A must do if you are an Arsenal fan! Being able to see the dressing rooms and the players entrance to the field was fantastic.

Arsenal stadium self guided tour

Has its own tube stop (Arsenal), easily reachable via metro. The ticket is open so once paid for online, can visit within 2 months so just need to turn up whenever have time - no need to fix day or time, they will redeem the ticket and off you go! It’s a self guided tour starting from with the mega store. My son bought a brand new kit, they even have changing rooms designed like a football goal post / pitch. The stadium is high quality and an enjoyable experience. The museum is separate and quite small. The souvenir photo is very convincing and easily can spend up to £30 for a massive folder with pics showing like a newspaper article of being signed up for Arsenal.

Tired stadium and flat experience.

My son loves stadium tours so we took the opportunity to visit the emirates during half term. It was £50 for the two of us. The staff were very friendly but there were a lot of them and many of them didn’t seem to be adding anything. There’s no human guide. You take yourselves round with the help of a small electronic guide thing, a few A4 signs stuck in the walls and barriers. You start in an underground car park and go past loads of empty offices with card board boxes on the floor. It’s slightly tatty wherever you go. There’s a few dead ends when you miss the sign and have to come back. There’s a museum too which is kind of claustrophobic, like a series of freight containers buried underground. The main problem was that we’d visited the Ethiad in Manchester a few months before and that is a top notch experience with an experienced, true City fan as your guide. They add lots of fun stories and facts as you go round. Additionally, everything there was immaculate and impressive and it was the same price. I would honestly give the emirates tour a miss, save your money. The stadium looks great from outside but inside it’s a bit dog-eared and tired and you don’t learn much.

Interesting and informative

Hearing the history of the team. Touring the different areas including the team areas. Seeing the time capsule and the current team picture.

Must do for a Gooner! Very easily to navigate tour and so much to see at emirates. The pitch is amazing and so much history to view and experience

Fantastic Experience

Highly recommended for anyone very interesting seeing a top football stadium up close & behind the scenes. Helen our host was excellent very knowledgeable & welcomed plenty of questions.

Perfect for futbol fans

My grandson is a huge futbol fan so seeing the lockers and the managers office was a thrill. The gift shop was well stocked.

Amazing.

Myself and my son did the stadium tour and it was brilliant. My son is a huge arsenal fan and really enjoyed it and was very overwhelmed. You really do see a lot for the money you pay. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The shop was great too cost me a lot but he did get carried away 😂. The clothing quality is brilliant. Will definitely be returning.

Top attraction, top staff

My London pass expired by a few hours and the staff still managed to arrange a stadium tour and i did not have to pay anything.

Disappointing match day tour

We (5 adults) recently went on a match day tour of emirates stadium and it did not quite live up to expectations! It seemed rushed, it was barely an hour! Our tour guide lacked charisma and there was no personal interaction with any of our large group! Eg where are people from etc ! The highlight is certainly the ground itself! The experience in the shop afterwards was chaotic!!! Lots of staff but many really not knowing what was going on. We were told different things by different staff! My son bought a jersey and wanted it printed and it was so confusing about where to pay for what!!! Lastly though the museum was very good and the staff there a stand out!

Shows the History & Today of Arsenal

I like the fact that it's a Football only ground. Brings the history of Highbury to the Emirates too. I thought the celebration of the Invincibles team of the early 00's was good to see. I did wish it wasn't an automated tour. If it had a guide, I think it would've been even better. The Arsenal Shop needs more staff on the till, because I had a long wait to be served.

American Fan

Waited over 20 years to return to north London. Lived here for two years and have been a 30 year Arsenal fan. My kids and grandkids are also. Watch every game from my house in Florida. Go Gunners!!!

Really cool experience

Getting to walk where the players walk. Getting close to the field. Learned a lot about the team and team history.

When I signed up for the date to tour the stadium it should have informed me that date had a game so we weren’t able to tour the stadium due to there being a game.

My husband and son absolutely loved this trip. My husband is a life long Arsenal Supporter and this was his 1st tour. All guides were polite and friendly.

