A great morning Desert Bashing.

An unbelievable morning made all the better by our amazing guide Baiju Chacko which made us have a great time. Very prompt and friendly from the start, amazing clean Landcruiser and he provided a great overview whilst travelling through Dubai, quad biking that was amazing, with my fearless 12 year old achieving the highest speed. The skilful driving through the dunes left my stomach in the dessert and the snow/sand boarding which I’m still laughing at now. Thoroughly recommend to everyone.

Spectacular morning desert adventure

We did the morning trip out to the desert and it was spectacular! Our driver, Prasanth, arrived on time and was an excellent guide and driver. He answered all our questions and told us interesting facts about the desert and camels. He also provided cold water and took pictures for us. We were very well looked after. We did some dune bashing, sand boarding, ATV driving, and camel riding. It was all so well organized and fun! Thank you Prasanth and Destination Insight!

Amazing Adventure!

A must when visiting Dubai! Staff picked up right at the hotel, on time! Driven out to the beautiful desert and spent the morning with one amazing adventure! Excellent desert adventure

Had an excellent trip with Prashanth, gentle desert dune ride, lots of information and pictures to remember the trip. The evening at the camp was very entertaining and the bbq buffet dinner was good. I would definitely recommend Destination Insight for your desert safari experience, they couldn't be more attentive, accomodating and helpful from start to finish.

Family fun dune bashing

We had an excellent trip with Baiju. He ensured that the dune bashing was safe for our 4 and 6 year olds. We all had great fun and loved seeing the beauty of the desert. Highly recommend this trip & operator.

Excellent Bespoke Desert Tour

Wonderful experience. Booked Destination Insight because we had young kids, wanted to visit the desert and make a custom itinerary and have child seats in the transport/SUV. Communication via what’s was always swift and answered all questions clearly. Booking was easy via the payment link they sent via WhatsApp. Our tour operator/driver Baiju Chacko was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. This company is a little pricier than other tours, but it’s because it’s bespoke; with many other tour operators you’re lumped together with other random people, so if you (or your kids) want to leave but others Don’t, you’re out of luck. I highly recommend DI for a desert tour, especially if you have young children.

great morning safari experience with professional and friendly driver

We did a private morning desert safari with Biju who was the perfect driver. With a 6 yrs old child we were a but worried for car sickness. All went perfect because Biju was always listening and asking us if we all felt ok. The dune bashing was great and we also did some quad , sans board and camel ride. I recommend !!!

Dubai Dunes Tour - Amazing!!

We had a fantastic time four-wheel driving in the dunes in Dubai, our driver couldn't do enough to ensure that we had a magical experience. From the door-to-door pick up and drop off service to sand boarding on the dunes and pictures with eagles (stunning bird), this was truly an all-inspiring place to see!!!! I'd recommend this company any day of the week as they did everything to support us on our adventure to the dunes, get out there and see Dubai and make sure you call Destination Insight to get your trip taken to the next level.

Super memorable tour!

At first we were mad because it seems as our private toy of 5 was forgotten and I had to call to get someone to come which was well over an hour later. But the guide was apologetic and turns out really nice and fun. The tour ended up being everything we wanted to experience, a once in a lifetime adventure and we were very happy in the end. Excellent tour and guide Baiju

Had a fabulous half day adventure with Baiju, he was very sweet throughout the experience. He went above and beyond especially with helping my friend who wasn’t feeling well so couldn’t take part on the quad biking. We also loved the activities and so glad we did it. We were pleasantly surprised that it was a private tour. We would highly recommend doing this excursion and Baiju made an excellent tour guide he was more than happy taking plenty of great photos for us.

Half-Day Tour

Our experience was fantastic, our driver and guide Baiju was so friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we had lots of fun. We did the dune bashing and sand boarding with him which were fantastic. He was happy to take photographs of us and we were provided with water by him. He made us feel safe and welcomed. Thank you Baiju. We also experienced the quad bikes with a different company, organised by Destination Insight. This did feel a little rushed and the guide kept telling us to hurry up and often went out of sight which wasn't what we expected. However, I would definitely use Destination Insight in the future and it was well worth the cost. I would recommend the company.

Baiju drove us to desert for quad biking, then onto dune bashing, camel farm and camp for bbq and evening show! Absolutely fabulous! Baiju, informative, friendly and very happy to please you. A wonderful trip highly recommend Baiju!!

Great tour. It’s well worth it to participate. The company makes sure to get in touch with you. I received a text on my cellphone confirming details. Then again on WhatsApp, then again from my tour guide, Hakkem, on WhatsApp the day before. Hakkem was awesome. He was right on time. He was personable and knowledgeable about the area on the drive out to the desert. He stuck with us all day and kept checking to see if we were handling the dune bashing ok. Great guy. Good company. Outstanding experience for a hard-to-please lady!

