Outstanding tour

We had a superb cruise experience. The crew on board was incredibly helpful and made the trip one of my favorite experiences in Dubai. I enjoyed every single minute of it, especially the evening yacht sail which had a fantastic vibe. The food served on the yacht was delicious, and the staff's hospitality was truly excellent. Strongly recommend

We decided to book a luxury yacht cruise to celebrate my wife's birthday, making it our first experience enjoying ourselves together on a yacht. The crew on board was absolutely phenomenal, providing us with exceptional service throughout the journey. Before setting sail, they gave us a detailed briefing, and even the guide took some wonderful pictures of us during the cruise. The music played on the yacht was terrific, creating a delightful atmosphere. We were conveniently picked up at the iconic Burj Al Arab and later dropped off at Dubai Marina, making the entire experience even more convenient and enjoyable.

Unforgettable tour

We booked a luxury yacht cruise with a renowned company in the Top 10. It was our first tour together as a couple in Dubai, and we were pleased to find the cruise to be exceptionally clean and tidy. The captain displayed a high level of professionalism, and the crew members were extremely helpful throughout the journey. They even took numerous pictures of us in picturesque locations, which greatly delighted my wife.

Luxury Yacht Review

The Yacht crew were wonderful .They were very nice and took great picture of us during the cruise .The biggest disappointment was we were given the wrong meeting point and there was no designated booth for the company .We were instructed by Viator to meet in front of the Spinners but the meeting point was on the other side of the Marina ..An accurate meeting point should be given- the heat was intense and we have to book a taxi for the meeting point and did a long walk in the intense heat .

Not worth the money

We had booked for 5-7pm but it was changed to 2-4. The route included Atlantis but we were not taken there.

Amazing

It was so fun i wished i had booked for longer. The marina looked amazing and the private yatch gave us lots of privacy

Worth the money

The captain and his deckhand was amazing. They decorated the boat for me for my birthday and had a birthday cake and the cake was delicious. It was only 3 of us but the boat could definitely accommodate a lot more. The boat was clean and spacious. They made sure to cruise by all the great photo op spots and even took pics of us. They were extremely kind, professional and sweet. When we come back we are going to book with them again.

Would highly recommend!

The company contacted us in advance with timings and locations. The yacht was stunning. The captain was friendly and professional, his helper ensured we had cold drinks and took lots of photos for us. We went up as far as the Atlantis and then moved somewhere where we could have a little swim. They had a large speaker which we played our music through. We had such a fun time we didn’t want it to end! Only one issue which was no towels provided despite the confirmation saying we’d have them. Would highly recommend (but take your own towels!). There’s a shop called the Spinneys at the Marina where you can grab wraps, drinks, fruit etc if needed before or after the trip.

They were 15 minutes late...

They were 15 minutes late picking us up for the Yacht ride. Once on the yacht it was a beautiful and a nice ride. We were just cut short our time we paid for. Tried calling and they wouldn’t answer the phone the last time we called.

Great activity

Great activity. The boat was nice and clean and the crew were amazing. We loved and enjoyed the cruising. We booked jetski ride as an add-ons. That made our trip more adventurous!

good ship captain and crew

The ship captain and the crew were very helpful , polite and supportive . The staff gave us information about each and every skyscraper . They also have good photography skills .

Great staff

We were a group of 6 people. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable , polite and calm . We played our own music and some great food was served as we pre ordered . We were allowed to jump off the yacht and also enjoyed swimming. Tall buildings and speedy boats were a treat to watch.

Yacht experience

It was our first ever yacht experience and we are happy that we experienced it in dubai. The yacht was neat and clean the guide served us some refreshments and the blue water of dubai city was very refreshing to watch. the trip was around dubai marina and atlantis. we just loved it .I hope we will do this again soon.

Superb View of Atlantis and Burj Al Arab

The sunset time is very busy. Our original booking was not available . We were told to adjust our timing before sunset. We don’t want to miss the cruise itself so it was fine. We enjoyed the trip and able to see and admire the famous and iconic hotels with the day light. Good thing because the photos came out perfect with the day light! Very nice boat and Great service!

