my tour doy to type driver being seek. Need a refund. Please confirm.

The only way to see London

There is always something new to experience on a black cab tour. I’ve lived here for eight years and Andrew, our guide, shared with us so many new sights I’ve never visited before along with a few familiar ones. I’ve only started using black cab tours when friends visited , five years ago. It is without a doubt the absolute best way to experience London and the surrounding area. If you have limited time in the area it is the only way to see the town.

Gordon (our driver and guide) was fantastic. He customized the trip to exactly what we were wanting. He was Informative, fun and humorous. Overall a great tour and money well spent!

Efficient and informative

This tour was a great way to kick off our first day in London. We toured 2pm to 6pm which was perfect for keeping us awake until dinner! We were able to see most of the London highlights as well as a few hidden treasures. The Roman wall was really interesting and something we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Highly recommend for your first time in London.

Brilliant Day!

We live in Wimbledon and decided to have a London Staycation. I chatted to Richard to see which tour would suit us and our teenage daughters best. Richard immediately gave me confidence that his was the company to book with and that we were going to have a wonderful time exploring London on a half day tour. Andrew, our guide on the day was tremendous - he is professional, great fun, hugely knowledgeable and very flexible. We learnt so much and really feel we know our city so much better with knowledge ranging from unique historical facts to really interesting movie, TV and music location trivia - it was just brilliant and we will definitely book again. Our girls now have the confidence to further explore our wonderful city and this has been the Covid-19 silver lining...

We had a great time! Unfortunately is was raining most of the time. Our driver/guide was an excellent photographer and made some awesome pictures of us. Highly recommendable.

Great tour including popular and unique sites

Greg was a superb tour guide. We learned about places we would not likely find on our own. He even had unique stories about the popular tourist attractions. He really knows London! Our tour included stops at the Guildhall Art Gallery to see remnants of the Roman Amphitheatre and paintings of the old city, the Tower of London and Tower Hyll, and St. James's and Buckingham Palaces plus many novel spots along the way. Greg tailored the tour to our interests. We enjoyed this tour very much and highly recommend it.

Fantastic Tour Guide!

Our tour guide, Steve, gave us a great and comprehensive half-day tour of London that included Buckingham Palace, St. James, the Tower of London, Borough Market, Soho, Covent Garden, Abbey Road Studios, St. John's Wood, Knightsbridge, and more. He was friendly, informative and conscientious of our specific requests & interests. I highly recommend this tour for anyone interested in an overview of London upon arriving in the city.

Great tour of London

Greg was extremely knowledgeable about London, and the tour was very enlightening. We have mobility problems, and Greg kindly adapted the tour to meet our needs. This tour is a definite must for anyone new to London, or even those not so new (like us) who learned a lot.

Fantastic tour

Greg was simply fantastic. Beyond knowledgeable about the history of the city, the tour was truly an opportunity to become enmeshed in all the great city of London has to offer. Travelling by black cab was a brilliant part and enabled us to travel quite a bit. There was not a question Greg couldn't answer and he navigated tricky road closures with aplomb! If you love history and want to learn about the city and all it has to offer, you cannot go wrong with Greg!

Black Cab Tour

I usually don't write reviews, but this tour was fabulous! It was everything that we wanted and more. Being our first time in London, we wanted a "broad stroke" of attractions to see and then visit certain particular attractions later. Our driver, Greg, was timely, professional, knowledgeable, and funny. We couldn't have asked for a better time. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun way to see a lot of sights. Cheers!

Hassel free trip avoided the crowds. Many stops with great pictures. Enjoyed our trip. A great way to start our visit to London. Leave the driving to a professional who knows may additional facts you would know.

We did a private tour in a black cab of London's hidden treasures. The tour was amazing & topped off by our amazing tour guide / cab driver. We had a wonderful time, we saw some amazing places & had lots of laughs. Our guide was full of very helpful information & we really enjoyed ourselves.

Hidden Treasures of London

This was an awesome tour we only had one full day in London and we saw more than we thought we could ever see in a day in the comfort of our private black cab. Our guide Steve was so knowledgeable and friendly and really made this tour fun for me and my to adult daughters. We were able to stop whenever we wanted , he did some shopping with us too! I would highly recommend this tour if you want to go off the beaten path and see some really neat hidden Treasures!

A wonderful tour with a real British Cab Driver, We saw so many things that we did not know existed. What a pleasure to be able to be able to park in the taxi ranks, so we never had to search for parking and were always close bye the sites visited.

One of the highlights of our trip to London!

This was one of the highlights of our trip to London! We couldn’t say enough good things about Andrew! He knew so much about any topic & could tailor the conversation towards your interest whether it is on government, history, monarchy, film, famous persons, etc. It was a cooler day & we were so grateful to be in a warm car & hop out when we wanted to see the sites up close & take pictures. It was the perfect big picture overview of London with many hidden special stops we never would have seen!

Great tour!

Took a 4 hour tour with Andrew. A wonderful ride. He accommodated all of the sites we wanted to see plus many more! We had asked to see Abby Road Snd he showed os that( even has us get out and took a photo walking across the street) plus many other Beatles sites. My daughter had wanted to see the oldest tea store and he took us there. We went inside with him and he showed us some of the historical pieces they have. My husband wanted to see his company headquarters and he drove us through the business district. Highly recommend this very personalized tour. Loved Andrew
