Amazing way to view the palm, Burj Al Arab, Atlantis. The crew was amazing and very professional. They stopped at every point to take pictures. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Fun

Great views of the big hotels on the palm. Only down side is that the music being played at an ear splitting volume. Completely unnecessary. Would be every bit as fun packed with the volume down or not at all. .

10th wedding anniversary trip

Loved seeing these sights from a different angle... trip was awesome loved the thrill of the boat on the water brilliant experience great value for money. The guide gave us snippets of information on the hotels and other subjects... well worth a vist x so glad we booked it last minute x

Worst ever. Struggling for refund of cancelled trip by their end

This trip was cancelled without any prior inform. By travelling 55 kms we reached to their office and got to know it's cancelled due to bad wheather. Now for last 4 days I have been struggling for refund and no one is answering the same. Meanwhile there is no information or mail been shared by Viator. Worst experience and I am going to fine a leave complain if in next 2 days I will not get my refund.

The boat ride was very fun and the people were nice & friendly. We could t go round the Atlantis due to rough sea but apart from that it was great.

Great fast boat ride

It was great fast boat riding and Ashok was good at making this experience best. Had fun except that kids had to stay in the back for safety.

It was fun to spend some time out on the water and get a different perspective on these great landmarks. The boat is small and you're really squeezed in so I wouldn't say it's especially comfortable. It's quite fast with some quick, sharp turns also, so might not be for everyone. At each sight they play a recording about it, with some history and fun facts. There is no 'guide' on the boat. The scenery is fantastic and the sights we stopped at were great. We enjoyed it.

Highly recommend! So much fun!

We loved our tour. Before we got to Dubai, communication via WhatsApp and through viator was excellent. So happy we canceled a regular boat tour for a speedboat tour which entertained all 8 of us 8-49 year olds! We got wet once so no need to worry about having extra clothes or shoes. The music on the boat was excellent and made the whole experience even better! We got to all the main points every other tour company goes to so if you’re looking for some excitement while seeing the sights, this is a good one! The staff took all our pictures and we have memories for a lifetime. Highly recommend!

Loved it

Fun ride – I didn’t expect the boat to go this fast! They stop at Atlantis and Burj only- rest is passby. Evening, 5 PM tour also gives good views of the sunset and lights towards the end of tour.

We had a great time at the tour. The operator company sent us good instructions and the facility is very nice and organized (just need bathrooms). The cruise was great and the attendant in the boat took some great pictures for our family.

Simply amazing

It was really fun with the bumpy boat ride anyone who travel to Dubai must do the speed boat ride you will never regret it

90 min adventure, but only 30 mins of speed!

To be brutally honest, it was a bit underwhelming. Boats cannot travel faster than 4 knots when leaving and returning to the marina. Information that wasn’t provided before the tour, nor on booking. I get the regulations, but when your return is less than 3 knots, and other boats are leaving much quicker, then it makes the whole tour a con, because it took longer than 30 mins to come back in. As for the speed part, it was a boat travelling fast on water, with a few crosses over the wash of other water vessels, and one 90° turn and stop, then nothing more. A tour of a private island belonging to the royal family (that you couldn’t go near) and the a slow speed around another marina, to sail underneath a departing biplane. Also worse was the same songs being played off of a mobile phone (the ding of a message interrupting the song), as well as the captain or 1st mate changing songs midway through as they’d already been played. They obviously noticed it, but did nothing! Could have been better value for money. Hopefully, clearer info for people will be given out at all points (ordering and the tour itself)

Was an amazing experience, staff was really friendly, calm and patient. If you are looking for a different adventure away from all the hustle and bustle of Dubai then this is really worth it.

A fantastic way to see the city from the water

I booked this trip for the morning of my son's 21st birthday. It was a really fun 90 minutes, where we had plenty of opportunities for photos in front of Atlantis and the Burj Al Arab and where we got to see many parts of the palm that other boats don't go. Lots of water was provided onboard, plus commentary too. I definitely recommend this trip.

Great speed boat trip; booked the 5 pm trip and managed to see a great sunset. The booking and trip information was accurate and the ride good value for money taking in the sights of Dubai Marina and the Palm Jameirah

Do not do this tour during the early hours of the summer months in Dubai. The heat takes away from the fun of this tour.

A must do! Very fun and saw a lot! I definitely wouldn’t skip this one! Wonderful experience and I got to see some cool buildings.

A great last minute outing for all ages.

A very professional and well run outing. We booked only the afternoon before and used Uber to get to the starting point- just trust the instructions given during booking. When you get there (and it is obvious- they are a huge company) go into the office and to the desk. Show them your booking confirmation and take a seat in the aircon waiting room. Our departure was full- about 16 people of all ages and sizes. We boarded bang on time with life jackets fitted on the quayside. The ride out of the marina is slow before the helmsman is allowed to open up the throttle. I think that the people on board are expertly assessed! If this was a group of youngsters I think it would have been faster and 'bumpier'... we had no trouble or discomfort. We stopped at both The Atlantis and Burj Al Arab for pictures taken by the crew. The recorded commentary was good (in English) but we could not hear most of the announcements made by the crew from the bow- we were sat at the stern and the crew really need to be connected to the speaker system. A great outing to do!

Great boat ride that was the full 90 minutes. Good mix of speed and cruising to get the adventure and pictures at the same time. Cold water offered at beginning and end of the tour also which was a god send in the heat! Would definitely recommend and book again.

Thrilling!

The speed boat experience was absolutely thrilling. Although the weather prevented us from going around the Atlantis, we still had a fantastic time. The guides were attentive and we helpful with getting the best photos. Would definitely recommend.

Great way to see the sights from the water

Excellent speed boat trip around the harbour and palm area. A great mixture of thrills and sights and some excellent photo opportunities too. Staff were great and tour was an appropriate amount of time.

Nice Tour with Great Views. Tour Guides were very nice (took lots of pictures). Be mindful of your outfit and electronics as you will get splashed

Great RIB Tour

This was a spur of the moment trip, but glad we did . We opted for the RIB round the Palm . For us this was great , there was a good balance of speed spins and then photo stops . Would recommend this for a different view of the palm. Always felt safe . One thing to be aware of , there are no toilets at the office!
