Seaway 2.5h Kayaking & Snorkelling Trip

Was a great trip out to the island and snorkelling. Saw heaps of fish and a lot of other marine creatures. Fruit and snacks provided and cups of water to keep us refreshed! 10++

Perfect snorkelling experince

Fun sand safe kayaking all worth to see beautiful fishes underwater while snorkeling. The guide also served us hot drinks as the weather was a bit chilly, thus ensured out comfort alongside enjoyment. The equipment used was of good quality. Would recommend this tour.

Great for families or people who have never snorkelled or kayaked

Myself and my husband went on this morning tour. The water was fairly calm which was great. The guides gave us very good instructions on how to kayak and what to do if the kayak capsized. We didn’t have to kayak very far and it felt very safe which was great. There were a few kids in our group, the youngest was probably aged about 6. The snorkelling was good fun and we saw lots of fish. The water where we snorkelled was quite shallow in places and you could actually see fish in a foot of water. This tour is perfect if you are anxious about snorkelling or kayaking for the first time, or have kids with you. The snacks provided were great too. Overall we enjoyed the experience and would recommend it. Sincere apologies, I can’t remember the guides names but they were both lovely and helpful.

Relaxing and enjoyable

The tour was relaxing and enjoyable. Nelson was very helpful and friendly. It was a great morning! My teenage boys loved seeing the different fish and the weather was perfect.

Highly recommended Tour

Would definitely recommend this tour. We did the kayaking and snorkelling tour to wave break island. Our guide Lochlan and Sergio were great, provided good safety brief before the tour. We went at 13:30 tour . Good snorkelling spot was near to the rocks however because of low tide and heavy wind it was bit difficult to go there thus limiting to see anything except for some fishes near to the shore. Tour did provide some water and light snacks which was great.

Great way to spend a couple of hours.

Fun couple of hours. The kayaking was very enjoyable and the instructors gave a great briefing. They were very friendly and helpful. The island beach was very nice also.

Fun Day

Had a fun time on this tour. We were lucky and saw lots of fish. Even got to see a dolphin from the shore. Caroline was a brilliant tour guide.

It was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and worked well with the different skills of a large group. The weather was not ideal, we had a lot of wind, but the team made it a positive experience. Definitely recommend.

We had a great time with Sergio and Jane. They were lovely and so accommodating. Would highly recommend to anyone. The kayaking was so fun, its was beautiful views and great company.

Fabulous time with great crew

We are a family of 4 with a young child and thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Booking was very easy and I like the fact that all the waiver was done electronically. The day’s wind was quite strong but Nelson, Caroline and Dane did a fabulous job getting us across to Wavebreak Island to snorkel. They were very helpful to make sure everyone is enjoying ourselves and keeping our spirits high. The snorkel area was decent - you can see a number of fishes but be careful of the sharp rocks. All in it was a great time and was well worth.

Helpful staff

Friendly and very helpful staff. Kayaking was good. Snorkeling area not very interesting. No choral and no fish that day.

Amazing Experience, great instructors, worth it.

The instructors were very helpful and it was a fantastic experience. Jack was kind and patient with me, he understood that I would take more time to find that balance while standing up on the board.

Kayaking. It was our first time experience with young families and friends. It needs lots of energy to do these activities. I am happy to share these memorable experiences with those I love. Last but not least, I don’t have to worry what I eat after that. 😊

Great GC activity

The experience was very enjoyable and our guides were so super friendly and informative. Weather wasn’t the best when we went so weren’t able to see many fishes but we still enjoyed the activities regardless.

Guides that leave tourists behind to manage for themselves

Guides left kayakers behind and did not provide safety instructions. Snorkeling part was in poor location with no fishes to see. Poor experience.

Great experience

A really fun time. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, informative. Good equipment, only wish we had more kayacking time. A storm came through and the hosts were very cautious to ensure our safety, which I appreciated.

Kayaking amazing

The crew are really helpful and amazing. I’ve been to a couple of snorkeling tour before, most of them have a tube that you can hold on to and someone who is more confident in swimming can drag you to the beautiful areas, this tour did not have that. Overall very good though! The kayaking part was amazing

Fun Family Experience

Had a really fun experience! We saw lots of fish snorkelling and even a dolphin when we were kayaking. Guides were fantastic, very clear instructions.

The kayaking was good. We couldn’t enjoy the snorkelling due to storm. Overall it’s a fun activity for individual, couples or a family.

Wonderful morning spent kayaking and snorkelling

My friends and I and lots of fun with both kayaking and snorkelling without any prior experience. Would strongly recommend this trip!

A great leisurely paddle and snorkel..

This was a well paced group paddle and a fun snorkel. I enjoyed the multiple guides so that those of us who were experienced could go faster with the lead guide while those who needed more time had someone who could wait with them. It was a pretty easy paddle and the snorkeling was better than I expected. We saw several fish varieties and an eel. On our paddle back, we saw a couple of dolphins too. I would highly recommend this excursion.

Easy and fun experience for all ages

Had a wonderful experience. An unexpected stop to watch the crabs was great too. Kayaking was fun and snorkelling was so addictive that even the allocated 30-40mins was not enough 😄

Me and my Wife had an awesome time with this beginner friendly tour, 7.30 was a great time plenty of sun and clear water, saw lots of species of fish (15+) and saw Dolphins! Worth the money for something cool to do on the gold coast.

Nelson was super nice. Very windy day with excellent instructions on how to cross the channel with the current and wind.

Amazing experience

The staff were super sweet, they made jokes and were very informative. They were also so considerate in giving us snacks and water. The experience of the tour was amazing, seeing fish that close and kayaking was soo fun.

Really good tour. Was good to have the option of doing kayaking, a little walk and then snorkeling. The tour guides (Nelson and Johan) did a really good job explaining everything.

Service is good and professional life vests could have been more clean. Other Equipments are good especially snookering kit

Awesome trip! If you have never Kayaked or snorkelled before, then this is the trip for you! Bring sandals/thongs/flip flops for the short walk and your togs :)

Very cool experience

Wasn’t the greatest weather for the experience but very knowledgeable Nelson knew exactly how the wind, tides etc would move and how best for us to proceed. Many thanks to Nelson who lead myself and 8 others on a great tour

Sea way kayaking experience

It was an amazing experience, my first time and I enjoyed it totally. First by kayaking will take you to otherside of the sea and then over there you can do snorkelling and can also see fishes clearly. Tour instructor angel was amazing, will teach you safety instruction and will take good care of you.

Completely enjoyable experience

Completely enjoyable experience. Nice way to explore a bit of the Gold Coast. Short kayaking leg, then a bit of snorkelling. More for getting in the water to cool off than for the snorkelling as there’s not that much to see and you’re limited to a small area. Group of about 25
