Good experience

The tour was pretty good, we were rushed at times so we didn’t have enough time to really enjoy the location we were at and the traffic didn’t help either. Overall it was ok, our tour guide was nice.

Well worth the money

It was a long day but well worth the wait. The tour guide was very helpful. He told us alot about the history of Dubai. And showed us around the best part was the cruise. I felt so small on the boat with all the buildings been so big.

Everything I expected and more.

Everything I expected and more. I have never come across more Guiness world records in one place, records for the tallest, biggest, longest, highest etc .... It's not the cheapest place to visit but it was breath-taking at times . Everyone was so friendly, it is beautifully clean and there is so much to do.

Recommended for female solo traveler

Mr. Sulaiman was a very professional and passionate tour guide, kudos for him who went out looked for me when I was lost in the souk. However, just like any other excursion, you won't have time to explore and experience, with so many places to visit you'll only have few minutes to take pictures then off to the next destination. Additional comment for Burj Khalifa, it's a trap: crazy 1hr+ queue to get in, in the end you only have like 10 minutes at the top then need to another hour queue back to get the lift down. Glad that Mr. Sulaiman and the rest are patiently waiting for us.

Very enjoyable

The Burj Kalif, the marina cruise were very memorable. Our tour guide Rabie Moftah was great, especially since we had multi lingual group. He did a masterful job communicating with the whole group. He was very organized with all the events we participated in. Wonderful tour, enjoyed it very much

They changed the time at last minute- queues were awful and when I rang re time change they argued with me to say I had agreed

Lots of walking but worth it

Timimoun was a great guide. Super helpful and made sure to give us the best experience possible. Truly a delight.

What a beautiful place to be

Great vfm

Loved the glass floor at top of Burj Khalifa, the Armani hotel was lovely (do wear shoes and smnartish). The boat trip around the marina was gob smacking. Really good value for money, the guide took us into the mall through fashion avenue, again all little extras

Dubai Top 5

This was a great trip to see the highlights of Dubai. We felt the time spent at each place was enough. We particularly enjoyed the buffet dinner at the Armani hotel which was amazing. The tour ended with the highlight for us which was the Burj Khalifa.

Too much crammed into short time frame.

The tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. However, there was entirely too much packed into one day and the guide had to try to keep to the schedule. This tour would be better if the cruise was eliminated and more time was given to explore the Burj Khalifa.

Dubai Iconic Sights

This was a great tour but the end was a bit rushed. This tour needs to start at least 1-2 hours early to fit everything with enough time. Our tour guide was amazing. He tried his best to get us enough time but due to peak hour traffic, dinner, Burj Khalifa got delayed. The line to get inside Burj Khalifa was extremely long. We waited over 20 minutes to get in. The line to get back down was worse!! Not very organised. Took over 40 mins. But our amazing guide was patiently waiting to get us back to the hotel. Despite the delays, it was an incredible day.

Enjoyed every minute

From start of tour to the end it was amazing. Our host was brilliant. Cnt remember his name .Very friendly and always answered our questions. My favourite attraction was the fountain. It was class!! Would highly recommend. So handy pick up and drop off with air con and water. What else would you want. Good value for money.

Good tour

The Tour is good. For Burj Khalifa time given for 1 hour was not sufficient. The Vechicle is nice. The Marina tour is ok.

Trying to rip off at every stroke

I paid 360 AED €100 for a game with my son for an hour. 1. It was for two hours for a booth. 2. They charged us or tried to charge us a membership for an extra €5 - eventually turned out I was a member but we both had to play off the same name which ruined it. 3. Then when it came to paying the bill…. They tried to charge 180 AED me too much…. Service staff excellent. Managers awful…. No notion of understanding the client…. My protest …. I’ll never be back! I don’t mind paying but stealth charges and over charges and managers paying their third party payment apps…. Dreadful. I’m the last year I had 85 staff attend Top Golf AED 15k - plus food say goodbye to that. Bye bye

