A great night out!

That was the BEST cabaret I have ever seen! Absolutely amazing! The trapeze acts were spectacular! The food was classy, as was the mind-blowing dessert! I highly recommend Draculas!

Fun night out

It was super fun to have all the themed drinks and the decorations and service were awesome. It was a bit expensive for what it was, but great night out nevertheless

Excellent night out

This was a fun filled night and well worth the money, look forward to going back again when we return to the gold cost. Suggest getting the vip seats.

Dracula Gold Coast ✨️ (a surprise treat for our UK 🇬🇧 visitors)

I enjoyed the train ride with a surprise "scream" at the end 😉 Great show and such an amazing skills on the part of performers! Awesome 👌 👏 👍 indeed. Good servings of food, although the beef was a bit tough to my likings, it does taste 😋 good. Wide selection of drinks. We had a nice sitting area, enabling us to enjoy the show without distraction. Our UK 🇬🇧 visitors enjoyed the experience. We've laughed, 👏 clapped, scream and shout all throughout the whole show.

Great night out

This show is not a Dracula show, it is a menagerie. We all enjoyed the show, and the trapeze and pole dancing was amazing. We were VIP's but we felt the food was served too fast. The staff were great and it's an entertaining night especially for the younger generation.

Incredibly disappointing. Waste of time and money I'm not sure how they are still operating.

Revolting food. Rude or annoying staff. Watered down drinks. Bad seating. No theme. No direction. As disappointing as the horse show maybe same people.

Past it use by date

It is past its use by date. This is my second visit. Once is enough. I don’t like being negative but all the staff seem to be there unwillingly

Great evening, a must see on the Gold Coast

My wife and I attended the Dracula Menagerie show and dinner. We had seen a pervious show 2 years earlier which we thoroughly enjoyed, so off we go again to their new show. The experience starts even before you enter the building. I won't give too much away as not to spoil it for those that haven't been. The meal is 3 course and very good, but the show is spectacular. The skills of the artists are unbelievable. A bit risque, so provided you are open minded you will have an unforgettable evening. This show was even better than the previous show we had seen. Will go again next time we are up

Don’t waste your money

Just back to the hotel after our first time to Draculas. The welcome was great but went downhill from there. It was clear that the Main agenda is to get people to buy as much alcohol as possible. We were in the theatre at 7:15 and the show started at 8:40. The food came quickly but was very poor, over cooked and tasted bad. You could barely cut the beef. I definitely would have sent it back if it was in a restaurant. The majority of people were highly intoxicated, the staff came round every few minutes to offer drinks and it was full of loud drunk obnoxious people. If you are looking to drink a lot and party this is definitely your vibe. But if you’re after a good meal and show this is not for you. The show all up was only about an hour and very poor quality and not funny at all. I’ve seen alot of theatre and cabaret and this is by far the worst I’ve seen. Worst night out I’ve had In a long time. Don’t understand the hype

Amazing night out

We had the best night out, the whole experience was excellent. I haven't laughed so much in ages. The staff were very friendly and the performance was amazing. I'll definitely return next time we're in Australia. 10/10

The show, cast and wait staff, just an awesome evening , just loved the whole thing . Food was fabulous

A must do Gold Coast experience.

Great atmosphere. Loved that the staff greated us outside in the rain and still took photos. Our watress Thingy was out the gate awesome. The service and food exceeded my expectations. The show was an immersive and captivating experience. Second time to Dracula's and I will be back as the show gets switched up.

Will visit again!!

Excellent show, entertaining, staff were great. Only gripe would be we had VIP seating but a constant flow of people/staff walking in front of our row during show. Wouldn’t consider VIP. Otherwise everything else brilliant including food.

Non stop entertainment

Fun, Fantastic, Professional and all round great experience

Absolutely fantastic evening, would highly recommend, the food was delicious, the wait staff excellent and the show incredible. All staff had put a lot of work into their costumes and appearance and the whole evening very professionally run. We had such a great time, would definitely go again next time we are at the Gold Coast.

Thème filled night

The cabaret entertainment was very well done. Lead singer very strong voice. Acrobats very skilled. Multi skilled entertainers. Waitresses stay in theme throughout

Fantastic

Show wasn't as good as shows I've been too before but was still very entertaining and we loved it. Food was awsome and so were the drinks. Definitely should be something you go to especially if you like horror, it's just an enjoyable experience and the staff are great. They really get into it.

