Lovely experience, good choice of food food & interesting entertainment. Was picked up at the hotel & returned which was excellent as we were staying in the jumeriah beach area. Was the right amount of time. Lovely photos taken & reasonable to buy which is a good souvenir.

Poor experience

This was not a 3 hour cruise. 1 hour 35 to be precise. Pick up was 45 minutes late and no contact other than me call the company twice!! The staff were more interested in selling drinks, photos and getting trip advisor reviews (selecting 5 star for the customer!!) all round very disappointing....

Dhow cruise experience

Very well organised.Lovely dinner with variety of dishes,cordial staff.Keep up the good work.Will definately visit again

Misrepresentation

Food is average, No bellydancing as advertised and transport was late for the return trip. Have to wait for 30 minutes and several calls.

Dhow Cruise Dinner

It was a wonderful experience. The food was great.The children enjoyed themselves. The only downside was not being picked up on time from our hotel.

Outstanding Experience. A good to go place

The quality meal was served with soulful music. The atmosphere was pleasant, and it was like a family on titanic. We danced on the upper floor and lot of people enjoyed it. Would love to go again whenever I visit Dubai.

Very poor

Not what they advertised . No Arabic dance as what was mentioned in the advert. Food was cold . It said 5 star menu but I will grade is max 2 stars . Not enough spread . Utter disappointment

Cruise

Once views and relaxing cruise. Food was ok and service was good. Would take this trip 1 time and tick it off.

My experience

I expected the cruise to be more exciting taking us through the Burj Khalifa. There was no special entertainment on the cruise

Good food but poorly organised

As the first to arrive at the dhow we had to wait nearly an hour for the other 100+ guests to arrive with the buffett taking another hour due to only having one queue (they could easility have had two). Unlimited soft drinks consisted of 3 small glasses and some guests got coffee whilst others were ignored. The food was good and plintifull with the views along the river really good.

It was a great experience with my family and my friends. Good food and good trip on Dubai Creek. To do one time in a life.

Long Waiting

We ware picked up at the Hotel around 06:45pm, we enter to the Dhow Cruise at 07:25pm and we were sitting without any movement or food and drink untill 08:35pm, this was no good.

Seriously ???

Not typical food and no show of Arabian dance as planed ! Only Basic Indian food and Mexican dance and sing 🙄🙄🙄

Disappointed Doww cruise

The food was horrendous and incredibly salty. We spent longer on the provided car journey which was hellraising as it was running late. Nothing on the Doww regarding info of Dubai or the creek. Rushed dinner service for those guest that tried to eat the food. Then it turned into a party boat when they crancked up the music so you couldn’t even speak to the person next to you. Overall very disappointed as it was part of my mums birthday treat whilst in Dubai

More than what we expecting lovely atmosphera and food

The pick up a little late butvthat is normla in dubai but we didnt expecting what we received it lovely birthday dinner at the traditional boat nice people nice food nice service

Dessert and music

Good food, cheerful attractions.But the desserts are weak and not good and the DJ repeats the playlist too bad too many times. I traveled to the other side of the world to hear good quality regional music.

The dinner in the boat and the atmosphere was very good , cheap and best. with the reconfirmation from the strong customer care team of grayline , i have been connected the whole time with mooth pickup

Sans intérêt

Ne pas confondre la Marina avec la Creek qui ne présente aucun intérêt. A votre arrivée en soirée le souk est fermé. Le buffet dîner sur le bateau est médiocre. Sébastien

Gray Line Emirates & Oman - DESONESTA

Estou aqui para falar o quanto essa agencia é DESONESTA, compramos através da Decolar o passeio confie e descrito acima, no dia por zap a KALEEN fez uma confusão de horários, chegaram no Hotel antes do previsto, nem tivemos tempo pra nos arrumar, e nos levaram para um "catamarã" de baixo custo assim como o Rafi (gerente) mesmo me disse no RAFI, e não assumiram o erro de forma nenhuma, perdemos a noite de sábado q tanto estávamos esperando, o jantar foi em um barco horrível, comida horrível, banheiro feminino NOJENTO, pessoas locais, ficamos total estressados com tudo aquilo, e o pior essa agencia, não esta nem ai com seu cliente, fala por zap, como se fossemos verdadeiros TROUXAS falando que comprei aquele barco horroroso q nos fizeram entra a força....ficamos sem saber o que fazer, voltamos e fomos jantar em um restaurante descente, estávamos morrendo de fome...tentei de todas as formas resolver com agencia RAFI e Kaleen , mas o estilo da agencia é isso, ficamos nas maso deles e fizeram oq que quiseram conosco....tenho provas de tudo, voucher de compra, e ate o pedido que o proprio RAFI recebeu da Decolar e me enviou, emmo assim não asumiu o erro, agora chegamos no Brasil, e tudo sera resolvido por aqui, assim nao vai ficar, avisei a ele (RAFI).