Excellent excursion . Amazing view at the Marina during the boat cruise , a wonderful dinner at Armani Restaurant with Dubai fountain view Highly Recommend

Not exciting

Very disappointing. The itinerary was not kept partly because of other participants and the tour guide being too soft. Since we did not take the meal because we already booked for a special meal with friends, we missed it. No itinerary for those who choose not to take the dinner option. We arrived back to our hotel late. I must admit the tour guide was very informative regarding the history of Dubai. However, other aspect of the tour was so disjointed. The boat we got in had broken chairs, shanty tables and needs a lot of refurbishment. Surprisingly, some of the attractions we visited were out of bounds for us. On the whole, it is not one of my favourite and probably will not be using the service again. I wish the tour operator could make the necessary positive changes inorder to make these admissions a memorable experience for all.

Unforgettable Tour

Tour is really valuable to visit all top attraction with informative local guide , and best part was the Dinner at Armani restaurant, it was amazing 😍

Rushed

The idea was great but it felt very rushed. Wouldn't recommend it. Not enough time at each of attraction

Disappointing ..confusing and rushed.

The booking system was confusing and Even though we thought we had booked dinner apparently it wasn’t included in our ticket . The tour was badly organised and and it turned out to be a very arduous day …not enjoyable especially for the cost of the tickets.

Poor planning poor execution interesting afternoon

bloody poor to be honest, collection from my hotel was 45 minutes late and wasn't the bus that was orgabised but they sent a taxi to collect me because I was too far away. Got to the drop off point and waited in the taxi for a further 20 mins only to get on a bus with a French group so basically I spent the entire afternoon listening to the French speaking guide. Guide did speak English as well but I felt I got 10% of the translation. Guide did have good knowledge of Dubai. Also Burj Kalifa experience was overpriced and during peak for best views which blew out the end time of the tour. I got my own taxi home ( no one offered to pay for it for me)

great tour

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and kind. Nice and clean van. Visited all the top attractions in a couple of hours, with time for pics and to explore.

SCAM!!! SCAM!!!

This has to be the biggest scam we encountered while staying in Dubai. First, we got picked up in a rundown van, old, stinky, and were late. Then they drove around the city picking up more guests. Firs they dropped us off in from of Atlantis, we crossed the street, and met the van on the other side of the street 2 minutes later. This is not a joke nor an exaggeration, how is this called an attraction? 2nd stop, Dubai Marina. We were loaded on this old boat, went through the marina and back. Boring. Then we were taken to a mall, it wasn't bad but only 20 minutes to explore. Then dinner at the buffet. Nothing special, we had to pay for our soft drinks. This was the most uncomfortable dinner ever. But this is where we all agreed that this whole "Tour" was a scam. This was nothing like what they make it sound on the description. Then we were dropped off at the entrance of the Dubai mall, we had to walk across this huge mall to get to the Burj Khalifa. I don't understand why this was done since we were already inside the tower when we had dinner there. The tour guide got the tickets, we waited close to an hour to go to the observation floor; what a disappointment. Nothing special, just dirty glass, and a store. That was the end of the tour. We were so irritated because we wasted almost a whole day and we could have done other things instead of this. We paid $452 US for 2 people for this, a total scam. Don't make the same mistake we did. Spend your money somewhere else.

BAD experience.

Bottom-line : Bad experience... :( The tour guide was always in a rush, constantly talking on the phone with other people , etc. When he addressed to us, he spoke a few seconds in French, then a couple of seconds in English, then a couple of seconds in Spanish...It was so misleading and confusing .. On top of that, he did NOT stick to the schedule and we get less time than we paid for at the different stops. For instance, we were supposed to stop at the Burj al Arab hotel for 20 min... but he simply arbitrarily decided to skip that stop ! ( which, as said, was part of the itinerary ) Everything was rushed and POORLY coordinated. As said, we did NOT spend the time that was scheduled for the different stops.. we were always in a hurry and the whole experience was so stressful... Besides, his attitude , the way he conducted the tour, and his demeanor was unprofessional. My family and I felt so disappointed... :( This particular tour guide, needs to attend customer service training !