A must do when visiting the GC!

Went to this show 25 years or so ago, blew us away then so took some friends last night, their first time, definitely did not disappoint!! The venue has had some extensive renovations since last time, the service, food and show was exceptional! Talented performers! Loved the fact that it was all performed to a live band! A must do when visiting the gc imo

Amazing highly recommend this to anyone

So much fun and highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Gold Coast, the food was small portions but by the time you go through it and the dessert plus drinks you definitely didn’t feel like eating anything else. The show was amazing

Dracula's

The evening's entertainment was such a unique experience and well worth the visit. I would recommend the show to anyone visiting or staying in the area

Jokes for 15 year old boys. That’s about the mentality of the show. Disappointing.

The show ‘Menagerie’ was a huge disappointment. Our 15 yo son loved it and that’s about the mentality of the jokes and innuendo. Also, we didn’t chose to attend a show similar to strip club. There was far too much in your face and it’s unnecessary tasteless and cheap. The talented male aerial performer did so with appropriate pants on. We would not have enjoyed watching his impressive performance if he was wearing a skimpy g-string. The show consists of immature and unfunny jokes & innuendo and it was unnecessarily vulgar. Several mentions of “cocaine on the GC” and the words “pussy” and “cum” are supposed to invoke laughter. Lastly, we didn’t really correlate the theme ‘Menagerie’ with the show. An amazing venue, talented performers and great music but sadly the show creators missed the mark big time.

Laughter

The entrance and ride in, excellent way to start the show. Food was very nice and fast service. All wait staff beautiful. We had Shadow shevwas bubbly and nice. The show was good

Love the ghost ride inside a great service yummy drinks an food would come back again…. Loved the kiss puppets they were awesome .

All of it and funny picked out on the video in house - great performances and musician work ! Very good staff and meals were great .

Fantastic experience.

Fantastic show, awesome venue and great food. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a fun and entertaining night out. It is also worth paying a bit extra for the VIP experience. We will be back.

Drinks were too expensive but food was good. Staff were dressed appropriately with great make-up.. was a little unorganised at the beginning. Fantastic night out.

We had a great time! Special thanks to our server, Brat, who went out of her way to help us all evening, and to Glitch who was so much fun and made our night extra awesome. They were both fantastic.

Brilliant

Absolutely brilliant, highly recommend. Extremely talented and professional. Food was good and interactive group. The unknown added some suspense for the arrival to our allocated seats.

Seating is very small

Overall the show was good but definitely a few issues. We bought standard tickets as couldn't see the value in VIP on the description the website. If I did it again I'd probably book VIP as you then get a chair and a table as my biggest dislike was the seating. We aren't the smallest people but the bench they sat us on for 4 people was do squishy you couldn't all cut you food at the same time. I literally cut all my steak a d veggies up so I could eat 1 handed while my husband ate his food. The waitress forgot to take our food order so everyone had finished before we got our food. The coffin dessert was basically dark chocolate full of cream. My husband was so uncomfortable in the seat as he was hanging off the edge that he got up and went home. My favorite part was the Kiss band. 💋

Regret my visit

This was my eight time going and ı will say my last. We paid extra for vip. No nibbles or drink apon arriving up stairs. The drink was at our table. The meal how ever was amazing as usual. The show on the other hand had nothing to do with dracula or anything along that line. If ı wanted to see ladies swinging around on rope with legs open ı would go to that kind of place. The jokes not funny and the show was a huge let down. The one thing ı was glad about was you guys not trying to sell your merchandise during the show

Everything from start to...

Everything from start to finish. The crew were on fire! Will be coming back next time we are in Australia. Definitely recommended to anyone who is looking for a good time.

