Chamonix Trip

Our guide was wonderful and knowledgeable. Despite the weather not fully cooperating (one lift closed), the town was charming and the trip to the glacier was worth the trip.

Trip Not as Advertised

Our private tour to Chamonix was a huge disappointment. Our driver/guide arrived at the pick-up point late. When we arrived at the cable car to Aiguille du MIDI, we discovered that no reservation had been made for our group. This meant we had to wait 1 hour for the next cable car. Later, we arrived at the Montenvers railway to Mer de Glacé only to discover that we had missed the train. Clearly our guide did not know the scheduled departure times, which meant an additional 35 minute wait. In all, we spent 1 and 3/4 hours waiting during our tour and the tickets that assured us of no waiting in line were worthless, as we stood in line continuously throughout the day.

Thomas was an amazing tour guide as the top peak was closed due to adverse weather, and he suggested another peak to try which was equally beatiful. Furthermore, the day was thoughfully planned by keytours and would love to go again with them

Ask for Normunds to be your guide. Amazing experience!

A definite must to see this amazing mountain top. My guide Normunds was amazing. Explaining every detail and capturing every photo for me as a solo traveler. Definitely ask for him to be your guide for the trip. He is the best!

Gentle accommodating guide

We were just 2 in the bus. The driver and guide Mr. David was very gentle and nice talking person. We really enjoyed his company. He explained everything well and accommodated our requests. In the end everything was good.

Adventure of Lifetime

I was in Geneva solo and had a free day. I decided to take a private tour of Mont Blanc and Chamonix. It was the most amazing experience I have ever had (and probably will ever have). My guide Christos was simply phenomenal. He lives in Chamonix and knows everything. It was a completely different experience having someone who knew what we should tackle and when - to avoid crowds - how we should tackle the summit of ADM, and where to take the best photos. Christos also seemed to know everyone who worked at the places we stopped, which makes sense since he lives there. You will not be able to breathe - and not so much because of the altitude. The cable car with the highest vertical ascension to 12, 604 ft, the second stage cable car with no support pillar that rises 5, 000 vertical feet, and the ADM summit platform will take your breath away. You will want to take it all in, enjoy every second, and not be distracted by logistics or crowds. The only way I could do that is with an expert guide, who also happens to climbs the mountains he is showing you. A guide is worth it so you can just be astonished and amazed at where you are, and yes, not worry that it has all taken your breath away. This is the only way I would want to do Chamonix Mont Blanc. If I were ever to come back again, I would book this tour and ask for Christos!

Incredible experience

Marius, our guide, was fantastic! The views were incredible and a big part of the enjoyment was having such a knowledgeable guide to show us all the best stuff!

<p>While the weather did not cooperate (and we couldn't see anything from Mont Blanc), Patricia and our driver made everything worth it! A+! The restaurant was wonderful, the driving and access without the hassle of coordinating tickets was terrific! Still hopeful to do it again and see the view!</p>

Journey to Italie.

Italian cuisine the way we like it. The flavors of the peninsula are there, which suggests a chef coming straight from Italy. Piedmontese he is indeed. The service is a mix of kindness and efficiency. An Italian dream in Geneva.

Não cumprem o que vendem

O guia foi bom, porém havia contratado pelo site, guia falando em espanhol e almoço incluso em restaurante uma estrela Michelin! Nada disso ocorreu! Guia em inglês (ainda bem que me viro) e disseram que não haveria almoço! E pagamos por ele!