WORST ACTIVITY EVER

The tour provided false information. The tour guide picked up us with 40 minutes delay and he didn’t even apologize for being late.The bus used for transportation was unclean and smelled bad. We supposed to visit burj Alarab but we didn’t. We just saw the outside of the Atlantis resort for only one minute. The person didn’t even allow us to take a picture. We went to a buffet but the tour guide asked all the people to sit at the same table. We wanted to sit at more private table. I believe it is not wise to put all the people during pandemic at the same table. We requested a separate table but he said he reserved only one table for all, but during dinner time he sat at a private table. This tour is not really worth it. You can have a decent activities with less price. I never leave any comments or feedbacks but I would recommend people NOT TO TRUST these misleading informations, those are all for advertising nothing else!!

Dubai at Night

Best parts of this tour was the access to Burj Khalifa viewing deck on floor 125 & 124. The view was simply spectacular, especially the Birdseye view of the Dubai Fountain light show. Dinner @ Armani hotel was great with a good selection of fancy food and dessert to choose from. The Dubai canal cruise was good and offered some great picture taken points of some of Dubai”s eclectic architectural building design.

Pick another company unless you want to take a gamble of your vacation.

The tour was nice but everything promised was not delivered. Mostly the restaurant promised was not what was delivered. Major disappointment. The guide wasn't even aware of the change till the day he picked us up. Contacted the company and complained but they gave some bogus response. And going up the Burj Khalifa was an issue at the 2nd ticket station to go up the elevators we needed our passes but the guide had all our passes on his phone. So we had to standby till someone got him to then call someone to call the lady at the elevator to let us in. Waisted about 30 minutes waiting. Pick another company unless you want to take a gamble.

Dubai’s Amazing Tour

Amazing experience and very informal. The buffet dinner was delicious and so much to eat. Highly recommend if your looking to ride across the Atlantis and explore great places in Dubai

Dubai in a nut shell

Our tour guide Mohammed was awesome. Pleasantly surprised he was able to do the tour in perfect Spanish. Immediately made the group (we toured with 3 other ladies) feel like family. Shared lots of information about the history and culture of Dubai. Kept us on schedule. A day full of fun and info.

RIP OFF! Do not take this tour for the Armani Hotel dinner

I would like to start by saying this tour is a complete rip off. It clearly states that the dinner will be a buffet at Armani Hotel but we were taken to some weird Abd El Wahab restaurant where we were given food from a set menu! It makes no sense to pay over $450 for 2 people and not even get to dine at Armani hotel(as stated clearly in the itinerary). When we asked the tour guide Amir why we were being seated as that restaurant instead of Armani he said that Armani has been closed since Covid! Then why was the description and itinerary not updated by the company? Why were we mislead?? The tour guide Amir was super knowledgeable and nice. He offered to take pictures and was very entertaining throughout the trip. Overall this package is not worth the huge chunk of money!!!

Fun

This was pretty fun. I took my mom for the boat ride and didn't tell her about the fountains, it was a surprise. We had so much fun.

Great way to see top Highlights in luxury.

Fabulous afternoon cruise in the Marina and. Excellent dinner at the Armani. Great night views of Dubai from the Burg Khalifa. Wonderful host - thank you Assad (Mr Egypt).

Excellent tour

We had amazing experience during this tour, all was very well planned and organized, our guide was very good as well as the driver. The Marina cruise was fantastic and the dinner in the Armani hotel was the best buffet I have ever tried.

Abu Dhabi city tour with Ferrari World

My guide Zeeshan was excellent. Gave time for photography or additional time at sites. Only 3 people on the tour so very comfortable traveling in a minivan. Unfortunately, Formula Rosa at Ferrari World was undergoing maintenance and not open for riding. That ride was one of the reasons for choosing this tour.