13TH TIME AT DRACULAS WAS VERY UNLUCKY :( :( :(

It's weird to know we should have paid less in order to have a better time! This was my 13th time & 1st time for my 3 friends, so I was excited to be bringing them. Later in our trip from NZ I went to another dinner/show alone as the others said they didn't want to risk another disappointment like Dracula's. I explained both VIP & non-VIP options to the boys & while 3 of us were happy with non, 1 wanted VIP so we paid the higher price. I told the booking agent & staff on arrival how it was my 'lucky' 13th time at Dracs & had 3 new customers for them with me (wait til you see what table we were given). So we arrived & stood in the VIP line & instead of interacting with us like in the past, most of the staff just stood around chatting with each other. We got into the 1st room to find the Ghost train was closed for refurb. Then we went up to mingle in the bar area with our 'welcome drink on arrival' which there was none. You had to purchase all drinks here. After some time mingling there, we were taken through to our table, where we found the free VIP drink sitting for who knows how long. I love my sparkling wine, but this small bottle of bubbles was disgusting, room temperature & the worst tasting wine I've tried. It was 3/4 full when we left. The table itself (remember VIP & my 13th time) was the furthest to the right & my seat right up against the side wall. To get in you had to shape your legs into a right angle and slide in along the seating. Once in your seat your legs couldn't bend more or straighten, which was VERY uncomfortable. As a vegetarian, I've never had a problem with the food & found it fine this time as well. The Draculette serving out table was only interesting in us ordering more & more drinks & nothing else. No funny banter like in past. Instead I sat there watching the NON-vip's below, with their massive leg room, space, perfect front & center views of the stage, & the non-VIP Draculettes interacting with the non-VIP customers, getting them to sing, pose for photos, make jokes etc. I sooooo wish we had paid less to sit down there in the non-VIP section! The show itself was ok, but repetitive. This may have been because Dracula's was on tour in NZ at that time, so the show probably wasn't the main actors. Overall I've had probably 8 great times there, 3 average & 2 really poor experiences with this being 1 of those 2. I love the concept, I love the venue & feel of the place, but no longer sure if I'll keep coming back & if I do, it HAS to be NON-vip!!! PLEASE bring back the Dracula's of old! (fyi - we were there 8 Sep 2023)

The acrobatics where our favorite! Our waitress "thing" was great! So was cocaine. Note....I lost my expensive sunglasses and the souvenir girl was able to find them.

We weren't sure what to expect but had an amazing time. The raunchy humor may not be to everyone's taste (we laughed, but the older couple next to us didn't seem very impressed) but the acts especially the acrobatics should keep.most people happy From start to finish we had a great time, we got the VIP package very happy with the seating, food, small bottle of bubbles, nibbles and the service. Highly recommend this show!

Highlight of our holiday!

This was the absolute highlight of our holiday. First went 20 years ago pre kids, loved it back then and loved it all over again this time with our kids (15 & 18) the cocktails were yum, the food was very good and the entertainment was outstanding! Dinner and a bloody fantastic show good value for money in my opinion. A must do for sure.

Okay - but it’s lost its sparkle from the past

We booked VIP but still lined up, got no free glass like other reviewers have shown (although we did get the small bottle of wine - not Brown Brothers). We sat up in the high balcony area - great view of arial stuff but think the tables below got more interaction - it was comfortable though, and our waitress was very nice (Cadaver). Food was delivered fast and okay. No coffin lid on desserts (again, unlike other review pics have shown). Cocktails a bit expensive but tasted very good. Did feel a bit like it was all about the upsell and not about the entertaining this time. Acrobats were fantastic as were the band and singers, but they need to work on their material as it wasn’t very funny. The heads were funny. I’ve been several times over the decades that this show has been open, but I was disappointed this time. No ‘character’ actors anymore, more like burlesque cabaret than the horror cabaret of the past with uncle fester, the tassie devil (werewolf) and Elvira characters interacting with patrons with brilliant costumes and voices/accents. No character interactions in the waiting/bar area. The train ride is fun but, again, no scares like in the past where people were in there with you, although the guy (Loser) who puts you on has the fabulous, acidic, sarcastic wit I was used to from past shows! No video of all the reactions to being scared either - was always fun. All up, I wouldn’t bother paying VIP as you get nothing special. Not even a little keepsake like a free photo! We even had to wait a while to pay our bill and leave! I would like to see them take a good look at what they’ve done in the past - even 20 years ago - and try and recapture that magic. It was very funny and interactive in the past! The staff were talented actors.

The show was amazing, the performers were on point and they had us laughing all the way through. Our waitress couldn’t do any more then she did with a smile on her face, the food was fantastic. Will definitely go again!

The music was fabulous so talented. The trapeze was something else, so exciting. I saw it with family, teenagers, middle aged and me, 77yrs, we all loved the show. Your whole team and the night was wonderful, thankyou..

Great show, average food

Great show full of talented people however the food was average at best, which was a shame. The staff are excellent and made the night enjoyable. The bar is very well run and the wait staff fast. Interesting Drinks menu which added to the fun. Good for a group.
