I needed a professional photographer. The company Pictrip provided me with Ayush. You could tell right away that he was very skilled with the camera. In short: I would do it again!

Really great service and top class photos, never booked an experience like this in the past and didn’t know what to expect however, from start to finish I felt it was well Worth the money and super happy with the memories. Would definitely use again.

Best memories

We were photographed in the Bastakia district of Dubai. I am very grateful to Ayush for taking great pictures. He guided us to many beautiful photo spots and took great pictures. It was a memory of our lifetime. I recommend having Ayush take the picture!

Desert photoshoot

we have a very good experience with pictrip. From the moment of booking to the photo shoot itself. We were regularly contacted via whatsapp about what our wishes were and how or where we should be. i would like to thank our photographer Kathir. He is very professional, friendly and made us feel comfortable. We are very happy with the pictures!

I had the most terrible...

I had the most terrible experience during this photography session. The photographer was extremely rude and totally disinterested. It was a 3-hour session - I arrived late but we still had 90 mins of which he spent only 65 mins. During these 65 mins as well, he was constantly on his phone on MS Teams talking to his employers. He made no attempt to suggest any poses or make any small talk which would help with more candid pics. Owing to this, the pics have come out bad as well. I did not get any value for the buck and would never recommend this service to anyone!

Highly recommend! Stunning photographs, amazing experience. Tour operator is really easy to communicate with. They listen to your requirements so the photo session is tailored to your needs. The photographer was lovely. Very engaging. Yes, it is pricey but trust me you are paying for a top experience and fabulous once in a lifetime memories!

Amazing experience, didn’t think this was for me but really enjoyed my day. Got to see so many hidden gems while making memories with with my fiancé. Great professional service and have photos that will always be cherished. Would definitely recommend for anyone.

Awesome photoshooting with a great photographer

We booked a shooting online on GetYourGuide for our honeymoon back in may this year. We got the package for the time of one and a half hour at two different spots in Dubai. After we booked the package, we got contacted by a photographer via WhatsApp. Because we wanted a sundowner shooting in the afternoon respectively in the evening he gave our tele-phone number to Kathir, who directly wrote us regarding the meeting time and to talk about the two spots where we want the shooting. He helped us to find two brilliant spots, which fits in time and fulfills all our wishes. On the day of the photo shooting we met at Souk Madinat Jumeirah. He said us some points that we should observe during the shooting and then it started. Kathir told us to be relaxed and spontaneously during the shooting to get the best photos. And what should we say… The photos are beautiful. Kathir tooks a lot of time and fulfills all our wishes during the shooting. In our package we booked 40 edited photos. We got the edited photos very fast and we are very happy about them. Kathir responded to all requests and put a lot off effort into the work. All in all we are very satisfied with the kind of photos and want to thank Kathir for his great job and the great day.

Not the most communicative

We communicated often with the photographer prior to our trip to Dubai - we shared that we wanted to have 3-4 outfit changes, along with the specific locations we wanted shoots at (Miracle Gardens, Dubai Frame, Burj Al Arab and the Souk Madinat) - these selections were made nearly a month prior to our trip. Yet the photographer didn't seem to have any plan for poses or locations within our choices. He was uncommunicative and lacked any professional interaction. After about 20 minutes, we recognized this and had to step in ourselves to drive the poses and decision-making. He barely spoke any English and when he did speak you could barely make out anything he was saying - it was truly a struggle. Thankfully the photos came out good, but honestly, if it wasn't for us taking over the shoot, I can only imagine what would have happened. Our recommendation - if you don't speak Arabic AND know exactly where and what poses you want, this is NOT the photographer for you. He needs alot of polish and more training on customer service and interaction.

Anniversary Photoshoot in Dubai

We did our 27th Anniversary Photoshoot at one of the 5 stars hotel in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The photographer is friendly and knows the surroundings. The photoshoot was smooth. The pictures are beautiful. Communication was great. Every emailed being answered promptly from the start till the end.
