Tour was amazing. I really enjoyed the boat ride! Rizwan was the tour guide and he was great. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone that visits Dubai.

Kinda Rushed but Great

It says it in the title. I didn’t mind the rush because it was soooo hot. Rizwan our tour guide was great.

Visitors being taken to specific locations and pressured to make a purchase

The trip started out well until we were told that we will be visiting a museum. When we arrived at the museum we were ushered into a room and told about hand made mats and were pressured to make a purchase. I did not make a purchase. The trip continued and again we were told that we will be visiting the center of a market. There we were taken into a specific stall and pressured to purchase spices. I feel that this was pre-arranged. There are other good tours so I will not recommend this tour.

Definitely Recommend

I was a little nervous traveling solo but our host Rifky did such a great job explaining what’s next and how long we will be at each place/stop. I recommend Grayline tours if you are touring around the Emirates.

Good tour all round

Really good tour, variety of places to see. The bus audio was clear, and did not get out of sync with the tour. We arrived late due to our flight but were able to meet the tour at the second stop, they were very flexible about this.

Very knowledgeable guide, Living in Dubai over 15 years.. Showed lots of sites in just 4 hours. Not too much and not too little time …just right. Definitly worth every penny!

Traditional Tour

A lot of driving past things which is ok. When we did stop it was to particular businesses to hear a sales pitch, not quite what I expected. The tour guide was very friendly & helpful. The air conditioning on the bus was poor.

Good and safe experiences for tourists to tour Dubai

Generally, quite well coordinated. But the communication is a little weak. I had to initiate a call and find out the time of pick up. It should be the other way around. They brought us to a couple of their designated merchants-friends so have to visit their recommended merchants, eg Hand crafted rugs and spice shop. These kinds of activities are to help them make commissions and businesses.

Great Value

Nice experience seeing more of old Dubai. Would love more time at the gold and spice souks. Be prepared to haggle and know the conversion rate. Don’t be like me and pay $100 usd for tea lol.

Viator Dubai Aladdin Tour. Souks, Creek, Old Dubai and Tastings (Small-Group)

Our group was lead by a very intelligent, smart and erudite guide, named Mohamed M. His gestures were very nice and refined. It was a pleasure to actually see this man. What he decided to tell us, was much more interesting than a plug in cell phone type of guide. His store friends had a very nice disposition, and if you decide to buy where he shows spices and such, great quality awaits, he also encourages bartering and tells you how. Mohamed told us about love relationships as well. And much more.

Art museum was selling could not go in mosque boat trip okay bus rubbish and late setting off not long enough at souk

The guide has no patience! gross ;( I had a bad experience because of it. I don't recommend it.He couldn't explain anything and looked very stressed.

Best tour of old dubai

Everything was amazing, the driver was super cool and very great. A big thankful to the driver. The beat part was the art Muslim experience

Gray Line Tours - worth the money

Gray Line Tours have great buses, very clean modern an comfy. They have multi-languae audio guides of the locations and ite was very well organised. For the half day tour, would have liked to seen alittle more of the old town. Nabeel and Mahir out driver and guides very very accomodating and good hosts.

Dubai traditional tour

.it was so quick, and I don’t like they drive you to certain business to buy, you can take advantage of the sightseen instead going to a only place to buy.

It was a very interesting tour! The guide was prepared and explained everything carefully! The only problem was the rain, but about this, no one can do nothing!

Traditional trip of Dubai

A worthwhile trip to see the real Dubai away from the tower blocks . A couple of uneccessary stops such as Jumerai beach which was just a building site full of tourists and also a stop to a traditional carpet shop . Apart from that really interesting

Worth doing

Worthwhile for an overview of Dubai, especially if you are pushed for time. Particularly enjoyed the Abra crossing. Unfortunately our experience was spoilt by 3 loud & obnoxious ladies? from the US who did not seem interested in the commentary. When I asked them to tone it down I was accused of being rude. This is no reflection on the tour operator.

Dubai Traditional city tour from Dubai

Spent over an hour after being picked up from hotel in a bus stop waiting for others to join so the tour could start. Not enough time at museum (we were allocated 30 minutes) to appreciate all the exhibits, visit gift shop. Good boat ride and tour of the gold and spice souks though and recorded information on bus was very informative.

Value for money

Overall the tour is satisfactory. Our guide Malik is a nice, knowledgeable and considerable guy. He managed the tour professionally, took nice pictures for everyone and gave a joyful memory about Dubai. We were took to the must-go attractions for nice photo shooting. Times was given to several places such as museum, water taxi, hold and herbs market, etc. I recommend this tour as a starter for everyone as a starter to explore Dubai.

Great tour especially the old part of town- the souks (even though we got ripped off). Very informative tour.

A Standard, Reliable Tour with Canned Audio

Gray Line is reliable, and this was no exception - they were flexible with us when flight delays cause a schedule change, and they delivered what they promised. However, the need to cover a large family of languages caused them to use pre-recorded audio on the city tours, and that's always less enjoyable than a good live guide. They also struggled a bit with time management, leading to our tour ending about an hour later than scheduled.