Birthday celebration

My 3rd visit in Dubai but first time with the yacht tour! Guess what, I’ve been doing my tours with this company from my first visit! Excellent service. They exceed expectations. I’m impressed with my Luxury Yacht tour ( celebrated my birthday with complete decorations ) very nice and helpful crew . I’m a happy customer and will come back again with them

Superb sunset views

Brilliant tour of the marina, Atlantis and Burj Al Arab. You can see these views fast in a little more than an hour.. Our yacht captain is very experienced and professional. Great ride in the water and had stopped near the famous landmarks for some photo ops.. The trip was really fun and definitely worth it. Book the sunset time!! Minimum 3 hours.

Amazing 3 hours cruising

The best time to watch the sunset is through the sea aboard the yacht. We enjoyed the trip. Boat was spacious and clean. The service was excellent and the staff are kind and friendly. They made sure we are taken cared. Always ready to assist.

Wonderful experience

Wonderful experience at the sea. A must-do while visiting Dubai. We booked for the morning trip and enjoyed the breezy cooling weather. The best views can be seen along the sun rays. This is the best weather while cruising. The warmth of the sun rays is subtle and not too hot on the skin. With an awesome crew and professional captain.. The trip was just perfect! Will definitely recommend it to everyone visiting dubai.

Birthday party at the yacht

Great day spent on the yacht celebrating my wife birthday. We opted for upgrade on the BBQ grill and crew service included. we brought our food and they cooked it for us!! Highly recommended

Luxury yacht tour with friends

It was a great experience of Private Luxury Yacht Cruising along Dubai Marina, Atlantis and Burj Al Arab, but unfortunately weather was too warm at 42 degrees. The team was great and refreshingly cool providing us water and refreshments. The view was great, the boat was fun, departure was punctual. Great views, great experience. Totally worth it. Recommended!

Nice intro into the city

One hour tour and nice way to get an introduction to the city on the water. Yacht was older but great and served our purpose of being on the deck, listening to jams and enjoying the views with family. There were 8 of us. The crew was courteous and kept the refreshments coming to keep us cool in the heat. We did not see many of the landmarks I was hoping to see, but all in all it was great to be out!

Amazing get away

Its the best time of the season to do this trip. Sunny but cool weather and we really enjoyed it. The amazing view of Dubai Marina, Blue Waters Island and the Atlantis is superb!!!!

It was the best experience we had in dubai . It was a perfect tour on a private luxury yacht in Dubai Marina. the view of Dubai Marina from the yacht was very astonishing. Every member of the staff was very helpful and nice and took some great photos of us. Lovely weather and Music on board was great. I would do it again. Highly recommend.

Private Yacht Luxury Cruising in Dubai is a must do. We booked 2 days prior to our arrival and there was issue. We managed to get availability on our desired time. The staff was quite helpful and accommodating, we changed the timing twice and glad that they did it. Always reconfirmed your tour and cruise timing with them to avoid disappointment specially for last minute booking. My recommendation for this trip and company 10/10. Cheers!

BE CAREFUL AT THE CHECKOUT!!!!

Catamaran cruise in the Exumas Islands, from January 27 to February 4, 2024, with Dream Yacht Charter. Everything went correctly. Where the downside hurts is in the use of the famous “on-board box”. We were 12 friends who had each been asked for €290 for this “jackpot”. The amount is therefore approaching €3,500!! We petted two sharks (10USD/pax) and swam in a natural aquarium (the sign said 12USD/swimmer). We bought bags of ice cubes twice and slept at the dock in a semblance of a port one night due to the weather... Add it up... we are very far from €3,500!!! And there, both Dream Yacht and the agency we went through (Globesailor)....RADIO SILENCE!! For almost 3 months since we returned, no one, despite our emails and other telephone conversations, has been able to explain to us the use of this on-board crate. We were told that the Aix en Provence office of Dream Yacht was asking the Nassau branch to get us an answer....we were kindly "led"! I forgot....on the way back DYC just demanded a tip for the skipper and the cook. They suggested that a tip of 15% of the cruise amount was appropriate!!! After negotiation, we managed to ONLY pay 150USD/pax, or 1800 dollars tip!!! You will have understood that for our future trips at sea (we are fans of this catamaran concept), we will without hesitation turn to the competition!!
