We had a fantastic and fun time. Everythong went super smooth and staff was friendly and experienced.

Fun but short

It was a great experience. Lots of fun and it would have been great to go for a little longer. The only downside was that I wasn't told until we got there that there was an extra charge for a solo flight. It was a surprise and I would have thought that it would have been communicated to us well before the day. We had put in all our details when we booked approx 6 weeks prior.

Parasailing Experience - Tick off things from your bucket list

It was a great experience to be honest. We got the early morning slot to begin our fun weekend. Staff were super helpful with all instructions. We got enough flight time as well as panoramic view of The Split from top. Which was lit. We’ve ticked off another thing in our bucket list with GC Parasailing. Highly Recommended & one of the best Thing to do in Gold Coast.

Golden sailing

Absolutely recommended. It is so much fun, exciting and surprisingly calm when you’re up there. The view is beautiful and if you get the sun, you’re golden.

Our family of 4 - with 2 teens - did 2 x tandem parasails this morning. The set up was efficient. The boat crew were excellent. The experience itself was incredible. We were so high up and the views were incredible. Very peaceful being up that high looking around at the scenery. Would definitely do this again.

Bird’s eye view of the Gold Coast

Great experience - it is a beautiful and surprisingly serene way to get a bird’s eye view of the Broadwater and Gold Coast. The crew are clearly competent , as well as cheerful and friendly.

Good customer care and safety and support

The location was very easy to access and check in was smooth and boat ride was good and parasailing was awesome. The office crew was excellent. Jack and Alex on the boat was really friendly and provided full information on safety and climate was also good. Thank you guys for a good experience

Parasailing

It was the one of the best thing I choose to do. It was fun , we enjoyed it. Plus Jack and his team mate who was on board with us, made it even more fun. Everything was straight forward but they looked like happy soul. Cheers Jack. 10 out of 10 for jack.

Worst experience

I was totally new to the gold coast city and I booked everything online what ever available prior to my availability but unfortunately I booked in this GC jet boat parasail which was my life time worst experience. There was a lady in customer service I haven’t seen such a rude worst staff in any shop or company. She is totally in her own zone. The photograp we got was so bad so bad I can send you guys sample how I got from other jetski shop it was so HD quality and how you guys charged me $40 for so sheet photos and 20 second worst video. I wouldn’t recommend your service to any one to my friends family no one . Thank you so much See the sample of the photo below plz

Great experience would recommend for any type of travel

Me my mum and sister all went parasailing together while my two brothers and dad went somewhere else and we had a great time we had to wait for about 10 - 15 minutes before we got a turn but there was about 10 other people with us mostly solo travellers but I would recommend no matter if your travelling alone or with friends or family

Best Experience Ever!!

This was sooooooo much fun!!! I would definitely do this again!! The staff were very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend Gold Coast Parasailing for a fun adventure. You will not be disappointed.

I bought a tour for 3 but we only flew 2

The tour is sensational, but the clumsiness with which the receptionist attended to us was ridiculous. But the worst part was that we bought the package to fly as a group of 3 and when we were on the boat, ready to take off, they informed us that the flight could only be in pairs, that they didn't have the equipment for 3 people together.

Staff are very nice and...

Staff are very nice and friendly. We enjoyed very beautiful view in the sky. Just that when the strong wind came, we wagged from side to side in the sky, which was a bit scary for me as I am afraid of heights. Overall, the experience is amazing, really worth to have a try.

SCAM AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

They sell 1h parasailing tour, but this is the time you spend in the boat, watching someone else doing parasailing. The time you have on air is actually 7 minutes. It isn't even in open sea, but inside the bay. You Don't see any skyline or beach. When I asked why this is not written at the moment of the purchase, they just blamed the provider who sold it, they've been super arrogant, rude, aggressive. This is a scam, and for them is very convenient that the provider keeps scamming their customers. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT, NOT SUGGESTED.

My 50th present

Omg what an experience ! The view was amazing and it was like you were gliding through the sky admiring the views of the Gold Coast ! Parasailing is definetely something I’d recommend anyone to do while on the Gold Coast

Too little time in the air

This was a present for my 15 year daughter…..it was a little disappointing we only went about 500m from the jetty. We were in the air only for 7mins in total and the boat was stationary most of that time…..definitely not what we were hoping for.

Very bad experience with the staff and customer service. They don’t care about the staff if they are still late. We had the experience tour for the family on 29 July. Very bad experience And I would go and gave the rating below 0 if I could.

Jordan, James and Mikaela of team GC upon our arrival were friendly, professional and kind. They guided us through what to expect from our Parasailing adventure and made it all worth the trip. To top it off, Chris the skipper made the trip fun, exiting with amazing music, safe and speedy boating fun and a Parasailing adventure we would love to experience again. It was great fun, but the...

It was great fun, but the Westerly winds were WAY too strong! My 15yo daughter was petrified because we were thrown around like a cork in a washing machine! The last couple couldn't fly because the wind was so bad. We need to come back on a much calmer day

Awesome and enjoyed it!

The place was quite convenient to get around to. There is a bus stop right out the building which requires just a 2-3 minutes walk to get to where the office is located. My friends and I took quite a while to locate the office, which was located at level 2, so we did not really see it the first time round we walked by. Safety video shown by them after we checked-in and took our weight was detailed, it shows the whole journey you will experience, from walking down to the boat, to wearing of harnesses to doing the parasailing. The crew was detailed in their instructions, we gave us the assurance that nothing will go wrong. The safety video that was shown also provided scenarios where if there are any mechanical failures that happened to us, it tells us what to do from then on, so we are prepared in the case where it actually happened to us. Overall, the entire experience was a great one, do remember to bring a waterproof zip lock bag with you if you want to get some shots from the air, regretted not getting ready enough for the whole entire experience, but I'd love to do it again if I had the chance!

Parasaling - you have to do it at least once

My friend & i enjoyed this experience of being high up in the air. Our first experience which made it more exciting. Only downfall is that your airtime only goes for 8 minutes as they have other people within the hour that join you.

Cool adventure

Parasailing and the fast boat ride were cool. Around 10 min in the air. Crew could have been a bit more friendly and engaging but they were very knowledgeable.

So much fun

We had the best time on our parasailing trip . The guys on the boat were amazing just watching them set everyone up for their parasail was so cool . Loved it so much fun