I don’t even know where to start! Organisation process from Susi was flawless- she made the whole thing super easy and stress free! Our driver ( Shoukath Ali ) was outstanding. I cannot praise him highly enough! We had the most fantastic morning. we literally all can not get over how fab he was, such a lovely lovely man and so knowledgeable. He was amazing with my niece who is normally super shy around strangers but he was fantastic with her and she thought he was so great. He in an absolute credit to the company I can’t speak highly enough about him. The experiences themselves where all such great fun we had a ball and have laughed from start to finish! It was so nice to have such a fun time together and we really created memories to last forever, I can’t wait to use susi and the team again! Thank you a hundred times 💜

Great experience

Great tour - we asked to start later and to fix a car seat and that was approved and done, the cars came on time to pick up, and were new and clean. The quad bike ride over desert dunes was fun especially for our kids - they loved it, camel ride, sand boarding - although it was windy. Thank you Ali our guide, you are the best. So kind and helpful, I really enjoyed speaking with you as well.

Desert adventure.

Had a fabulous afternoon in the desert. Were picked up at home by Faisal in a Landcruiser and taken first to a camel race track where there were hundreds of camels. Then to the desert where we rode up and down sand dunes, saw camels roaming in the desert and gazelles. We stayed until the sun set and took photographs. Rode down sand dunes on boards and had an altogether wonderful experience. Faisel couldn't have been more helpful and then dropped back at the door after a wonderful afternoon. Would recommend it.

Excellent Dune Bashing with Anwa

On our way out into the desert we stopped to see the camels and to deflate the tyres allowing us greater traction on the sand. Our expert driver Anwa drove us very confidentially through the dunes, somehow keeping the car from tipping! Anwa took us to beautiful view points where we took some photos and he also provided us with a surf board to take down the dunes. Enjoyable and worthwhile trip!

We had a great time with Ashraf. He was really nice and an amazing driver who you can trust to surf the desert dunes. He event let us sand boarding! It was a great experience I totally recommend it.

An experience second to none! Outstanding!

I booked the tour upon recommendation of a colleague for a party of 8 in two private cars. The drivers were super friendly and professional, the cars absolutely neat and well maintained and the tour, the dune driving, the desert camp activities, the food and the atmosphere outstanding! Our kids loved the dune surfing! Great compliments to the whole team!!!

If your looking for a desert safari then this is the company to go with. Booking was super easy and Mary was really helpful at adapting our trip to add extras in. We didn't want to have dinner as we had other plans which is why we went for a day time safari. We were picked up from our hotel just after breakfast and returned for lunch. Our driver was really friendly and helpful. We first drove by a camel farm and learnt about the camels, then we had a camel ride which was interesting to do. After this we did the 4x4 sand dune driving and sandboarding. Then finished off with quad and buggy adventure. Our son was on a quad around a gated track whilst we went off the complex into the dune area and enjoyed driving the buggys. The buggy was an extra added in for my husband's birthday. Price wise I felt we paid far less than what some groups were asking and we had the best time. The camels looked well looked after, the quads and buggys were high quality. And any guides we came into contact with were all friendly and spoke english. Our buggy guide was exceptional taking loads of photos for us, and at one point even holding my phone behind him to video us as he drove the lead quad and we were in the buggy. If we ever returned to Dubai we would definitely use Destination insight again and I'm confident that you'll enjoy using their services.

Terrific Trip!

An amazing trip in the desert dune bashing followed by an Arabic dinner and entertainment. The whole trip and service was perfect from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company as a lot of the others can be very overcrowded. We had the pleasure of spending the day with Ali who was great company and made sure we felt safe and had lots and lots of fun! Thank you Ali!

Customized desert tour

Salim took us out into the desert and we had a great time. We were able to opt out of the dinner option as we had other plans. Don't bring water like we did. Everything is well organized and no need to take anything.

The BEST Experience!

We had the most wonderful time during our camel riding, falcon holding, sand bashing, sand boarding and quad bike experience. Our driver Prashanth really looked after our whole family and catered to our needs. He really made our trip worth while and helped us in every possible way... even when my Son wasn’t feeling too well after the sand bashing he drove so slowly to our next activity to ensure us a smooth ride, things like this really shows he cares about the people he is in charge of. He also helped my son climb back up the sand hills after the sand boarding. I really would like to give a massive shout out to him and would most definitely highly recommend him. The best private safari experience!

Just got back from the private safari tour with our guide Prasanth. This tour is a must do for couples or even families that do not have much time to fit a tour into their schedule. It’s perfect because you can move at your own pace. First stop was the camel riding and the photo time with the falcon. Followed by dune bashing and sandboarding. The highlight of the trip was the atv. If you do decide to go on this safari tour ask for Prasanth as you will not regret. If you have any questions along the way do ask him because he is a very knowledgeable guy.

