Its was an amazing trips, Hat off to you guys for making my yachting experience, a life time experience in Dubai. 5 star service.

Terrible customer service

Company agree location. Even on the booking directions we were directed to the meeting point. The yacht was not there. Another taxi to the correct meeting point. Captain would not take responsibly for us losing an hour told me to take it up with the booking company, I have and they have refused a refund for the lost hour, the extra taxi. Refreshments were included. 1 mini bottle of water and 1 small cola offered on the 3 hours we did get of our 4 hour booking. Crew pleasant however they gave us no instructions. No safety instructions. Nothing. No loo roll in the toilet. Basically I will never use this company again. To not refund our lost time due to their mistake is robbery in my eyes.

Fun in the sun

This experience was amazing. The Captain stayed in communication with me. I asked to have the yacht decorated for my daughter’s birthday & the crew did a great job. The Captain & crew were very nice & friendly. Would recommend

An experience that is worth the cost!

Our best activity in Dubai. I will recommend this private charter yatch to any tourist. The Captain was very friendly. His crew members were respectful and understanding. It was an amazing experience!

A must do experience

This was fantastic… there was a little issue in that we couldn’t find where to meet the captain, but once that was resolved, it was a must do life experience.. if you are a couple, hire the yacht exclusively… quite romantic … the crew brought soft drinks and snacks , took photos for and of us , were courteous and knowledgeable….. we didn’t want to get off

A small cozy and wonderful yatch tour

The atmosphere was very great. The crews are very kind and friendly: Captain Jeson and crew Jagan, Jaya, and Santos. The price was reasonable as well. The whole experience was so wonderful. Highly recommended.

Unforgettable experience

We booked a luxury yacht cruise for my wife and travelled from India to celebrate our wedding anniversary on the yacht cruise. We had a great time on the yacht and we saw many beautiful places, the food was delicious, and the yacht was in excellent condition. This was an astounding trip because of the staff and crew.

Horrible

Horrible experience, the AC in the yatch wasn’t working , imagine the hot temperatures in Dubai in August then a hire a private yatch and the AC isn’t working. Very horrible experience

Excellent Cruise

Absolutely amazing sunset cruise the crew were friendly and the trip was a perfect family occasion. It was really special having the whole boat to ourselves which was absolutely spotless and luxurious with lots of different places to sit and enjoy to amazing views of Dubai.

Worth the time and money!

My friend and I made the decision to embark on the Sunset Yacht Tour. It turned out to be a truly delightful water tour, allowing us to witness the breathtaking Dubai skyline and experience a stunning sunset. The food selection was excellent, and the availability of unlimited soft drinks was a nice touch. Captain Ijaz proved to be a knowledgeable and entertaining host, enhancing our enjoyment of the tour. The yacht itself was comfortable and enjoyable. Considering the overall experience, it was certainly a worthwhile venture, offering great value for the money.

Superb tour with saifco company

It was truly the best yacht tour we have ever experienced, and we loved every single minute of it, I assure you. The tour helped us create lasting memories that we will cherish. Before setting sail, the yacht captain provided us with a thorough briefing and even took some beautiful pictures of us. The music played throughout the tour was fantastic, adding to the overall enjoyment. Moreover, the yacht itself was absolutely wonderful, providing us with excellent value for what turned out to be a truly remarkable experience.

Amazing yacht experience in Dubai

The 48ft yacht was clean and well-maintained, and the crew was professional and attentive to the passengers' needs. The yacht offered great views from every area, allowing us to admire the stunning sights of the Burj Al Arab, Atlantis, and the palm's blue lagoon up close. We had a fantastic time, and I look forward to returning in the future with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday party.

Not worth it.

The people taking us on the your were late. We found them to be rude and didn't explain anything to us before or during the ride. We were not provided with life jackets. The views were great, other than that didn't enjoy the experience...fir what we paid we were very dissapointed.

Pure perfection!

This was a 10/10 experience all of the way around the board! From first contact to post sailing they exceeded all expectations. While onboard we were treated like royalty and had the absolute best time.

It was a wonderful 3 hours cruising trip. The company staff communicated with us via WhatsApp and shared the yacht location.the staff was very helpful. The yacht captain and crew were very professional. It was a spacious 50ft yacht ,neat and clean. Highly recommended

We booked a 48-foot luxury yacht cruise, and my favorite part was stopping at iconic Dubai structures like Ain Dubai, Atlantis, and the Burj Al Arab. We enjoyed stunning views of the coastline from the Palm and the Burj Al Arab. Sammy and his crew provided a fun atmosphere and excellent service. I was overjoyed to book a 60ft luxury yacht cruise for my first family trip. As we embarked on the journey, we connected Bluetooth and indulged in our shared love for Arabic music and cuisine. The food quality surpassed our expectations, with the BBQ being a standout, and the crew accommodated the dietary preferences of some of my cousins who preferred vegetarian options. Throughout the trip, the crew went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. We also took advantage of the picturesque location to capture beautiful moments with my beloved family, creating memories that will be cherished forever.

