Great Company

I'm so glad that I picked them for my tour. I consulted with a business but I left with friends. I contracted them to transport me and tour me on several Egyptian cities. I consulted with several contractors for the job but they were the most genuine and straightforward. Most companies in Egypt will try to take advantage financially but Mido and team are more concerned with positively representing Egypt and you making great memories. As a solo female traveller I felt safe and they really went above and beyond to accommodate all my asks. My guides were knowledgeable and took time to explain all the historical apects. Special mention: On one day of my vacation the tour operator had a public holiday and none of his team members were available - he personally took me out to the West bank and Valley of the Kings. Please don’t hesitate to book with them. You won’t regret it.

Friendly, flexible, enjoyable

Mido gave us a great tour around Luxor. We arranged to add couple of extra not so popular places like valley of artisans or temple of Seti 1st. At some point our car got broken, which didn’t stop us touring, another car picked us in 10 minutes and we continued our adventures. If I ever yo visit Luxor again - will definitely call Mido.

Nice tour company

Mido was an excellent driver and had really great advice for things to do around Luxor. I only did a half day tour to the Westbank and another half day to Dendra temple, which turned out to be one of my favorite temples in all of Egypt. I'm a solo female traveler and I always felt safe and comfortable with this company. I highly recommend them for all trips.

The staff, Mido was really kindly. We spent great time. He was punctual. Helpful and a berry good driver 5 stars for him and all company.

Absolutely Incredible

I had the most incredible day. Everything was so perfectly organised. Heba had booked my flights and sent this to me a few days before. The day before the tour I was given my drivers details on cairo, as well as my tour guide and airport collection details for Luxor. I arrived in Luxor and was collected by my guide Mohamed Shakour and our driver Medu. They were both so friendly, accomodating and extremely knowledgeable! The tour and experiences themselves were magnificent, but made so much better by the incredible guide and driver. I’d highly recommend Heba and her team for all Egyptian tours!

One day trip to west banks

The trip to west banks was wonderful. My driver, Eslam, was very friendly and speak English very good. He can communicate well with the guest. Pick up was on time and drive safely to the tourist sites. He even drove us to nice restaurant in town for nice and affordable lunch. Overall the trip was excellant

A perfect day at Luxor

The tour was all we expected from: exact pick up, safe and pleasant transfer to all the places in and around the city of Luxor. Mido is a great and reliable driver and a courteous guide, he's really familiar with the area, also for authentic and well tasting food and drinks.

Tour by plane from Cairo to Luxor. Definitely recommend this company. My husband and I decided we wanted to go to Luxor last minute so we only had time for one day and one night there. I emailed Heba and told her exactly what I wanted to do - hot air balloon and tour around Luxor- she bought my plane tickets for me and booked everything the night before when I had inquired about the trip! Our tour guide was Hatem who was awesome. He was friendly, easy going, and VERY knowledgeable about the history of Egypt. You can tell he had a passion for what he does and that made the tour all the more better. Our driver had air conditioner and took us along with Hatem to see all there was to see in Luxor. Overall the tour and the transportation was awesome. The hot air balloon was a MUST. It was beyond gorgeous, pilot was awesome, and overall greatly coordinated. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the beautiful country of Egypt.

A must do! Excellent tour!!

Hatem was the best!! My friend stayed back at the hotel and so I ended up touring on my own. He ended up guiding me and gave me a great experience. It is my first time in Egypt, and this tour is certainly a must do. The temple and tombs were excellent to see. Also the stops for shopping and even the boat ride to the island for GREAT food as an additional excursion was just perfect. Hatem is very knowledgeable, the drivers and the rest of the team members are very kind. As a female traveling alone I felt safe in my experience. I would highly recommend this tour!

Islam is the man for great Luxor tours!

My nephew and I flew to Luxor. Islam greeted us at the airport with a sign with our name on it. He took us in a nice air conditioned car to all the sights. He gave us free water. He allowed us to see each sight at our own pace. He brought us to a nice place for lunch, which of course was additional. Everything was first class. I can highly recommended Islam to be your driver in Luxor. He is a nice man and very easy to get along with. He knows the area well. Don’t hesitate to book tour next vacation with him. Thanks

Amazing day in Luxor!!!

I arrived to Luxor by plane early morning, the travel agent was waiting for us at the airport. We took the van to the west bank where all the kings and queens tombs at. Our driver and tour guide were nice and funny, they even gave us bottles of water for FREE. The food and the views was amazing. I definitely recommend the tour to anyone visiting Egypt. Luxor Tour

We had an incredible experience. Our guide Ramzy and driver Islam were awesome. They showed us all of Luxor. We explored the Karnak and Luxor temples one day and the next day we did Valley of the Kings. We had the best time exploring and learning about all of the history of the temples and tombs. We can't wait to come back soon!

A trip worth taking

We were blessed to have a guide Gada and driver, Eslam, whom kept us safe (not there was real danger), showed us Luxor, (old and new), taught my partner and I about its rich history, and treated us like family. Gada, (Egyptian lady) immediately bonded with my partner (woman) and that was important to me. Eslam, navigated the city and observed my respectful position in decorum with Gada. He noticed my observation, quietness and inquired if I was okay. The chance to have a human exchange was the best experience. I shared what I heard about islam, conscious being in an Islamic country now and did not want to offend a woman accidentally and so was just being mindful. He thanked me and we laughed. He said, “things have changed and all would be okay”. After this, all four of us experienced the experience of Luxor together. Luxor is a place Continuing to evolve like anywhere else. I’d urged anyone using “Egypt tours” to make sure the booking person provides full itinerary and round trip tickets upfront, especially if you are staying in another city of Egypt like we were and have other plans during your trip. The booking person dropped the ball on us, and we were inconvenienced because of it. Egyptians in shops trying to make a sale are persistent and can offend without intent. However, majority want you to be happy, safe and enjoy the trip. There is a culture gap, so you must set boundaries, say no repeatedly and keep it moving. Your guide will give you room to explore independently but has your back 100%. The trip was not without uncomfortable moments, but I rated a 5 because of the best Guide and driver, who went over and beyond our expectations to make the trip a memorable one. From visiting the Temples, enjoying Food, riding on the Nile, carriage ride, sugar cane store and spice shop, etc. There’s so much to explore after the temples and it all depends on having the right driving and guide. Desde un inicio la experiencia fue única, nos recogieron en horario, coordinamos desde unos días antes y todo salió como lo acordado. Los templos son muy impresionantes, únicos y el guía muy bueno y en español. Definitivamente repetíamos la experiencia y la recomendamos al 100%.
