CHEATING - CHEATING - CHEATING - CHEATING - CHEATING

The biggest cheating business in anywhere on this planet. Reasons? 1. Ticket AED 199. Too high a price to see too little. 2. Whatever you see after paying AED 199, can be seen free from outside. 3. Total vieing time is less than 90 Seconds. 4. They sell you photographs @ AED 100 per photo, such a scam from such shameless people. 5. Rude Staff - They anyway know that they are cheating. They speak in a very raised voice. Dont go there.

I am expert at fish

So many fish! Couldn't count and I am a great fish expert. Like literally, you ask me a fish I'll tell you the name but there were so many!

Dubai Mall

Good expensive ambience and super expensive prices even after sale cuts ... did not find anything worth its utility value . however great place and great ambience for a good walkaround . All famous brands available . The aquarium is within the mall and its underwater tunnel is the highight of the same , some other exhibits also were great . overall a great experience

Amazing experience for the kids, many kinds of fish and amazing information, the tunnel was exceptional and the second floor has all the kinds

As a longtime zoo professional it was with particular interest that I visited the Dubai underwater zoo and aquarium.I probably look for a bit more than your average visitor,things like habitat suitability and design,condition of the species that live there education value,conservation message etc.Well I can say with confidence and honesty I was not disappointed.Its simply a magnificent place that you leave feeling enlightened educated and more knowledgable about the role we must play in protecting our world both above and below water levels…the team are dynamic an-energetic bunch clearly enjoying their work and so happy to engage and inform visitors with the information and knowledge,we had the pleasure of talking with Heelen Senior penguin specialist and trainer her infectious passion and ability to explain every aspect of penguin behaviour lifestyle and positive reinforcement training was Top class,don’t miss this experience if your in town…

Awful Experience

We booked four adult tickets and despite asking Tejas Shah multiple times that if I need a ticket for my 2.8 years old child I was told that kids under 3 are free. I was then pulled out by security at the entrance asking for another ticket, they told me kids above 2 need a ticket, when I called Tejas he told me to transfer money so he can book another ticket. Forget about a resolution, he didn’t have the decency to apologise for the inconvenience even once. Never going back to these guys again.

More expensive than Disneyland for a basic aquarium experience

This was a fun experience for my 6 years old kid. But it's definitely not worth the price. It's more expensive that a day at Aquadventure Park or in DisneyLand!!!!! I thought for this price that all the great experiences was included but in fact, the ultimate package include only basic experiences. The really fun experiences comes at an extra cost. I have previously done a lot of much greater aquarium at half the price and less like the Seatle aquarium or the famous french one Nausicaa. Dubai Mall aquarium doesn't stand up to comparison. It is really a shame.

Wow ! What an experience !

A trip to the world's largest shopping mall is must if you're visiting Dubai. Absolutely enormous, spotlessly clean and you walk around in absolute awe ! Where else could you find a mall, not only with virtually every brand under the sun, but an amazing Aquarium & Rain Forest and Ice Rink inside the mall.

It was a must-see, and the tour was amazing

I loved the set up, the aquarium, the crocodiles the different type of fishes, the shark and the parts.

Awful, do not visit

Absolutely shocking and definitely not worth the money. We paid over £300 for a family of four, they sell you an ‘experience’ when actually what you get is very little. The main part of the experience is the huge water tank, that you can see for FREE in the mall, without purchasing a ticket. You are told that you will see an array of experiences, but what you see is a few animals, in poor, small enclosures, nothing extra, yet they have been listed as separate experiences. When I asked to speak to a manager, they just didn’t understand why a 40min experience costing over £300 wasn’t acceptable. Definitely would not recommend on any level.

This experience was actually amazing yes you can see the tanks from the mall but when you do the whole experience it’s so different and so much to do inside well worth the money .

Overrated DMC

Hii Iam Travel agent. Travel Agency name - Journeys Express. I have booked tours through Rayna Tours for my small group of 8 pax. On last day they have ruined all the services. They didn't sent any cab to pick my Guest, they said you haven't booked the services when i share the screenshot of mail they have sent me, They said ok we will arrange the cab. They took 3Hrs to send the same. My gues got engry and book the srvices on there own. I spoke To Rayna Agent.They said we will refund the amount, But after chasing them for 10 days they refuse to refund the amount. Totaly disappointed with Rayna. Will never book again with this overarated DMC.

PATHETIC SERVICE - WASTE OF TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY IF YOU BOOK WITH THEM

Pathetic service. They don’t care about the customers at all. I was travelling with my 80 year old father and an infant which is why I upgraded my city tour, transfer from Dubai aquarium back to the hotel to private transfers so that I could manage the travel as per my choice. But the only answer for any request/ask is NO. That’s all they know. I wanted asked for a late pick up from the hotel for the city tour and late pick up at the end of the day from Dubai mall back to the hotel but I had to compromise on my sleep to keep chatting with them despite of putting in the request 24 hours ago. Even on the last day of my return to the airport they booked the cab for 6 pm for a 10 pm flight and I was in Bur Dubai, hardly 30 mins from the airport. I requested them to change my pick up to 6.30-6.45 but the answer to that was also a NO. I failed to understand why couldn’t they be accommodating for private transfers. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE NPT TO BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH THEM. You would be completely wasting your time and money. There is alot more that I have but I just don’t have more time to focus on them.

Good but expensive

It is an excellent place for an up close view of so many different species of ocean wildlife. We saw amazing fish that we never knew existed. The emphasis on wildlife protection and conservation seems genuine, although totally out of place in a mall where conspicuous consumerism is the sole objective. Although the aquarium is good and a nice experience it is actually quite small and the overall time spent is less than one hour, at €50 per person this is quite expensive.

