Good lounge

Good quiet lounge,decent buffet options and a reasonably stocked bar.we used the Ahlan lounge which is accessible from either a lift or escalator and not very well signed regarding access

Good stop over,

We had a good time at the lounge but would suggest maybe a little update. There was a variety of things to eat and drink.

Great resting area for well needed snooze!

Had a long wait for a connecting flight in the middle of the night. We were provided with blankets and could make mini beds out of the chairs and footstools!

Average, limited options

Limited food options, most reclining chairs didn’t work, but overall it was all good. There was nothing bad about it but I also think they should add more sofas and even beds.

Amazing experience, really get to experience middle eastern food, and especially the server Denia which made this experience better

Disappointing

Rude staff, poor selection of food that did not cater for dietary requirements, insufficient seating.

Worth it before a long flight.

We went to Ahlan First Class Lounge. The lounge was a little on the busier side but managed to find a seat. Plenty food and drinks that recharged us before our flight. Shower facilities available and are also clean.

Very good food selection and good drinks. Had to pay extra fir some drinks though. Plenty of comfortable seating. Lovely staff

Worth it for long layover

Comfortable seating and able to nap as quiet - great food and drinks (include la alcohol). Shower was brilliant and really hit the spot!

Not for rest, just for drinks and breakfast.

First impression is great, nice bar and food, but for resting area - it is in open space, lot of noise. Other part for rest is old, and very used. Almost broken pods .. furniture used and half broken also.. not enough blankets.. dirty toilet.. far far away from Dubai standard..

Not worth the money

We were a family of 2 adults, a tween & a teen so cost was £151. We went to Marahaba near A3. Its a very small lounge. At 3.30 it was not busy but by 6.30 you would be lucky to get a seat. Food choices are limited but decent quality. Just don't think it was value for money & if I was arriving after 7am I would have been really disappointed as it would have been as busy as downstairs next to gates.

Good choice

Easy to use, very nice staff, we spent 3 good hours recharging for next flight. The food was very good, was not crowded, there are also massage chairs, good coffee.

Comfortable way to spend a lay over between flights

We booked Terminal 3 lounge access at Dubai as we were due to have a 4 hour lay over. The package allows the flexibility of being able to choose from a number of lounges in concourses A, B & C. This is important as Terminal 3 is huge and involves either a free buggy or train ride between concourses so it is important to be able to choose a lounge as close as possible to the gate from which you are departing. The Premium Plaza lounge on Concourse A is comfortable, a good selection of food and drink and helpful staff. The Trippest package represents good value.

I found the lounge very tricky to locate but when I did a comfortable place to sit with food and drinks plentiful.

Good food and drinks. Poor experience with Viator

Excellent staff. Topping up drinks. Good food. Poor experience with booking with Viator app. Accidentally book the wrong day and the were a struggle to saying I would have to pay for another day. However the Allan staff in the lounge were excellent

The lounge was fab with food and drinks provided. The plus side for me was that it had its own smoking lounge

Comfortable environment with friendly helpful staff. Relaxing quiet atmosphere. Thank you to all concerned.

Quick support and authentic

The lounge access by trippest was good.. Trippest were very quick in their response and provides good customer support. They give you a one time access to the lounges and use the Dragonpass program. Accessed the Marhaba Lounge at terminal 3 and the experience was good.

Luxury lay over

The friendly, chatty email from Niko- telling me exactly how to use the voucher and suggesting which lounge to visit. Great food; lovely attentive staff; and amazing massage chairs. Thanks Niko!

Never, Never again…

Bright lounge, over crowded, bad food and gross bathrooms.. Not at all worth money. Either pay more for Emirates Lounge it’s soooo much better or go to a pub or restaurant near your departure gate better food, less money and same seating etc.

Hassle Free or A model of success

It does not seem to matter what time of day you travel its busy. However, its managed for busy by busy calm teams of staff, its surprisingly peaceful, the air flows for comfort and the vast spaces make for a reassuringly pleasant journey as you pass through. In a word or two words “Hassle Free”. Perhaps this is benchmark for other models. Finally, its glitzy without been tacky and your eye is easily drawn to the numerous features such as cooling waterfall walls, mirrored ceilings and excellent signage.

