Smooth and Efficient Ride from DBX to Hotel in Business Bay

As soon as I landed in Dubai (DBX), I received a WhatsApp message from Muhmmad welcoming me to Dubai and letting me know that he was ready for me. The airport was extremely crowded when our plane landed just after midnight. Getting through immigration took around 45 minutes. Muhmmad checked in on me every 15 minutes or so and sent me a photo of exactly where he was standing in the arrivals hall. I met him once I got my luggage. It turns out that he was the coordinator for drivers. After a 5 minute wait with him, he escorted me and two others to the car park and we each got into our separate cars. My driver was very pleasant and there were no issues at all in getting to my hotel. Side note -- the Uber waiting area was a big mess and I am glad that I did not plan to use Uber. I never saw the taxi line so I can not comment on that option. If I were to visit Dubai again, I would use this service.

Disappointed

Couldn’t modify pickup time and our flight got cancelled from Paris to Dubai. We were put on another flight. We contacted the tour provider and they advised we couldn’t change our pickup time because we were arriving a few hours later.

Great car service from airport

Great car service. Our flight was delayed and we had some minor difficulties navigating the airport but our driver was very patient with us and we easily found where we needed to be and didn’t wait more than maybe 5-10 minutes. We already booked to use them as our return service back to the airport when we are leaving. Would definitely recommend if you don’t want the headache of dealing with things last minute

Airport Pickup

All good. There was a coordinator with our name sign waiting outside of baggage claim. He escorted us to our driver in the parking garage who took us directly to our hotel.

The bookings is good. The communication is good, both booking period and prior pick up time. The driver was not given information properly on the hotel to drop me off, if I did not ask before we took off, I would've been dropped off at the wrong hotel. I do not like that lack of information from the main booking source. The driver has to call to resolve the issue. The driver was friendly and service was great 👍

Terrible airport to hotel transfer experience...

Terrible experience. No coordination between employees whatsoever at all. Pick-up agent was hostile and driver was lost and did not know where to pick me up and had no idea how to get to my hotel and took me to the wrong hotel. Not a reliable service unfortunately...

Difficult to find meeting place at airport. Left waiting and not explained what was going on. Mini van only had hot bottled water

Terrible airport to hotel transfer experience...

Greeter upon arrival could not be located. Greeter and driver could not connect well to coordinate my transfer to the vehicle and left me outside for 30 minutes while trying to locate each other. No offer to assist with luggage and once I got to the vehicle the driver took me to the wrong hotel then asked me if I knew how to get to the correct hotel because he did not know how to use the application, maps etc. All in all a terrible, chaotic experience and not worth the money I paid especially after travelling for nearly 16 hours to get to Dubai.

On time pick up

Driver arrived on time and was very courteous. We arrived to the airport with plenty of time to get checked in and to our gate for departure.

Transport was waiting and communicated well. It was smooth and efficient. Great experience after a long flight.

You will get a shuttle van not a sedan

When we arrived we were promptly met by a representative after we picked up our bags. We were told to wait for 5 minutes while he located a driver. After 5 minutes he returned another representative who walked us outside to be picked up by a driver. After a couple of minutes our driver arrived. On our reservation it shows a black shiny sedan. The wording in the description says that the vehicle is a sedan. We were delivered to the hotel in a white shuttle van. If you advertise with a nice sedan on your site and say it will be a sedan naturally that is what I expect. If I wanted to rent a shuttle van I would have searched for shuttle van services. The driver was very friendly and got us to our destination of choice. At least this company delivered on that. I reached out to this company yesterday with no response. I also reached out to Viator. They said they reached out to the company as well and they too are waiting on a response.

I didn’t have a good experience

I did not have a good experience with this company. I asked to be picked up an hour early but because It was in the 24 hour time period They cannot accommodate me and I was going to lose my ride on the plane so I had to find another way.

Don’t Plan On A Town Car- it’s a Van!

Disgusting driver hygiene

The driver stunk so bad. We got in the car and had to try and not throw up on the way to the airport. I am disgusted.

Paid and got no service

Missed my flight on the 10th soon as I found out I told them and was rebooked for the 11th same times and they couldn’t accommodate that saying their policy so I basically paid for no service. Won’t use again

Easy, fast, comfortable ride from DXB to hotel

Everything about this set up was great. We arrived and they had our name on a sign so it was easy to find the contact person. We had to wait a bit (maybe 15 minutes?) to get to our actual car but I think it was a very busy time when we arrived. The car was clean and cool which was essential for Dubai in June. We just booked a regular sedan I believe and we had a van instead so the ride was very spacious for just two people. The ride was smooth to the hotel.

Took their transfer before in Barcelona and had a great experience. This time around I tried out their service in Dubai. I often go to Dubai for business and each time it is always a hassle trying to find my transfer. With Transferz a host was waiting for me to pick me up and take me to the vehicle! Transfert non assure

Nous avons demande à deplacer notre transfert le lendemain car nous avons manque notre vol. J ai eu le chauffeur au telephone pour reporter au lendemain. Il m a demande de l appeler le lendemain pour confirmer notre arrivée. Ce que j ai fait. Malheureusement, le chauffeur n est jamais et le transfert a ete facture. Nous avons du repayer un taxi. Nous demandons alors le remboursement du transfert. Merci de faire le necessaire.