Fantastic Experience

Great tour! My 11 year old son had a fantastic time! he absolutely thought it was the best part of our trip to London.

Remembering a dearly loved Gunner....

.....very young, I fell in love with this club as my favourite uncle was crazy about the Gunners and lived close to Highbury...when visiting him we had many a meal with the roar of the crowd as a soundtrack ... my partner (a Man City fan) did this tour with me and grudgingly had to admit how comprehensive it was... so much information, access to the inner sections of the stadium and lots of staff available to provide guidance and support throughout the tour. Well done, Gunners!

A good tour.

The stadium is very impressive. We were free to wander around and see most things. We were given a device to listen to and look at but a 'real' guide would have been a lot more informative, as some clubs do. We were told we couldn't take photos of the pitch (as there was a stage being erected) and we were told we couldn't sit on any player seats in the dressing room which we've never been told in any other London club. Some staff members were very informative. All were friendly. The museum was nice but small.

Fun trip away from Central London!

My son especially was very excited to visit. The tour was just long enough and we were able to see everything. Very nice stadium and facilities. Lots of cool merchandise at the end of the tour as well.

Football fans should really go and do the tour!

Very nice stadium indeed, we were a bit late (went to 3 other stadiums already), but a nice and interesting stadium to see and visit! Also the guides are very friendly. My son was impressed! Also the museum was a good place to visit!

The building was enorm But some things of the where closed during filming through snotter guys such a same...

Tons of fun, and loads of pictures!

The whole experience was fun. We got to see every part of the stadium and took loads of great pictures. The guided audio was nice too with some interesting facts. We would highly recommend taking the tour.

Arsenal Heritage Hospitality disappointment

My son has been an Arsenal since the age of 10. For years I promised to go with him to an Arsenal match in the UK but it never materialised. Last year my son turned 40 and i decided to surprise him with the Arsenal home game against Man City. I didn’t really know where exactly I can buy tickets for the game but I found that they offer an variety of expensive Hospitality tickets on the Arsenal website ranging from £500 to £1800. As this was long overdue I decided to spoil my son and despite the super expensive price I decided to go for the best and most expensive and purchased 2 x £1800 (£3600 in total) Heritage Hospitality Tickets to this match, for both of us… just father and son once in a lifetime experience. The game was originally scheduled for a date in October 2022 but postponed due to the passing of the queen. Eventually the game was scheduled for 15 February 2023 and we hopped on the plane from Johannesburg South Africa, super excited to watch match of the season between the top 2 teams in the English Premier League. To cut a long story short we were super disappointed with the outcome of these super expensive tickets of the Heritage Hospitality experience at the Emirates Stadium. To be brutally honest I didn’t read the small print of what exactly this package offered but when one pays nearly four time the price of the basic hospitality package it would be reasonable to expect significantly more than an average meal and bad seat for the match. We indeed received a 5 course meal and 2 seats to the game. The 5 course meal was fair (had better) was served in a dining room with 100 other season ticket holders, they drew alcoholic drink but we don’t drink so Diet Coke was the entire perk here… the seats were terrible for the prices we paid - far away from the pitch and not even close to the middle (somewhere between the goal line and middle line). Ah and I nearly forgot Ray Parlour (ex Arsenal Player from the 90s) came by to shake my son’s hand just before we were about to leave after the match . And one last thing there was a magician as well who was supposed to entertain the people in the dining room. The dining room didn’t even offer a private toilet and we needed to stand in the queue at half time for 25 minutes missing the first 10 minutes of the second half. An absolute insult to our intelligence and totally disrespectful to us as guests who travel far distance and a paid a fortune for this trip with a totally different expectation. If one looks carefully at the details of the package they basically provided what the small print stipulated but for £1800 a ticket they could have done a hell of a lot better to make this a once in a lifetime experience. For example … 1) a stadium tour a few hours before the match 2) a visit to the dressing room well before the match 3) take us and allow us to stand next to the players when they enter the pitch 4) give us an arsenal t-shirt and/or a scarf 5) offer us a visit to the Arsenal museum 6) invite us to an Arsenal training session the day before the match … none of the above would have been a major expense to the club but would have turned this to an experience worth £1800. What we got for £1800 was appalling - an average meal and bad seats. This is an absolute disgrace and poor reflection on one of the top soccer clubs in the world. we came all the way from South Africa for once in a lifetime experience and we both felt that we were conned. I spoke to the lady in charge of hospitality during the match as well Bobby (who was my contact regarding the hospitality package) the day after the match and they both were hardly apologetic about this poor delivery for such expensive tickets, nor they made the smallest effort to make good. This would have never happened in America not even in South Africa. So all I am trying to achieve with this post is to make sure that no other suckers in this world falls in the this hospitality trap of buying the £1800 heritage hospitality tickets (or any other hospitality package for the that matter) and expect a super experience - you ain’t going to get it - ALL YOU ARE GETTING IS AN AVERAGE MEAL AND BAD SEATING AWAY FROM THE PITCH - don’t fall for it. Buy normal tickets rather and eat anywhere for a fraction of the price. A lifetime experience you are not getting. If no one buys ever again an hospitality ticket to an Arsenal match I will be super happy as to the outcome of this post.

