Our driver was phenomenal. Very courteous and providing a historical oration on our drive to our accommodations, along with tips and must-see things in Dubai. The vehicle was clean, roomy and comfortable!

Able to iron out some minor problems

Our driver was nice & polite, though we had a little difficulty in finding each other- the driver & our group - due to lack of informations. The booking questionnaire should ask for the airline & flight number. Anyway, it went on smoothly after we found each other. The ride from the airport to our hotel went very well.

Great and fairly priced services

Our driver Ibrar was exceptional. Ibrar was at DBX waiting for us upon landing. He showed us and told us about all places that are must see during our stay. He told us about the metro, the tram etc. he offered us multiple services during our stay. ibrar arranged for our family trip from Dubai to Abu Dhabi then came back to pick us up from Abu Dhabi 3 days later back to Dubai. He was also very responsive and informative throughout! Thank you Ibrar! I will definitely book with Al Toors in my next trip to the UAE.

Easy and reliable transport to Dubai city from Airport

Ibrar was a great driver and helped up immensely upon our arrival at Dubai airport (which was much appreciated given how jet lagged we were). Great communication and easy to book and coordinate. I would use them again!!

Super reliable, polite and sympathetic driver

Our guide Ibrar contacted me a day ahead and kept the good communication from landing until we finally met in the arrival hall where he was standing with a sign written with my name on it. He arrived there really early to make sure that he is on time though all the traffic because of the heavy rain and flooded streets. Additionally he was patient and understanding for me postponing the time further and further. He kept his polite and fun mood while trying different streets which are not closed and under water until we finally reached our booked drop of location. Side note - the car was clean and comfortable. I definitely would recommend this service and Ibrar.

Best transport experience I've had

Waqas was amazing! The company reached out 2 days prior via Whatsapp confirming our pickup. Waqas reached out letting us know he arrived to the airport, and he was very easy to find with our name displayed as we came out of the exit. He shared landmarks along the drive. He was very kind and helpful.

Hassle free ride from Dubai airport to hotel

Ibrar was was our shuttle driver. He was waiting for us at the airport with a clearly marked sign with our name. The car was clean and comfortable, and calmly and competently drove us through crazy traffic to our hotel, explaining some Dubai history and landmarks on the way.

Driver collected us from the airport and was waiting on our arrival. We were a party of six and thankfully the van was large enough for us all and 12 suitcases. He drove really well through the crowded streets. Very polite and helpful man. Because of this experience we booked for our return journey to the airport. I would highly recommend this company.

We were collected by Ibrar a great guy very helpful and understanding. We had been held up through immigration along with the majority of people landing due to passport scanner issues so was running late but he awaited us coming through and never complained and totally understanding…highly recommend based on our experience

Airport transfer you can trust

We used Al Toors for 3 transfers. Dubai airport to Abu Dhabi, went to wrong hotel, my fault as there were 3 Hiltons and driver came right back to pick us up to take us to right Hilton. Transfer from Abu to Dubai hotel and final drive from Dubai to airport. All drivers were professional and had great cars for our 3 big luggages for 3 people.
