Amazing electric fat bike tour in Little Sahara

I went on the electric fat bike tour with Candice as my tour guide and I was blown away from the whole experience. From seeing koalas, changing landscapes and getting a lot of good information of unique things like the bee hives were all very interesting. For me, the highlight of the tour was the dunes part as this magnificent part of nature is not something that I ever see back in Belgium + riding in the tricky sand was both fun and challenging. I would highly recommend this tour and Merci beaucoup Candice for the wonderful tour!

Electric Fat bike tour - Little Sahara

We had an Awesome time on the electric Fat bike tour! It is a great way to see scenic parts of the island and it’s wildlife, Highly recommend. We especially liked biking over the sand dunes of little Sahara. Our tour guide Sofia gave some great insights on the island along the way.

E-bike tour

Joel and MJ were great tour guides, we loved it! Saw so many koalas (even a Joey) and Joel was very informative about the flora and fauna of the island, we will recommend to our friends and family!

Great time doing the Fat Bike Tour

We thoroughly enjoyed our after hours electric fat bike tour. Our guide Joel was excellent! He was very friendly with great extensive knowledge of local flora and fauna. This was definitely a highlight of our trip! would highly recommend this to anyone considering going to Kangaroo Island

It was a fantastic tour...

It was a fantastic tour with Candice & Joel as our guide. They have shared their extensive knowledge in local wild life & terrain. We had a wonderful time, spotting the wildlife and enjoying the beauty of the area. Also enjoyed the power of the e-bike. It certainly makes the tour much easier & confident. It was a great time.

Fun filled adventure

Josh was our guide for a 4pm afternoon tour and it was fantastic. Our family age range from 11 to 71 And everyone had a great time. Josh impressed with his knowledge of plants, the whereabouts of Koalas, information on history of the area etc The ride was a great balance of information, great scenery and exhilarating riding . We thoroughly recommend it and it was a perfect way to end our week on Kangaroo island with everyone tired, sore and happy Thanks again and Josh was awesome ! We highly recommend this for families and thrill seekers

More than just a ride!

This bike ride was fun and well worth doing. I haven’t ridden a bike for over ten years, but the trail, was in the main, achievable, informative and provided access to parts of the environment that many drive past. We saw koalas and discovered what a snotty goblin is, and the hidden uses a grass tree has. Joel and Alissa, were great. They survived our groups weird humour, and gave in depth replies to our many questions about the flora and fauna of the area. I was unable to conquer the hilly sand dunes, and that’s fine. It was at the end of the tour and I was able just to take my time and return back to base, as the other 3 had great time on the dunes. Most of the trail is shaded, making it very comfortable, but I would think on a hot day, the sand dunes would be quite challenging. The only thing they could improve on would be to install drink holders on each bike.

Magical Fun Experience!

Magical Time with Joel! I went with my 11 year old, (my 8 year old would have struggled.) It was a challenging ride but super fun! Saw loads of wildlife including Koala's (mum and baby, incredible!) Fabulous way to see all the corners of this incredible island.

Awesome FAT Bike tour

Had a great time riding the E-bikes. Wildlife was terrific. We got to see plenty of Koalas. Dunes are a lot of fun. Tour guide Sanne was very nice, providing a detailed commentary and a fun, exciting ride. Would highly recommend!!!

Little Sahara fat bike with The only fox on the island.

Perhaps the best Eco tourism activity ever. We travelled yesterday with our guide Fox on the 2 hr fat bike tour. Fox bought a terrific low key attitude, making his knowledge accessible and our tour both enjoyable and informative. Unlike lots of instances he didn’t treat us like sheep, he took a genuine interest in our questions and was terrifically knowledgeable about KI. This is one of the Top 3 must do’s on KI. The dunes are unique and the tour was a really enjoyable private experience. Fox was a real professional and a nice guy.

10 out of 10! Highly recommend.

So much fun! Eli and Bec were so knowledgeable and amazing guides. We explored so many different terrains within the park. Saw wildlife, sampled some bush tucker, rode across sand dunes and bush trails. The bikes were easy to use and lots of fun.

Great experience, James our guide was very knowledgeable on the flora, fauna and history. We saw plenty of koalas and a Goanna. Also, the ebikes are sooo easy making the experience very manageable. Well worth it!

Fantastic experience, don’t miss this!

Such an amazing 2 hours, an exhilarating experience. Our guide Bec was fantastic, so knowledgeable about the island and all things eco, she made the trip a lot of fun. Floating over the sand dunes was something we will always remember. Next time we’ll bring our teenage boys who would absolutely love this tour too! Thank you, we will be back.

Great Family Activity !!

This activity is a must do for families of all abilities. We learnt lots about the local bush and animal wildlife. Saw multiple Koalas and Bee hives thanks to our informative guide Adeline, who then took us up the fantastic sand dunes. Great Experience for all.

So much fun and very informative

Great family fun and adventure. Everything was ready for us to go. Bec, our guide, was so patient with us. We learnt so much about KI during the many stops with our guide explaining so much about the flora and fauna of this wonderful island.

Absolutely amazing tour, so much fun and our tour guide Dave was so knowledgeable and gave us a great informative tour!! Would 100% recommend, definitely worth it.

Fat Ebike tour

We had a fun 2 hour tour on the bikes. Riding the sandhills was especially fun. Our guide was very informative and we were lucky enough to sees koalas, roos and beehives. Recommend it for any age group. We are in our 60's.

Awesome scenery, fun and amazing staff

Awesome tour, loads of fun, very scenic through bush and amazing dune landscape. Saw koala's (with Joey!) and Adeline taught us lots about the flora and fauna. Amazing your guide, loved every minute, highly recommend. All the staff are really helpful and give you a service with big smile!

Een leuke tocht!

Echt een leuke tocht van bijna 2 uur op elektrische mountainbikes met hele dikke banden. Je ziet veel van de gevarieerde omgeving, spot koala’s en krijgt leuke achtergrondverhalen. Goed te doen voor iemand op middelbare leeftijd zonder geweldige conditie. Een aanbevelenswaardig avontuur!

Indimenticabile pedalata ecologica

Tra le piante di eucalipto, svetta questa strana zona con un vero e proprio deserto sabbioso con tanto di dune da scalare o percorrere e un microambiente davvero interessante! Noi lo abbiamo esplorato grazie ad un'attività di un paio d'ore sulle nostre "fat bikes", esperienza davvero UNICA! La nostra guida, Sanne, è stata fantastica! Abbiamo visto un sacco di animali in natura, koala, canguri, api e abbiamo arricchito il nostro soggiorno a Kangaroo Island con una biciclettata ecologica davvero indimenticabile!