Visit tour

the visit was interesting but the visit of the museum is actually a time where we are gathered in a room to buy articles made in china ... it was not very pleasant

super to do that,its a short ride but fun, costs 25 Dirham

we only did crossing the water, but that was fun. when you have a safe driver of that boat, what we did not had, he pussed almost people out of an other boat... that the people bother you so much to buy, is bad, and they don´t understand that you are buying then less, because you cannot stop or look, they constant disturb and annoy you.

Dubai 2018

The overall trip was great. I would have preferred less travel time on the bus getting from one location to another along with a couple of free days to do whatever. However, our tour guide Ayaz Ahmed was one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was very knowledgeable of the country's culture and no question was off limits. He was patient and very flexible and always making sure we got the best of Dubai. I recommend him highly! YLS

<p>Was picked up at hotel as described and tour finished at Dubai Mall. Tour itself went to all areas as described for very short stops 10- 20 minutes so I felt very rushed and wished I had more time at some of the stops. Bus was advertised as having wifi but driver stated that there was no wifi Over their data limit or something like that. The price for the half day tour is very reasonable and cheaper that hop on/off bus. Would have liked to spend more time at souks and Dubai museum.</p>

Fazination Dubai

Wir waren mit dubai-privat.de unterwegs, begleitet hat uns Marion, Dubai ist eine fazinierende Stadt, die uns Marion sehr nahe gebracht hat.

Anders als beschrieben!

Na ja, so wie beschrieben ist es nicht. Weder Museumsbesuch noch Besuch in der Moschee. Stattdessen Verkaufszahlen bei einem angeblichen Händler von „wertvollen“ Wandteppichen und krimsgkrams. Alles in allem fanden wir es eher enttäuschend.

un tour de bus dans dubai, avec arrêts photos aux points less plus connus. cela permet de voir ce que l'on veut revenir visiter. guide agréable.

Décevant

La visite comprend de nombreux points d'intérêt, mais la visite se déroule au pas de course. Le commentaire en français qui est une bande enregistrée dans un casque audio est très pauvre en comparaison avec la richesse des explications du guide en anglais.

UN BUEN TOUR PERO DEMASIADO COMERCIAL

El tour estuvo bien, bien explicado y la parte que se visita vale la pena, pero nos trajeron a sitios para que los turistas compraran, como sitios preparados para comprar arte o a los bazares en la zona de las especies y perfumes que ellos se conocían bien. Después no tuvimos mucho tiempo libre para pasear, comprar y regatear y volvimos al día siguiente al nuestro aire.

Bellissima esperienza. Dubai è magnifica . Il tour è ben organizzato con un pranzo compreso ottimo in un bellissimo locale caratteristico sotto il burj khalifa. La guida Rifky Mohamed bravissimo e professionale. Un riferimento di qualità.

Muito bom!

O ônibus do tour é confortável e possui tradutor (fone de ouvido) para português e outras línguas. O guia é super animado e solícito. Eu realizei o tour de meio dia, pelo preço eu esperava menos. Foi bem legal! É interessante pegar o de meio dia e ficar passeando pela região do Duabi mall (maior shopping do mundo), com as fontes, city walk, burj khalifa. O ponto que menos gostamos foi o souk de ouro, os demais foram ótimos. Algo para se atentar: eles costumam passar antes do horário programado, por isso é bom estar pelo menos com meia hora de antecedência no local marcado.

Jämför man med allt annat i Dubai så var detta en billig aktivitet. Upphämtade på hotellet och sen 4-5 timmars tur. Sämst var stoppet där man fick kolla på mattor och annat krimskrams. Bäst var stoppet vid burj al arab samt turen över floden till gamla delen. Kul att se en helt annan sida av dubai. Vi blev sedan avsläppta vid dubai mall vilket vi inte hade koll på med det gjorde inget. Mkt trevlig och tydlig guide.

Il Tour della città di Dubai per chi visita per la prima volta la città è assolutamente da fare...esperienza molto bella per adulti e bambini...riesci a vedere in poco tempo molte cose e visiti posti dove sicuramente da solo non ti capiterà di andare...vedi mercatini tipici...giro in barca...visita piccolo museo tipico...se poi becchi la guida giusta...è tutto molto più facile...Malik Freelancer Guide TOP...!!!

Evitatela!!!

Abbiamo acquistato il tour per la visita alla città di Dubai per il giorno 05.12.2018 alle ore 14:30. La durata prevista del tour era di 4 ore ed invece dopo circa 2 ore il tour era terminato. Poco dopo l'inizio del tour la "guida" ci avverte che non verremo riportati all'hotel ma che il giro terminerà al Mall of the Emirates. Al chè tiriamo fuori il nostro voucher in cui cui c'era scritto esattamente il contrario. E cosi inizia uno sfiancante tira e molla con tanto di chiamata alla mia agenzia viaggi ed al loro responsabile. Quando tutto sembra sistemato e quindi possiamo finalmente goderci il tour, ci sentiamo rispondere dalla "guida" che se paghiamo l'autista forse verremo riportati all'hotel... ma stiamo scherzando??? E dai che ricomincia il tira e molla, insomma alla fine delle 2 ore oltre ad aver ascoltato pochissimo l'audioguida ci siamo pure sentiti sbeffeggiati dall'autista che al momento della discesa dal bus ci ha detto: "this is a beautiful place, take a picture and buy. Go, go"