The operator is not truthful! Terrible experience

The worst boat ride ever. The staff was not friendly or helpful. The photos thats on the site prior to booking was false! The actual boat was dirty and old. The seating had cracks in the leather. Towels were dirty. I would not recommend. The offered me a menu that was not available at the time we booked then gave me options to choose from. Then later that day , he told me the chef was not available at all!!.

Great experience

Beautiful experience with excellent, pleasant crew Hari and Tony. Even though we were a few minutes late, they waited for us. Yacht was lovely, clean and exactly as in the pictures. Would recommend. If we didn't have a 1yr old, would have gone out further.

What a memorable experience! Besides being the setting my now fiancé proposed in (so naturally it was the best day of my life), this excursion was nothing short of 5 stars!! From the moment we were greeted at the dock, our crew tended to our every need. They went out of the their way to personalize it to our occasion without even asking. Kudos to Arlene, Captain Davish, and Basit for being the best in the industry!

Beyond our expectations!!!

We had excellent private yacht experience of sunset & marina. This was totally way beyond our expectations.

Go with another company!

The captain was late picking us up so we missed the sunset. My booking was confirmed for 5 pm to 8pm. The sunsets around 5:28 pm so it was missed as we were still on the dock. We didn’t leave until 5:50 pm. I preordered food and to have the boat decorated for my birthday. The boat was not decorated to my specifications and lots of items were missing. On top of that they were still blowing up balloons as we were leaving the dock. I’m giving 2/5 rating because they refunded my money for the decorations and the food was decent. I would with a different company or boat captain.

Good but don’t get hopes up to see landmarks

Says it takes you to show Atlantis,and two other landmarks it does none. By the time you go out he makes a turn and you come back . Thought it did what it says .if I knelt I would’ve just taken it for 1hr. This has been falsely sold and the pics are not of that actually boat

Family charter! Amazing afternoon!

Amazing time on the boat! We saw all the sights and Vicci was super attentive and took lots of photographs of us! Captain Michael was brilliant too! Soft drinks included be you can play your own music too! Epic experience! Recommend starting at 4pm for a 3 hour trip so you get to see sunset too!

Group yacht tour

Me and my bf enjoyed a lot, when we reached there, our other friends were waiting for us to take the yatch tour , so basically it was a group . We all were offered some soft drinks, food which we pre ordered. over all experience was good . The staff was kind enough to give us all necessary information about every place

Private party

Best place for a private party in the evening . champaign , whisky anything u name it is available on yacht ( we brought it ourselves ;) . 2 bedrooms and a master bedroom with an attached bath . Upper deck for pictures with a nice view . overall 10/10 experience

My wife birthday celebrations

I celebrated my wife's birthday on the yacht . The captain and the whole crew were very supportive the whole time and we were sure to enjoy this beautiful moment. Birthday related songs were played and she was being treated like a princess on the yacht . thank you for such great memories

Perfect yacht fun

Perfect weather for a swim! This is the best tour if you love water. We opted for the 4 hours trip. Out captain Sharma navigate quickly to the landmarks we wanted to see and then found a good place for us to enjoy the water! Wet wild and free! We were loaded with fun and the crew were very lovely accommodating us and really take good care our requests.

Amazing 3 hours yacht tour

I booked 3 hours trip to surprised my wife. Ordered nice flowers and cake. Staff were very nice and helped me plan everything. Very accommodating . Everything was perfect. We have taken amazing photos with the Atlantis view. The most incredible part, we were upgraded to bigger bot! It was so spacious for the 2 of us! Truly a luxurious experience

Excellent service. Well organized. The food they arranged at the yacht was of good quality and quantity. Outstanding crew, professional and courteous. I also ordered cake for my wife and they made it a surprise with the birthday song being played although I did not asked that. That was terrific! I definitely recommend them.

This trip is splendid as its luxurious and a great way to discover and admire the posh parts of Dubai from a different angle. We also had great time relaxing while playing some music. Awesome company with a great crew ready to help you with everything. Our boat was big and new. Very spacious for 8 persons. Decorated with the occasion. We had a great time. Captain is very professional he handles and navigates without problems even with wind and waves. Surely we will use them again next time!