Manque de précision sur le buffets et l’activité sans parler de la navette pour le retour manquante heureusement un taxi a bien voulu nous prendre alors que ce n étais pas sa course

Ganz nett, aber kein "Burner"

Die Tour war ok, jedoch relativ minimalistisch gestaltet und von keinem grossen Erinnerungswert. Die Abholung im Hotel hat nicht funktioniert, so dass wir selber zum Hafen fahren mussten. Das Essen war mittelmässig, nicht wirklich warm, die Getränke wurden sehr spät serviert. Was auch fehlte waren ein paar Informationen an Board, über das Schiff, den Tourablauf, die Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. Preis/ Leistung war, verglichen mit anderen Touren, in keinem Verhältnis. Dennoch war es ein gemütlicher Abend

Purtroppo non organizzati nel servizio ai tavoli.

Siamo stati invitati per primi a prendere dal buffet freddo e ad accomodarsi. Eravamo seduti in fondo e di spalle rispetto al buffet, nessuno ci avvisato di carne e dessert. Quando abbiamo chiesto era terminato.

A table avec d’autres personnes par chance on est pas mal tombé et le repas moyen une explication des lieux que l’on visitait aurait était sympa

Croisière agréable, repas sous forme de buffet de bonne qualité. Mais manque d'intimité en couple car il n'y a que des grandes tables ou tout le monde est ensemble.

A EVITER

Obligé d'appeler 4 fois pour que l'on vienne nous chercher avec 1/2 heure de retard Si vous avez la chance d'être en haut vous serez ultra serrez Si vous êtes en bas comme nous vous ne verrez rien De toute façon ce parcours est nul car on ne voit que des routes et des friches industrielles…………...si j'avis pu éviter !!!

C’était juste parfait et la nourriture très bonne. Un agréable moment inoubliable sur la creek de Dubaï.

surbooking on se retrouve avec des personnes inconnues à notre table. le personnel est non qualifié et responsable est désagréable voire insolent , pas du tout à l'écoute de la clientèle. Mauvaise gestion de la climatisation et bateau sale , pas de papier aux toilettes. La musique est assourdissante et la lumière à l'intérieur est trop forte. Pas de cuillère pour le service au buffet, les pâtes sont froides et l'eau est chaude On nous confirme une excursion de 3 heures alors que le tour se fait en 1h40 avec un retard de départ d'une heure C'est une vrai arnaque

Ich habe es für mich und meiner Freundin gebucht mit Tanz. Aber wir haben ohne Tanz bekommen. Wir wollten uns oben setzen aber wir durften nicht.

Fuimos con mucha ilusión , ¡buscando algo tradicional y en principio lo cumplía .. enl ambiente era genial hasta que decidieron cambiar la música tradicional por reguetón y música latina sólo porque había un grupo de sudamericanos ... experiencia terrible soportar reguetón a todo volumen los últimos 45 min de trayecto ...

War ganz entspannt

War soweit alles Ok....Start sollte um 19 Uhr sein... wurde dann nach langer Wartezeit 20.30 Uhr. Die Fahrt und das Essen waren für den Preis in Ordnung.

Buono per il prezzo

Abbiamo fatto questa gita sul Dhau, tradizionale imbarcazione Araba con cena. L'organizzazione è eccellente il cibo non eccezionale ma vale la pena fare un giro sul Creek per ammirare Dubai da una prospettiva diversa. Tour per prezzo-Qualità consigliabile.

Très agréable

Comme convenu le prestataire est venu nous chercher à notre hôtel puis nous a ramené. Nous avons passé un moment très agréable. La vue est belle. Là bateau propre. La nourriture était bonne Le personnel était au petit soin. A faire.