Five languages spoken by our group

Our guide was able to manage all five different languages spoken in our small group of 10. We hit all the stops. The tour was 8 hours in total, tiring, but we took it all in. Definitely nice to see the five attractions in one tour, rather than have to book separately,

Dubai Top Five Attractions with dinner

Guide was knowledgeable, but whole experience was rushed. A quick photo stop at Palm.. then boat trip was ok but no commentary. Visited soul.. guide showed highlights but only there for 25 minutes and no independent time as advertised. Then to Armani Hotel where dinner was excellent, however we waited 20 minutes for guide to find out where we were going. Less than 90 minutes for dinner and buffet was seafood, so if you didn’t like it, then no option. Thursday are seafood every week!! 50 mins at Burj. Rushed to fountains and then given 50 mins in mall. The meeting point wasn’t near the vehicle. Good to see everything but needed more commentary and time as advertised.

Overall a very good tour with an excellent guide.

The tour was very much as described with on-time pick up, sites visited, and quality of the presentations. The only negative feature was the boat trip: the A/C was not working which made the hour almost unbearable. They should at least have given the option to passengers to remain on land for the hour. The guide, Acmed, was tri-lingual (Arabic, English, and German), knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The Armani buffet was excellent - not to be missed! I would recommend this tour, but the boat problem needs a plan B, if it happens again.

READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING

To start, I felt very bad for our guide who clearly had little control over the layout of the tour. The tour companies poor planning fell heavily onto him. To start, the phone number is disconnected and you are given virutally no information about pickup time. We called a few days ahead and luckily after many attempts were given a time of 3-3:30 pickup. We called the day prior and the day of to get a more exact time, and the number was disconnected. Somehow, we were picked up and while it was rather confusing, the guide trying to locate us, in a crowded lobby as we are at the concierge trying to lookup another company number, a very attentive bell hop noticed and came over to aks if we were the ones waiting for a tour. Once we made it onto the van, there were about 8 other passengers. The guide started telling us what we would be doing, and we all interjected claiming we had an entirely different itinerary. Things on this tour, were not on the one I booked as well as things I had booked, we apparently were not going to see. It was very misleading. Moreover, the group of 6 (3 couples) travelling together, had a completely different itinerary from us as well as the guide. So it seemed the tour group had many different tours listed, and then lumped them together. We began with a senseless photo stop at the Atlantis. I am not sure if it is just me, but I felt this was incredibly unnecessary left on the side of the road for 10 minutes to take photos of a hotel. We then went on a harbor cruise, which i will say, was nice. From there, we were to go to the Burj al Arab to see the 7 star hotel (according to my itinerary and tour details). However, the guide told us that was not part of the tour. Luckily, he did let us stop at the hotel gates for photos. Although, the security guard kicked us out. From there we went to a market which no one had any interest in going to as it was not on our itinerary, any of the versions. We stayed for 30 minutes, although we had no desire to be there, there was a much better view of the burj al arab and we did get nice photos. From there we went to dinner at the Armani hotel which was very good and we were able to watch the fountain shows. Our dinner was at 6:00. We stayed until 8:00. from there we were shuttled to a separate entrace into the burj khalifa which is in the mall. We were there at 8:15. Once we arrived, we were then told our tickets to the top were not until 10:30pm!!!!!!! so we were forced to wait in the mall for 2 hours. we happened to be very lucky in that the other group on our tour was perfectly lovely and we all had a nice time chatting and sitting while waiting. at 10:00 they were able to allow us up. We were given 90 minutes as we were told the lines to get up were long. Told we would leave at 11:30. We were able to go right to the top, spent about 20 minutes up there and came right down. It was 10:40. The guide had left us there and gave no one his number so again we were forced to wait 45+ minutes for his arrival. We later learned from a security guard that our tickets were at 10:30 because it is half price. However, for the cost of the tour, we should have been able to go right after the dinner. Bottom line, choose a different tour, or take a cab. Money NOT well spent.