Terrible experience & Waste of Money

This was an extremely poor experience and would not recommend. I didn’t get email until after I arrived in lounge so ended up in wrong lounge with no food or alcoholic beverages. The QR code supplied took 30 min to enter lounge and then was told it would take 2 hours to reactivate code to move to correct lounge. I was exhausted and left hungry and out of pocket.

Outstanding

Brilliant relax and great price. Beats getting a hotel bed. Best 5 hour stopover you could imagine. Couple of wines, great feed and a wee sleep. Magic. Thanks to Viator again. I wouldn’t have known about it. Geoff NZ..(Genuine)

Ich war anfänglich etwas misstrauisch, ob das mit der Voucher überhaupt klappt. Doch 4 Tage vor der Abreise kam, wie versprochen, der bezahlte Voucher. Service und Beschreibung der Lounch perfekt. Jederzeit wieder

Tranquillité

J’ai aimé l’accueil la gentillesse des hôtesses, qui sont présente 24h/24. Seul bémol à mon départ une hôtesse m a indiqué pour mon vol la porte C au lieu de la porte en zone A ce qui m’a un peu perturbé pour ma première venu en transit à l’aéroport de Dubaï. Sinon dans l’ensemble j’ai aimé

€100 not worth it

Lounge very difficult to find. Upon arrival, the dinner buffet was cleared after 10 minutes and we could no longer use it and had to wait for the breakfast buffet.

Ahlan and Marhabe Lounge at Dubai Airport, Gate C, Terminal 3

We visited the Ahlan Lounge and the Marhaba Lounge in Terminal 3, C. We had some breakfast in the Ahlan (it tasted pretty good), but unfortunately there weren't enough places to lie down. After that we went to the Marhaba and had a drink, which we liked a bit better, but there weren't any places to lie down. Accordingly, these lounges are good for eating/drinking, but they're only partially suitable for proper rest.

Excellent airport! Spectacular lounge

There's no point in trying to describe it, one of the most beautiful airports I've ever seen, lounge of the highest level and highly recommended.

Je n'ai pas pu utilisé mon accès. Difficulté à trouver le salon puis trop de monde et pas de place pour s'asseoir. Pas assez de temps pour attendre. Très en colère 😠 👿

Despite having paid for an access ticket, we had to wait about 15 minutes to get into the Marhamba Lounge at the C Gates because it was overcrowded - very small and few seats

Rest without having to be a 4 in uncomfortable airport waiting rooms.

The volume of public has increased significantly and that is why the influx and the future new room in other facilities besides this one, is a benchmark and one of the best business rooms that I have seen but that influx has made them lower the quality a little. The shower thing still seems great to me.

Open all year round, very beautiful and worth visiting

We took Emirates Airlines and transited in Dubai both ways. We used the time for a half-day tour in Dubai. The airport service staff were very nice and gave each of us a WiFi card with 24-hour free Internet access. I don’t know what went wrong. There are 8 of us. There is no way to use it. The shops in the airport are open 24 hours a day. All the world-famous brands I know have stores here. Of course, the must-buy ones are dates!

Llegamos al aeropuerto a...

Llegamos al aeropuerto a la 00:30 luego de 6 hs de vuelo donde teníamos 9 hs de espera para otro vuelo de 15 hs, y nos mandaban de una sala vip a la otra, que quedan a 35' de distancia, porque no escaneaban el cq correcto, nos decían que era un cq para 2 personas y que podíamos alternala con una tercera pero que 1 no podría estar, un desastre la situación, porque recién a las 03:30, en un cambio de turno, parece que entró uno con un ci superior a las que nos había atendido antes y se dio cuenta de que había otro cr que estaba bien. Eso no debería pasar, si los pasajeros muestran que tienen contratado por 4 hs para 4 personas, deberían dejarlas ingresar sin cuestionar, y luego lo solucionan con VIATOR, y resuelven lo del cr. No lo volveré a contratar.