It was wonderfull to get close to the players experience. We were with our grandchild 13 years old it was a unique time for him.

The Gunners at home

What better for fans of a traditional old English football club , especially the younger ones than to visit the ground where since 2006 they have played all their home matches. Arsenal's Emirates Stadium in Highbury is a fine place to see the game and a very interesting place to wander around. Armed with headsets we roamed along the terraces and sat in the players pitch side seats where the team substitutes and staff spent the game when not playing in a match. From there it was down the tunnel and into the works of the place and a look at the team changing rooms where shirts bearing famous names were hanging up. Then to the showers and physiotherapy room and upstairs to the press room for after match TV interviews. As Arsenal were the first club from the south of England to join the Football league in 1893 which was just 5 years after it was founded, it is only appropriate that it should also have a museum. That institution is located within a building on the outside of the stadium and just a few yards away from the northern end of the ground. Accessed by going down to the basement in a lift it is quite a small but very interesting place containing trophies , shirts boots, balls and photographs as well as videos of quite a lot of events from the clubs history. All in all we thought that the whole experience to be very enlightening and worthwhile.

Surprised mother in law.

Not so my mother-in-law could tour her her favourite teams home. Surprise her by telling her the visit to the shop was actually a tour. Staff or polite and courteous. My wife actually took the tour and the name being different wasn't a problem with me walking them to the desk.

A must go for Arsenal and sports fans

This was originally all about my boyfriend. Checking something off his bucket list. He is a huge Arsenal fan to say the least. To go to London and not do this would have been rude. Anyway, the tour didn’t let us down. I was amazed at the access we were granted. We went all the way to the diamond club out to the patio. We went into the locker rooms and coaches office. We had an self guided audio tour taking us all the way. My boyfriend was so excited he was able to take pictures with the Arsenal cup and the Premier League Trophy! These were photos that we purchased at the end for a reasonable price. He was given a stadium tour certificate as well. It was so much fun seeing him this excited.

Mostly great

The tour was awesome and Informative. I like that it was self paced. Kind of bummed because all I wanted to do was stand on the pitch and it was closed when we went, along with a few other parts of the tour.

Not as good as Spurs

Liked it, but wish it had included more live tour guides. There was less access to both people and spaces than the Spurs tour.

Entertaining tour

Tour is done using hand held audio guides with choice of legend providing audio. Can take tour at your own pace and plenty of staff around to answer questions. Get to visit directors lounge, another lounge, changing rooms, media room, pitch side and opportunity to have photos taken with cups. No pressure to buy the photos

Great experience

Purchased a club level ticket which included stadium tour & museum. Tour was fantastic staff were very friendly & many seemed true fans which really added to the experience! Club level seats at the match was great, seated behind the goals & the bar is very comfortable free drink at half time is the cherry on top! Will definitely return!

Great tour and staff

The tour was great, got to see everything what we could ask for. A mention to one of the hospitable staff members Pete, for giving us good insight of the stadium and the process of the pitch maintenance.