Not a professional tour

Sorry , but not what i expected. First our driver that picked us up at our hotel must have been transporting camels before us. DIRTY AND SMELLY. Then we were taken to the bus transfer area and our driver was told he could not park there. Finally our tour guide showed up and said our driver was on the way. then we were crowded into a small van with 4 other adults and a baby. turns out this was our tour. The guide sits in the front seat and talks in German and English. our tour went as expected until Finally we went to Burj Khalifa. We waited in line forever. Other organised tours were allowed to pass us in line, but we were not. In fact our tour guide left us on our own. I guess he went home. By then , it was about 10 pm. We went home and never saw the elevator , much lees the top observation deck.

the most expensive yet worst city tour that we have ever had

Our guide Ahmed was right on time , pleasant and informative but the tour itself I thought pretty disastrous. Far too much time spent stuck in the car and not enough time to enjoy the experience. The boat ride in Marina was pleasant, the food at the Armani Hotel nice but the lengthy wait of nearly an hour to get up the tower was awful. For nearly 650.00 Aussie $ for two there is no way I can recommend this to anyone. I suggest you take a cab to Burj Khalifa and have a stroll around the really nice area there and take it all in. For atmosphere on a boat and excellent food do the Bateaux cruise and walk through the Al Seef area on Dubai Creek and you will probably spend half that money for a way better experience.

The top five is a an excellent tour. The cruise was very nice. Dinner at the Armani Hotel was worth the whole thing. Achmed, our guide was great.

A night of excitment a wonderful experience and finish of with a splendor of a meal

My wife and I were picked up from the hotel in a newish mini van.. We where given a history and new developments talk which was very good. As the add said we went to all the places with enough time to enjoy each place. At the end of the tour we had a five star meal which had many choices. The tour on the boat was enlightening seeing the life next to the river the endless building construction. For a short stay this is the tour to get an overall view and experience of Dubai.

Forgot To Pick us up From Hotel

I booked this tour through Viator, we only had a day stop over, and i wanted to see as much as possible. i was told to phone when we arrived at hotel to give flash Horizon our room number and be given a pick up time, this i did and was given a pick up time of between 2pm and 2:15pm. We waited in reception from before 2pm, at 2:30 with no one showing to pick us up i got reception to phone the company to find out what was happening, i was told that pick up was between 2:15 and 2:45, this is not what i had been told in the morning, we waited till 3pm still no show. My husband and i by this time were feeling stressed, we had just had an overnight flight from UK and were not in the mood to be messed about with, I again went back to reception and asked them to ring again, this time i was told that i was booked on tour for 14th February, my paperwork clearly said 13th February; i asked the receptionist if he could confirm that i was definately booked for 13th, i do not know what was said between them as they spoke in arabic but when the phone was handed back to me i was told that a private car would be sent for us but it wouldn't arrive with us untill 3:45, it arrived just before time. However all through our 45 minute journey to catch up with the tour the tour guide (who's name i cannot remember) kept phoning up asking how much longer would it be till we arrived as they were waiting for the boat trip to depart. The tour guide was very nice and made us feel at ease after the mishap, we didn't get an explanation about what happened. we enjoyed the rest of the trip, the dinner was very good as was the water show, however entry into the Burj Khalifa took an hour to get to elevators, and as it was at night all you saw were lights you couldn't make anything out like you would in daylight, we only had time for a quick look and it took us another 30 minutes to wait for return elevator. This tour was expensive and we were very disappointed that one of the main attractions we wanted to see Atlantis Palm Jumeirah was what we didn't get to see due to not being picked up. I also must add that even if we had been picked on time the tour for the money fell short.

Nor the right itinary

Despite telling the guide Acmed the itinerary was not what we paid for, he just ignored us, telling he did this tour everyday. No reaction despite we showed him the itinary online on an iPad. We asked him to call the office, but he wouldn’t?
