  • All sales are final. No refund is available for cancellations.

    • Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
    • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
    • Child rate applies to Infants if baby seat occupied)
    • Operates in all weather conditions, please dress accordingly
    • Do not expect same picture of Yacht we have different Yachts it is on Subject to availability
    • Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date
    • A current valid passport or Emirates ID is required on the day of travel (Mandatory)
    • We are only allowed to come back to port with a maximum of 15kg or 6 large fish, otherwise we will be fined by the government.
    • We practice a catch and release policy as far as possible.
    • Naturally, you are welcome to keep some of the catch, and take it with you but with sport fishing, the goal isn’t to catch fish for consumption strictly, but rather to enjoy the act of fishing itself.
    • As with the law, you can keep a maximum of 6 large fish or 15kg in total.
    • Due to bad weather condition if tour will cancel we will offer you next day in case you don't want to take this tour next day we will send request to company for refund your full amount
