Wow!! What an incredible experience. I was very nervous, however my pilot made me feel very comfortable! I would 1000% recommend this activity when in Switzerland, you won’t regret it. Very relaxing!!

Best experience ever!

It was one of the best experiences I have ever had! The staff was very friendly, and it was a lot safer and more comfortable than expected!

Superb experience

Summary - The entire experience for the 3 of us (2 adults and a 15 year old) was mindblowing!!! Company name - Airtime Murren Pilots name - Drew, Fabian and Walter - All of them were superb. Other stuff - 1. The Cable cars to Murren are covered in the BO pass. 2. Given the unpredictable weather, we chatted with airtime on whatsapp and then synced up with them on the day of the ride. We paid after the ride through credit cards. 3. The pilots were very comforting and explained everything to us in detail. They were also able to carry a small backpack along with them and that saved us the trouble of sending it down through the cable car. 4. The ride in itself was awesome and they offered to show us some tricks in the air (which your truly declined ) but the others took up the offer and enjoyed it. 5. The cost of the pics during the ride is not included in the cost and has to be paid separately. The pilots mentioned this upfront and emphasized that these were optional with no obligation. All in all a once in a lifetime experience !!

Our guides were phenomenal. Totally spur of the moment decision and their passion persuaded us. They were calm and funny and exactly what we needed as newbies. Highly recommend! No stomach dropping sensations either!

10/10 would recommend, bring a light jacket it might get chilly while flying.

Gio was my tandem and he was absolutely incredible. He was very patient and even let me fly the wing, it was an amazing time, incredible atmosphere, experience and view.

Great family experience

What a fun experience. We have paraglided before in Interlaken and wanted our teenage sons to experience it as well. The guides were all great and we had a wonderful time!

Really quality experience overall. Only downside was the photos that were $45 USD which seems incrediblely steep.

Amazing flight, experienced pilots!

Another excellent review for Airtime. The communication on WhatsApp leading up to the flight was excellent and the flight itself was wonderful! A few notes: 1. Weather: it can change quickly. Today was forecasted to rain the entire day, but it really only rained modestly in the early/mid morning and some drizzle in the late afternoon. Our 2:30pm flight went off on time without a hitch and the sky was clear and blue. You may not know until within the hour whether or not predicted rain will clear… don’t give up! 2. Safety: The company took great care to make sure everyone was safe. The pilot Oscar did multiple safety checks to make sure all was secure. The pilot had over 30 years of paragliding piloting experience, and I felt very at ease. I wish I would have relaxed a little sooner into the ride. 3. Have fun! The running takeoff from the grassy hill was not difficult at all (though the hike up was a little work ☺️). The wind caught the chute as we were running and gently lifted us off the ground. Then all that’s left to do for the rider is lean back and enjoy the ride (or help fly for a bit if feeling up to it!). Final note, if you suffer from motion sickness, you may consider taking some Dramamine an hour before the flight. The ride was extremely smooth, but it doesn’t hurt to be prepared. Enjoy!

An AMAZING and SAFE experience!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time paragliding with Airtime! They were extremely communicative and we felt completely safe from start to finish. The experience itself was unreal and absolutely flawless and beautiful and exciting! They even record video and take photos during the flight that can be purchased and easily downloaded to your smart phone (for a reasonable price, too!). I would 100000% recommend this group for a paragliding experience in the Alps!

I would do this again in a hearbeat

What an amazing excursion!! Thank you to Ulf and Bruno who made our experience just incredible. We were in the air for just about 20 minutes. We spent the 40 CHF to get the photos and videos because they were so nicely done. Bruno even got us accelerated in the cable car line to make sure we got to the meeting point on time. If you get stuck in that line be sure to message them. Also plan to arrive at the cable car about an hour early because our line on a Sunday was really long. We would totally do this paraglide trip again. The views were beyond amazing. Highly recommend. We felt very safe.

Incredible Paragliding Experience

Incredible experience paragliding over the Alps — there is nothing like it. The guide had 15 years of experience, and I felt completely safe the entire time. I even got to try the brakes a bit!

Great staff

Great experience. I started off at the wrong meeting place and luckily found one of the guides and he made sure I got to where I needed to be. I was placed with Gabe who was great at explaining things as we walked up the hill. Due to someone canceling, I was then placed with Bruno. Bruno was calming and explained how take off etc was all going to happen. Bruno did an amazing time the entire time and made it a great experience. Even dropped my phone leaving the landing site and Bruno was able to help me find it using lost my iPhone. The entire staff was amazing and highly recommended them.

