Very bad experience

The worst experience ever and do not recommend for anyone. Do not fall for the AD details nothing is accual. VIP package drive from home to the place was OK and OK time even driver all the time on his phone and notnproperly focusing. Then you reach the second location and as advertise it should be a 30 min ride Nothing barely 5 min in a very bad way of driving and experience Then you reach the camp No sand boarding as promised only 1 PC of wood with 100 people around Camel ride is 1 min based on VIP package any additional u need to pay.more. Then you go to choose your place to sit Surprise surprise they made small area for everyone and telling you on certain time u can stand and go by line to eat and all sitting together nothing as mentioned in AD Or you can choose vip table that will cost you even way more then your ticket. And when you raide a complain on spot to their director Ibrar his respond yes that's it. So hope everyone can see this review and be careful of this company services

Not the best

I wouldn’t recommend taking this tour as there are better options out there. I want to start of by saying our tour operator was a lovely man, he was kind and welcoming. He helped us as much as he could. My issue is not with the tour guide but rather with how the tour works. First of all, it doesn’t match the description. It stated we would have 30 min dune bashing but it was just for 5 mins. It also says sand boarding but this wasn’t available when we got there. Also, we were supposed to be picked up at 2:30, but we were picked at 3. He then had another pick up, meaning we got to the safari at 5:15pm. The departure time from the safari is 7:45. Now you can just imagine how rushed it would be to complete pictures and ect in 2 hours. Also, camel ride was mentioned but it was not a ride. The camel just walks in a small circle for 2 minutes. If you want a 10 minute ride it costs 10aed per person. Also, you need to pay extra for quad bikes which is 50aed per person. In my opinion don’t fall for the description or price. Yes it’s very cheap, but don’t expect much at all. I will say the guide was nice so i don’t blame him but If i come to safari again pick a different camp and company for a little bit more money.

Really wonderful experience visiting desert for the first time! Ali is a great guide and really shows a strong willingness to support us. The dune dashing is thrilling.🥶 but that’s fine! Cuz we love excitement:)

Value for Money Delivered Perfectly

The service is simply superb. I contacted their whatsapp number at 2.00AM in the morning not expecting a reply, guess what? Someone was there manning the Whatsapp interaction. I arranged everything via whatsapp and these guys came to pick me up from Sharjah at exactly the time they promised. Also, I didn't even pay for advance, I came to pay when I was picked, just incredible. So I took their AED 200 and I can say that I really enjoyed the entire experience. The sand dune bashing was simply exhilarating and fun of coz, the quad ride was on point, the evening show and food simply great. Totally worth the money, I would say cheap actually. One thing to remember, the basic package does not give you the option to ride a big 350cc quad on the outside, this costed me aed 70 more (didn't mind). Also during the show there is a VIP option for extra aed 50, also didn't mind. Overall, these guys are great! Give them a shot to have an experience you won't forget.

Firstly, we were picked up right from our house which was really convenient as we didn't have to go to any specific location to be picked up. Furthermore, the dune dashing was amazing and thrilling as we also stopped in the middle of the desert to take pictures with a beautiful sunset view. And at all times we were taking our own time without the tour guide hurrying us up. Later on we went to the camp where we ate amazing food while watching multiple activities done by the camp such as belly dancing, fire show, traditional dances and shi sha. Over all the experience was great and we had a lot of fun.

We enjoyed our dessert safari today Nov 14 in Dubai Faqah area. -I can grade Al Jarf yours 10/10, especilally our driver Rizwan, very professional, on time, accommodating, good driver on dessert safari. Most importantly we enjoyed hassle free pick and drop off in our house in Al Ain City. We are group of 7 with my 19 months old baby and all of us enjoyed this very one of a lifetime experience of desert safari. We highly recommend Al jarf tours and our driver Rizwan.

We really thought this is unreal to have all covered for the price we paid. But that’s they proved us wrong. we started our Journey sharply at 2pm and our guide Rizwan what a remarkable adventure we had with his hospitality. He ensured all our needs are taken care such a humble honest soul He is. To ice on the cake his driving skills at safari while sliding and gliding down the dunes stunned us. The hospitality at Camp is 10star everything was perfect the food the ambience everything. We would definitely make our return trip to Desert with Rizwan.

We had book evening desert safari with al jafr tour and our guide was Mr. Saad. We had a good time, service provided by Mr Saad eas good including pickup drop, safari etc. I would recommend to go for VIP arrangement in order to enhance your experience.