Way overhyped and not worth

The most overhyped aquarium ever. Each US aquarium is better and bigger than that. It's super small, and they push as many people as possible to enter it. Totally no place to move, especially with children. Not worth a penny if you travel with small kids.

Good full adventure

It was great experience specially if you take the full adventure experience including the behind the scenes with the penguins, which I should mention that it’s expensive to buy photos we took. It was very crowded so we didn’t enjoy our time through the tunnel but overall it was nice and must visit place with children.

Won't go again

Very torn in writing this. We saw animals that we have never seen before; which was really amazing. The aquarium feels really crowded. Maybe they could stack the people more. The enclosures felt very small for the animals. Felt more like a zoo and that was very sad to see. The parrots flies and gets stopped by a staff member with a long stick. Also not great to see. Would I go again. No. Could have skipped this experience

Waste of time and money

Overall very poor experience and very low value for premium ticket price. Look at the big water tank with the sharks etc from the public area. It doesn’t get any better.

Aquarium was too crowded, you can see lot of different fishes, 2 big crocodile, and that’s it. You can take the Fotos

Tickets are too expensive, 53€ if you buy on spot, 38€ online. The tunnel is too short. Tour guides are friendly are ready to answer all your questions

Waste of money

They charge 299 AED per head and it is just a big fish pond. Underwater zoo is also not worth. Boat ride is waste of money.

Not worth the money

If you’ve been blessed to visit ANY aquarium in other parts of the world or seen marine wildlife, you really should save your money. I guess for families of the area that have no access to other aquariums, it’s great, but overall it’s too expensive for what it is. I wish I’d done my research before my enthusiasm got the better of me…

Awesome experience

The consultant Mr sumit was supportive and freindly at our hotel travel desk. He helps us a lot to plan our schedule during our stay.

Aquarium

We joined the queue and then at the kiosk were told the prices. I would advise people to pre-book on line as you get up to two thirds of the walk-in price off. The Aquarium is laid out well however i would suggest that the penguin tour is not of those with toddlers or strollers. Although very interesting once they’ve seen the penguins (at the start of the tour) the rest isn’t for them (Breeding programmes etc). The amount of sea life on view is mega and the crocodile has to be seen to be believed. The Aquarium shop is very cheap and offers varying discount depending on how many people were booked for the tour. Face masks were compulsory.

Ticketed area disappointing

The aquarium you can see from outside (from the mall) is amazing visually. The paid for section was disappointing! Yes the tunnel is great but that lasts 2 minutes. The rest was not worth the ticket price. Small enclosures, and pacing animals. Many other things to do in Dubai first before you waste your money on this. Stick to the view from the mall.

Zero patience and zero hospitality

Zero hospitality and zero patience. Please do not take excursion transfers especially if you have a young child with you because they go with the policy my way or highway Either you abide by their timings or stay on your own

Some enclosures are too small

The Entry is sooooooo expensive. 2 of us cost about 190€, luckily they offer free entry to dubai expo with the ticket. All is great and pretty with the fish but zoo enclosures we felt were a tad too small. That makes me sad to see and I can’t enjoy it 100%….. the parrots are kept in cages as they squawk terribly. The owl needs a bigger area. On the whole, very clean and well organized.

Very Good experience

My driver Mr. Ater Rizwani greated very well. He was on time for pick up and drop. Softly spoken. Shared knowledge will coming and going related to city.

Not worth it

Rally disappointing experience! You do not get to see more than what you see from side for free. The tour was useless, the guide spoke in her terrible sounding mike and I understood absolutely nothing! No one asked what language we care to listen to! The whole venue was very humid and hot! The souvenir photos they take of you are ridiculously over priced priced! The Zoo was simply … ehh ... nothing extra ordinary about it. Trust me, use your money for something else.

The trip itself was very good and it was a good deal. I want to focus on the agent’s team here. I made a mistake with the date and they proceeded to help me and fix my problem while I was right in the line. Great support and help.

Ok but nothing special

We had been here quite a few years back. No muchhave changed but I did notice an improvement at the zoo. The zoo and aquarium (1 ticket), is good to do if you are already going to the mall. I would not say it’s a must for Dubai even if very well known. It’s known because of the mall and not for the aquarium it self in my opinion. Maybe more suitable for smaller kids than teenagers.

Our guide Kamran made us feel safe in the aquarium/mall

We had a blast at the aquarium and zoo! Our guide Kamran was so nice and funny! He makes you feel comfortable and safe which is very important because we are a group of girls and the aquarium is in the mall which is HUGE! Unbelievably big! The aquarium was suspended so you can walk under it through a tunnel . Great photo ops! The zoo was really cool too. Lots of different animals to see. Kamran was very patient with us and we took our time. He made sure we got the most for our money. Awesome experience and awesome guide Kamran!!

Visit & transfer recommended

Plus 124 Burj Khalifa package. Nice offer given by the toor guide, we have also booked transfer from the hotel and back with Rayna Tour Ali Vikram was very nice and punctual.

Good experience

I just came back from my Dubai Trip. Not just aquarium i booked a few tours with them like, city tour, Atlantis water park, Sky diving etc.My travel agent Mr.Ozair Hussain is very helpful & customer oriented. He helped us cover all the main attraction/activities and planned the entire trips very nicely . Service is great and pocket friendly.

Pre book tickets online

My 2nd visit here. Lovely aquarium. Amazing sea life, and plenty of different parts of the attraction. Pre booked husbands ticket online, bought mine there which was more expensive so would do online in future. Gift shop was fairly priced actually, which is not usually the case. The crocodiles were absolutely phenomenal! Great for all ages!

Dubai trip

Highly recommended trip to try at least once, then you would like to return but with more desire and enthusiasm or perhaps for a probable search for future life experiences.