Once in a lifetime

The meet up point was confusing to find but no worries! They picked us up and helped us along the way! The pilots were all so nice and welcoming and made the experience even better! Beautiful views and once in a lifetime opportunity I’m glad I did! Worth the money!

Windy

We weren’t able to go do due the wind. But that staff are amazing! They were great at explaining it to us and trying to get us rebooked/refunded. They are all so friendly! Sucks we couldn’t go but they were looking out for our safety and we are grateful! Great company with amazing ethics!

WOW! This was quite simply the best thing I’ve ever done. Insane views and the feeling is like no other. As soon as I landed I wanted to go again. My pilot was AMAZING and made me feel so comfortable. I 100% recommend!

Best experience ever

We are not exactly young sporty outdoors types but decided to take a chance on paragliding given the spectacular scenery of the Lauterbrunnen valley. We are so glad we did. Dan and Andrès were expert pilots and guides, explaining everything we needed to know very clearly. The experience itself was fantastic. $200 seems a lot for roughly 20 minutes in the air but it’s completely worth it and reasonable considering all the skill sets and equipment involved. Go if you get the chance!

Wonderful adventure!

Hiked up to the launch site. Felt confident in my pilot. Ran a few steps and then lifted off. Within moments we were soaring 3,000 feet above the valley below. It was a spectacular day with deep blue sky, snow-capped mountains and lush green meadows and forests far below. My pilot got some great pictures of us as we flew up the valley and slowly descended. We landed softly on our feet.

Wow!!! I loved every minute and was blessed it was a beautiful sunny day so the views were breathtaking. The best part was doing the rollercoaster amazing. Would definitely recommend it 💓

Amazing view! Nice people!

It’s an amazing experience! A big recommendation would be to wear hiking or snow boots during the winter (especially on the on the last day of winter). Everyone in the group was friendly and nice! They’ll let you know if it will be a cancellation or delay due to Mother Nature.

Must experience in Interlaken!

So incredible! I'm glad I decided to choose this paragliding rather than the one in Interlaken. It's a fun little trip from Interlaken - first taking a train, then a cable car, then another train to get to the starting location - but definitely worth it for the scenery alone. Buzz took me flying over the Lauterbrunnen valley with such incredible scenery I'll never forget it. We did a scenic ride at first getting up and close to the cliffs and waterfalls. Then I wanted some fun and told Buzz to do whatever he wants and I had no idea paragliding could be so wild! The best fun - If only it lasted longer! Thanks a lot Buzz! Also to the other friendly guys for the chats!

The paragliding was canceled because the wind shifted. The guide was so nice and apologetic. You refund in one day.

What an Incredible and Memorable Experience!!!

Spectacular in every way. Walter was a truly fantastic guide. The scenery is once in a lifetime exceptional. But, the best part is the peaceful, amazing experience of literally gliding over the Lauterbrunnen valley. Do not miss this! Just go!

Life-changing experience!

This was one of the coolest experiences we’ve ever done in our life! It’s the closest thing one can do to feel like you’re flying. The views of the Lauterbrunnen valley are breathtaking and it really gives a close up and unique perspective of the incredible landscape. Airtime is a very well run and professional company. Their tandem jumpers are extremely friendly and fun to jump with! Shout out to Daniel and Handu for being awesome hosts. They were extremely professional and fun. Daniel made the experience very relaxing and even let me fly the parachute! Of note if scared the paraglide, it is a very relaxing experience. My wife and I both found it to be a lot more relaxed than adrenaline filled skydiving. HIGHLY a recommend this experience in Switzerland!

Run and Jump!!

AMAZING experience!! We had never done paragliding before, and we could NOT have had a better time!! The instructors were outstanding, and you felt safe right away. To see the Alps this way is surreal… it takes your breath away. If you plan to visit Switzerland and the Alpine villages, do yourself a favor and make time to paraglide with Airtime. This is BUCKET LIST adventure at it’s best!!

The BEST time!!

For our 31st wedding anniversary, we did our first ever paragliding experience. It was indescribable! Our pilots were amazing, making the whole thing easy and fun! The easy run off the hill kept us from feeling nervous and the beauty we saw while in the air made us want to stay up there! Thank you so much for our flight!! Chris and Dave- you guys rock!

