Excellent service from airport to hotel

The ConXion bus was at the Gold Coast Airport when I collected my suitcase, and took me to the front of my hotel. In spite of busy traffic I felt safe and was taken to the entrance near Reception. I think this is a very good service.

Excellent Shuttle Transfer

Booking with Con-x-ion online was effortless. Our Con-x-ion shuttle driver, Albert, was outstanding. He had a wonderful personality and was very helpful with changing our reservations due to Customs clearance being very much quicker than anticipated. Shuttle van was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Driver was a bit late but very nice and very efficient. Bags taken on board so they could be unloaded in the right order for the route planned.

Gold Coast airport shuttle

Excellent service from the Gold Coast airport to my hotel. My flight was delayed but Con-x-ion kindly moved me to a later bus to ensure I got to my destination. The driver was very knowledgeable about the area and provided some information en route. I use Con-x-ion on most trips to the Gold Coast as they are safe, efficient and reliable. Staff are helpful and friendly too.

Use another company

This company is useless. The only correspondence we had was a receipt of the payment. This didn’t show any pick up times or place. I had to phone on arrival to see where and when we would be collected. There was no confirmation of time to be collected for our airport return and as I had booked for what I believed was 7.30am we went to the door at 7.10am to be sure. I was unable to track, I started tracking at 6.00am, it kept telling me to wait until 30 minutes before pick up time. By 8.30 still no shuttle. I had no phone so emailed bookings at around 8.00 am. Still waiting for a reply. Finally I found a phone to be told that by booking was 7.06am which means that the driver didn’t wait 4 minutes and no communication was made. We were told to find our own way to the airport which was by taxi and $82 dollars later. We made our boarding with 10 minutes to spare. Rating is 0.

Get Another Vendor!!!

I reserved this transfer for 12:00 noon. I had been up for about 40 hours traveling at this point, but I was at the meeting place as directed on my information provided by the vendor about 30 minutes early or so. I called the vendor and told them at 11:40 a.m. that I was early, but that I was there waiting. At no time did they tell me during that phone call that the reservation pick-up time had been changed to 11:00 a.m., unbeknownst to me!!! I mean who does that??? Very long complicated and convoluted story after that. Suffice it to say that I finally got picked up with the right driver about 1 hour after my original pick-up time and 2 hours after the time they rescheduled my transfer for at 11:00 a.m. And, was told earlier that the driver had been looking for me at the airport since 11:00 a.m. The van they picked me up in had the name of another company on it!!! I asked why it did not have the name of the company I booked with on it. They said that they had just bought this van from another company and had not had the name put on it yet!!! There had been 3 other buses with the right name on it, and none of them were the one I was supposed to have my ride with. The driver I had did finally find me at the RIGHT place and was very nice and had no problems with him. He listened to me complain, and I appreciated that and never lost his cool. I do not believe it was his fault. It was the vendor's office personnel who were at fault. A simple phone call to me could, with proper communication, have prevented all the things that happened in my situation. I will never use this vendor ever again and would suggest that others go elsewhere.

Being coming to Australia for over 30 years and always used them Used them this week and the youngish lad at Coolangata airport went out of his way to help me as I had missed my time slot. The driver wish I got his name was also a credit to the company . It was the 12 th November 10 am. A credit to the company

Great and reliable transfers

The service provided by our driver ( Bruce) was exceptional, he called me when my flight landed to guide me to the pickup area and advised on the planned stops. This is a very reliable service provider and the vehicles were comfortable and safe. I will be using their door drop off service again. This makes it very convinient.

A great, affordable service. However a bit more communication between drivers would go a long way. It was a bit muddly at the airport sorting out who was on which shuttle when x2 arrived at the same time. Perhaps they could have a sign with them and stand together to sort out passengers.

Excellent shared ride shuttle service by Con-X-ion

I flied to GC from Sydney to attend a research conference. I booked the service online effortlessly. The ride from GC airport to my hotel in Broadbeach is smooth and joyful. The driver Paul is friendly, humorous and drives safely. By the way, the service is very affordable.

What a great service.

This was a return trip having taken the Gold Coast -Airport run a month ago. For both trips our bus was to the minute on time with a perfect service. Both drivers were very friendly and helpful. Compared to taking our own car and storage, this service works out a lot cheaper and stress free. Will use again at the end of the year.

Transfer from Airport to Hotel and return.

We have just used ConXion for transfers from Gold Coast airport to hotel and return to airport 11 days later. Both these transfers were excellent. Both were on time as arranged, both drivers were excellent and buses clean and comfortable also very competitive pricing. Have used this company before and highly recommend them.

But if you want helpful, considerate, friendly, to the door service for a great price...this is the company to use on the Gold Coast. My driver, David, was all of this. Only way to go!

Brad was wonderful - my plane was running a little late, he called me while I was waiting at the baggage claim and assured me he would wait… which he did for 3 of us! So easy and simple and srsly it saved me about $30-$35 in transport costs AND it was a door to door service!

Use Con-X-ion for airport transfers

We are a family of 6 and the first time travelling to the Gold Coast. We booked our flights and accommodation, however, left the airport transfer till the last moment. We thought of Uber, but we had too many luggages. We thought of maybe organising a lift when we landed in the airport, but that felt risky and unorganised. I came across a company called Con-X-ion and they offered transfers with different options. The one that suited us was the private pickup from Gold Coast Airport straight to our hotel since it was only $20 extra from having to share. One way was $150, and the driver Tony was friendly and gave us a run down of the place as we passed different landmarks. He helped us load and unload our luggages, and after dropping us off, my son inadvertently left his bag on the bus, so I gave Tony a ring to explain our missing bag, and he had a look and found it and came back to drop it off. It was a very nice experience. Highly recommend using this company.

Shuttle pick-up point not easy to find.

The airport terminal map supplied by the company was terrible. Unless you can work out which way is north when inside a building or you have been there before, it is virtually useless. We asked 4 various airport workers where the "Transit Centre Sign" was before somebody was able assist. Finally arriving at the shuttle pick-up about 25 minutes late there was nobody inside the terminal, but fortunately the shuttle bus was still outside. The driver was polite and welcoming despite our latness. In the absence of any better map being provided, my tip is to turn left when you get to the hire car counters - staying inside the terminal - until you get to the end of the building.

Viator advises a 6 pm pick up, Conn-x-ions has us on the 7pm. Oh dear.

This is our story. You advised 6pm pick up from the airport. That was what we wanted, good. Unfortunately Conn-x-ions somehow had us on the 7pm. Oh boy. It took us 2 .5 hours to get to the apartment from when we cleared Customs. What happened? That is why we are giving a Terrible rating and not sure if we would use Viator again.

Best way to get from airport and back

Booked private transfer bit did not receive it

Firstly I would like to say our bus driver Chris was lovely and even help us carry our luggage to the coach. We were a family group of 10 ( including adults, teen, toddlers and an infant) We has booked and paid for a private transfer to our accommodation however, on arrival at the airport the driver informed us that was not going to be the case and we had to catch a coach with other people stopping at multiple places. We were the last people off and our transfer was very long (exactly what we were trying to avoid by booking a private transfer) I emailed the company the next day looking for an explanation however no reply has been received. We are very disappointed in this company's customer service.

Great way to get to and from the airport

My driver was a wonder man from New Zealand, well informed and very polite. He knew his way around and took me directly to my drop off point. I was the only passenger and he made very polite conversation.