We booked for a half day tour while on transit in Dubai.we chose destination insight after checking for reviews which were mostly positive.im glad we went with them.the booking went smoothly and they catered to our specific needs especially as we were going with kids.we had a great day even though the weather was extremely hot.a very special shout out to our driver Prashanth.he was excellent and very skilled especially during the dune bashing.he made sure we felt safe and the kids were very comfortable.he made our trip very enjoyable and we were glad He was assigned to us. Amazing Family Experience at The Sand Dunes

The sand dunes adventure was exciting and great fun. We was provided with lots of information before we booked it by Mary and Ali. Our driver Prasant was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and really looked after us - I would highly recommend him. They also provided my 4 year daughter with a booster seat which was nice of them. We had thrilling rides up and down the sand dunes and my 8 year old son thoroughly enjoyed the sand boarding even though he has never done it before, he was able to master it after a few tries and loved it. I would definitely recommend this experience!

Desert adventure....

We were recommended this company by locals, for a morning of dune bashing etc. and we were not disappointed. We were picked up promptly in a top of the line Landcruiser. Our guide, Shoukath, was very knowledgeable and happy to answer our many questions on the 30min drive to the location. After some pics with camels (including new born!), we headed in to the dunes. So much fun! Shoukath handled the car beautifully, and although some of the manoeuvres had us on the edge our seats, we knew he had everything under control. We especially loved that there was no other cars/companies out there.... we were driving where no-one has been. We had the opportunity to stop and try some dune boarding which was great fun. Shoukath was expert on capturing it all on camera for us, and sent the photos after. Then more dune bashing, and finally we headed home. The only thing wrong was that we didn’t have time to do a longer tour including the Bedouin camp, Arabian feast etc. as we neede to get back to our hosts. We will definitely go for that next time, but for now this was a great adventure. Shukran Soukath!

Wonderful time in the Dubai desert!!

I opted for a customised tour without quad biking and found the team very flexible with the choices around the itinerary. Our driver, Prasanth, was on time and very knowledgeable about the area. He was both helpful and thoughtful throughout, constantly asking if we needed water or help with anything. He also brought us to the best photo spots; we got every photo we wanted to get. He was even patient and offered to help take group photos for us. Overall a very exciting and satisfactory day trip, first time in the desert and in a whole other part of the world, truly an eye opening experience. Amazing Dubai Desert Experience

With only a limited time in Dubai and wanting to experience as much as I could in the time I had this tour was perfect. Amazing morning experience with Falconing, Camel ride and Camel farm visit. The Dune blasting was incredible .... have no idea how on earth the vehicle stays upright which made the entire experience even more fun. Sand boarding and 4x4 ATV ride was enjoyable as well. Communication from Mary was timely and professional as were all the details of the trip, hotel pick up and Guide expertise. Again - an Amazing experience and one I will never forget. #BucketList

Fabulous safari

We had the most amazing morning with Ali who took us out to the desert. It was a joy to spend the morning seeing the beautiful desert landscape and the camels. Ali was full of information and it made the trip even more special, his knowledge of Dubai’s history and the desert and it’s inhabitants is second to none. We would highly recommend this safari to everyone, from families to solo explorers.

We had such a good experience with the guide Prasanth, he was the best from the beginning to the end, driving us safely all the way, explaining us all the steps and helping us to arrange everything like pictures, bbq etc. I would strongly recommend to go with Prasanth. We were 4 with 2 young adults and parents and all of us had fun. The BBQ and dune bashing are the highlights of the tour. Don’t pass on this one and book now! Once again thanks Prasanth for offering us one of the best experience of our trip.

My girlfriend and me had today (3.1.19) the "Morning Attack Experience". It was awesome, exactly as described in the website, and even better thanks to our guide Saleem. He is a very nice person, well prepared and organized, an amazing driver and a great photographer (see below). 6 stars for him. We had great fun, I would do it again tomorrow.

Christmas Day

Had a great day with with Saleem our tour guide and fabulous photographer. We landed at 1 am from the states, slept,and were picked up that morning at 8 by Saleem. Totally on time and ready to go. After a 45 min ride we magically ended up in the desert. First we did the camels and falcon. Camel ride was great. Saleem’s driving thru the dunes is a heart stopper. In the 4 to 5 hours we covered everything we wanted to do, never waited in a line and had an awesome time. The pictures he took for us are the best. We were back for lunch and exhausted. Highly recommend for people who do not want to tie up a whole day yet get all the experiences the desert has to offer.

Dune Bashing

What an amazing day. An experience not to be missed. When I saw what we were about to do I thought heeellllp but I wouldn't have missed it for anything. Our driver Hakeem was excellent very helpful and didn't mind questions. The other members of the team were great too, we had three jeeps as there were 14 of us.

Brilliant trip into the desert with baby and two small children

We had a brilliant trip to the desert last week with Hakeem. He was a brilliant driver and especially considerate as we had our six month old son with us. Driving over the dunes and walking through the sand was an amazing experience as was seeing the camels on their way into the desert. I would highly recommend a trip with Hakeem.