My husband said this experience was absolutely amazing. You could see the gleam in his eye…we may have created a paragliding monster!! Toby was an excellent guide and instructor, very knowledgeable and personable. Airtime was very responsive to our questions by email/messenger -almost instantaneous responses. An all-around great experience. Make sure and purchase the pictures/videos because it’s well worth it. Thank you Airtime!!

An incredible and unforgettable experience

An incredible and unforgettable experience in the most beautiful setting! The team were fantastic from start to finish. My pilot was Giorgio and he made the flight even more special and I couldn't thank him enough! I would highly recommend paragliding with Airtime. 10 out of 10!

Paragliding Adventure

While a little spendy, this was one of our favorite parts of the trip. The paraglides pilots were safe, knowledgeable and personable. They did everything they could to make it a fun and memorable experience.

Unforgettable, safe and fun family experience. What an incredible way to see the valley, added with hiking it. A great appreciation for all things as you are in the air. I would add this to a must do. They will take your pictures and video so don't worry about anything. You do not need to be a daredevil to do this- this can be as exciting or as calm as you want it to be. The key is, you will never see the the valley in any other way like you can with this.

The most exciting experience

I had the most exciting and wonderful experience paragliding over the Lauterbrunnen Valley. Favian, who was my pilot was so warm and made me relax all throughout. I had a great time paragliding with him.

Fabulous memory of Switzerland

Absolutely breathtaking! All of the staff were so kind and welcoming and made the whole experience so fun. I was a little nervous about it but had made the decision to go ahead and do it. Bruno, my guide, made me feel so at ease from beginning to end. He made it really fun and helped me not be nervous. It was a memory for a lifetime. I am over 60 and Airtime Paragliding made it easy for me. The Lauterbrunnen Valley is a beautiful place! And just for information, you don't have to jump off the edge of a cliff or anything, just kind of trot down a hill together for a short distance and then the wind just lifts you up and carries you into the sky. Of course, Bruno made all that seem easy and was "driving" the chute just right!

Incredible experience all around. The views are amazing. Flying down the mountain it’s wonderful . The Sensacion of freedom and the thrill of some extraordinary maneuvers makes the adrenaline go high. I will do it again any given day!

Fantastic, beautiful, peaceful!

What an wonderful experience! We gently drifted along beneath the Jungfrau, swirled over The Valley, and glided along the steep cliff below Murren. Ask for Buzz - a great pilot and videographer. He got us in the air with light wind, and a large passenger. Super safe.

Do this!!!

Did this with my wife and 2 adult kids. It was THE highlight of 15 days in Switzerland (and trust me there were a LOT of highlights in this fabulous country). No one had ever done this before and we were admittedly nervous. But these guys are experienced and professional and the whole trip was an absolute BLAST! Just note that if you have a strong tendency to motion sickness maybe take something before hand and tell the pilot. That said, it isn’t a stomach turner unless the pilot asks if you want some extra fun with turns toward the end. Just a mild suggestion - don’t be scared off by that! And also, these guys are all contractors with the company so they essentially are working for themselves (although certified by the company). So you pay them directly. Finally, note that take off is a short walk to a hillside on the edge of Murren, and you land way down in the valley and then can ride the cable lift back up to Murren. They take go pro shots on the trip that you can buy - low pressure on that, and the pics are amazing!!! Terrific Facebook bragging pics, if you are so inclined. We had a picture perfect day. Just incredible to fly like this!! Do this!!

Exhilarating fun

This was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had. It was exhilarating! My guide, Chris, could not have been any better. He was energetic, kind, and professional.

Amazing experience coming from a guy afraid of heights - just book it!

I’m generally afraid of heights but appreciate amazing experiences and views. My pilot, Christof, immediately put me at ease with his professionalism and enthusiasm. He really changed me from being nervous to being excited within a few seconds of meeting him. The flight itself was an incredible experience and an absolute must for anyone visiting the valley. They do tend to fill up spots for last minute flights so be sure to book ahead if you can. You don’t want to skip this experience, and I wholeheartedly endorse asking for Christof when you book.

A real highlight!

This was a highlight of our overall trip! The pilots were superb and the ride was excellent. Of course having a perfect weather-day helped too :) Would highly recommend this - be sure to book ahead of time as they were sold-out if we'd wanted to sign-up the day before.

Amazing fun!

Paragliding was some of the most fun I've ever had hands down. Definitely the highlight of my Europe trip. The photos were great as well.