Charlie George is a Leg end, capital L

We had a brilliant tour with the Legenderay Charlie George. Charlie charmed us all with his tales of the history of the club and some of his own very funny personal stories. Charlie prsented my son with a top whilst we were in the dressing room, which just capped off the day really. Bigt thanks to the staff at Arsenal, massive thanks to Cagdas, who helped my son out with an ijury he got playing outside the stadium. Would recommend this one folks, superb stadium and topped off by the wonderful Charlie George.

Good tour but overpriced for what you get

I brought my son here as he is a huge Arsenal fan. The stadium is amazing and the tour was very good but just thought it was too overpriced for what you got. Staff were very friendly especially the girl down by the pitch - sorry don't know her name.

Best tour ever, we were visiting from San Diego and the tour exceeded our expectations I highly recommend this tour to any Arsenal fan.

Absolutely brilliant!

Our family visited here today. The staff were friendly and we all loved it! We learnt loads and the audio guide was a great idea as it allowed us to move around at our own pace.

The tour itself was very good. The guide was very informative. Unfortunately building works were being undertaken so some areas were inaccessible.

dream come true

the museum is a must see for any arsenal supporter. all the old documents, jerseys, the VDOs and cups make you nostalgic. the walk through tunnel was interesting. souvenir shop had a lot of things but not in all sizes.

Excellent insight. Into the EPL

We enjoyed our Emirates Stadium Tour. The guides and staff were excellent. Listen carefully to the instructions on your audio guide as there are many aspects and info that are useful as you progress through the stadium.

Stadium Tour with Legend Charlie George

I bought the Stadium Tour tickets for my parents as a birthday gift. I had previously been on a Tour with Perry Groves. My parents absolutely loved the tour. I personally think it is worth paying the extra money and having a Legend as a Tour Guide. Just like my experience with Perry, my Mum and Dad were really impressed by Charlie’s knowledge of the stadium and the stories he told. They said that he was very charismatic and funny and made an already interesting tour all the more special. He posed for photographs and answered every question. Both my parents were given a signed photo at then end. The tour is excellent. You get to see areas of the stadium you would never normally see and you really get a sense of attention to detail with the way the stadium was designed, built and is now run. The tour also included entry to the Arsenal Museum. Finally I would like to add that i was very impressed by the polished tour given by Perry (for me a few years previously). My parents also were very impressed with Charlie’s tour as well. They have clearly done their homework and are very knowledgeable. Both guides were very charismatic, funny and personable people, who clearly love the club and their enthusiasm shines through. You will have an excellent experience whoever you choose. I would highly recommend this tour.

Wow

We went for a tour of the stadium. Being Arsenal fans we enjoyed every single bit of it. The walk up to the stadium, the entrance and the store. The icing on the cake was being beside the pitch. The feeling we all felt was unexplainable. Totally amazing

Imponent stadium!

Doesnt matter if you are arsenal fan or not, obviously its better if you are, but the emirates stadium its one of the best in the world and worth the visit. The museum its really nice, interesting to know and understand how arsenal works, especially now in the dark times the team is going through with more than years without a important trophy. The pitch it’s unbelievable, the stadium its massive, arsenal did a really good move even though highbury had a better atmosphere

For those fanatical or Indifferent

Not to be mistaken for the old football stadium in Avenell Road, the current stadium is a short walk from Arsenal and Drayton Park stations. Tickets, bought on site or online, are reasonably priced and entry for the tour is through the clearly signed ‘Armoury’. The tour is informally organised so that visitors make their own way round a visibly signed route which includes the Director’s Box, Changing Rooms, Players’ Tunnel, Pitch Side and Press Conference Room. Each person is given an audio guide with commentary in nine languages and friendly staff are available around the course to further discuss points of interest. Complimentary ear pieces and a tour certificate can be kept. A shop selling clothing/mementoes and a museum are included in the ticket price with the complete package lasting 1-2 hours. Whether one is an Arsenal fanatic or totally disinterested in football, this offers a fascinating insight into the world of professional sport.
